   Service was excellent. Ambiance very good. Filet was not medium but was charred and difficult to chew. Prime rib cooked as I wanted but was tough and only half was edible. Rest was all fat.

   The service and food was absolutely outstanding! They gave us a chocolate mousse in a chocolate shell dessert on the house for our Anniversary, which was lovely. The only downside is the price and the limited menu.

   Very pleasant evening. My wife and I both had steaks. Had a very good flavor. Were quite tender and cooked just right to our liking. The sides were good as well. The staff from the front desk to our servers were very good and welcoming. We will go back

   Usually excellent, but fell short on Mother’s Day! Restaurant out of brussell sprouts, asparagus, oranges (old fashioned); baked potatoes were COLD! You’d think staff would make a grocery run during the day if you’re only open for 4 hours!

   There was a party of about 20 + men golfers and they were very loud . It would have been better if they were in a private room . It hurt the atmosphere for other diners .

   We have not been able to get away as often as we used to but we must say that 19 has consistently for years been top notch. We have had several servers that are amazing! You can’t go wrong with Emily, Rob, Andrew or Michael! Filets are consistently amazing and the crème brûlée is to die for. Don’t miss any opportunity you have for this fine dining experience. We now consider Emily family and she is a large reason why we consistently choose 19 for our special occasions. We would also be remiss if we did not mention two young men, Donovan and Dey Dey, as they deserve praise as well. They are always kind and make sure the tables are impeccably presented and they are such a strong asset to the success of the entire dining experience.

    Wife ordered her Filet medium and it came out rare (blood draining from it). Sent it back and it came out well done. My filet was cooked correctly and was good, but I was finished eating before my wife ever got started.

    Staff was great. Drinks were good. Scallops were salty, couldn’t finish. Steak was good but no better than Outback quality. This was for a special occasion. Probably won’t be back.

    Very good food and service. We did the shrimp & 8oz filet for two special and it was excellent. This is not a place for bargain dining but quality of the entrees and the service were well worth the cost.

    Went for our anniversary. We both ordered steak cooked the same medium well. Mine came out tuff and over cooked . My husband's was done right. They brought me out a new one done right . But by this time my husband had to watch me eat like I had to watch him eat. Very disappointing. Didn't even offer to take it off our bill.

    Our 30th Anniversary visit. Atmosphere was quite and wonderful for carrying on a conversation. Seating was comfortable as well as lighting. Our Serving Attendant Rob was very experienced and knowledgeable. He made us feel very relaxed and cared for. Everything from crab cakes to filet where perfect. There wasn’t anything we could possibly complain about. A perfect evening.

    Food was excellent and our steaks were perfectly cooked. The ambience and service can be improved. Our waiter was good, but we had a butter knife that was chipped and bent. Never should have been place in the table when it was set up. We also had to ask for steak knives and were handed to us instead of being placed on the table. In fine dining restaurants, they are always one step ahead in cleaning and preparing the table for the next meal to be served.

    We were really looking forward to eating at 19 Steak and Seafood. The food was delicious and the host and hostess were very kind and welcoming. However, for a 4 1/2 star restaurant, other factors than great food are expected. Mainly your waiter/waitress to provide a dining experience of a little more special than dining at a Waffle House. Meals are an average of $50 per plate with everything ala cart. Our bread and water assistant to our waiter was wonderful, however we felt completely IGNORED by our waiter. He literally took our order, delivered our food and never checked back. We paid $6.50 for soft drinks and our soda glasses sat empty through our entire meal, with never a refill offered which we would have gladly paid for. When we ordered, we told him we would be interested in dessert, however we sat, and waited for over 1/2 hour after our empty plates were cleared for him to check back. My husband finally got his attention and waived him over. Before we could even say anything, he blurted out, “ready for your bill?” At this point, our impression was just to get out of this restaurant and go to NOSH to get something sweet where hopefully we would receive better service. After we receives our “bill,” we waited forever for him to come back. So much so, that we were tempted to take it up to the host so we could just leave. When he returned and it was his “tip” time, unfortunately this was the most gracious and attentive we saw him. After reading past 5 star reviews on this restaurant, you can clearly see that top notch service can be provided by many of the waiters and waitresses. Our waiters name is not mentioned in ANY of those reviews, This definitely could have been such a better experience with an attentive waiter. So disappointing for this restaurant. We really wanted to have a great experience.
