Originally constructed over 80 years ago, this building was once the summer residence of Prince Kan-in-no-miya, an inner member of the Japanese Imperial Family. Although not eligible to directly ascend to the Emperor's throne, the House of Kan-in-no-miya, was third in line to succeed in the absence of a direct heir.
This building has been used as a Japanese Kaiseki restaurant since 1989.
The traditional elegance and stately atmosphere of the mansion greatly enhances the dining experience, please enjoy the mood of a bygone era as you savor the culinary delight, meticulously prepared by our chefs.
