350 Grill

Waited at the hostess table for 10 minutes, while at least 5 employees continually looked at us and walked by. 2 employees said “someone will be with you shortly.” But yes 10 minutes later an older lady with white hair walks by us twice, not acknowledging us, until the third time she passes and greets us with “two?” I say yes, then rudely back she asks we’ll do you have a reservation!? In which I state yes. She doesn’t look at any reservation book, or list, just grabs two menus and proceeds to walk to a table
In which we assumed we should follow her. The rest of the dinner wasn’t bad, only reason we stayed was because we were starving at it was getting late. Otherwise I would of left immediately.

It was my first time dining here, so me and my daughter started with the sampler platter...... AMAZING!!! The veal meatballs were so tender. And I could eat a bucket of the rizzoto balls lol. Definitely will be making plans to visit again

They have a great appetizer platter that was fine for 6 people with a little taste for everyone! You have to try their surf and turf. Delicious and with a great presentation.

Great service ambiance and food was great as always.

Tyler was our server he was attentive, he knew the menu, he was very friendly and he had a positive attitude all around. The decor was very well put together and classy. The food and drinks were amazing.

Disappointing I could only rate this restaurant one star. Went with my family for a special occasion. Food was amazing, waiter was amazing, service was amazing. However there was a patron at the bar sitting with several employees of the establishment who made several loud derogatory remarks about my family that were not addressed at all by the employees of the establishment. I will never return to this restaurant which is unfortunate because the food and the service by our waiter was amazing. Will make sure to let all of my family and friends who patronize this restaurant on a regular basis know that they should avoid this establishment.

I had blackened swordfish with gorgonzola sauce. It was absolutely fabulous. Definitely will be back.

We were there at 4:30pm. So it was very empty. By the time we left, a musician was getting ready to perform. I could see myself coming on a regular basis if I lived closer and if there wasn't a pandemic.

I ordered the calamari for an appetizer. I'll be able to eat on that for days there was so much. It was perfectly seasoned. My husband got a Caesar salad. He loved it. And I tasted it. Delicious! For my entrée, I ordered the rack of lamb with mushroom risotto. OMG!!!! It was delicious. Seasoned to perfection. Yummy! My husband ordered the Swordfish with a baked potato and asparagus. The fish was so good, flaky & moist. The asparagus was cooked just right.

Couldn't fit dessert.

Our server was very friendly without being intrusive. And free parking was the icing on the cake.

Better then I expected and I expected excellence.

It was my first time dinning at 350 and my last time. Hostess rude, food cold and waitstaff forgetful and just didn't care about the customer or shall I say the ones she didn't know. Unprofessional , leaning over the Bar giving someone a kiss is just so inappropriate. I waited 20 to 30 minutes for my calamari and dinner all to have both dishes come out cold. I order filet mignon - try eating cold filet, disgusting. Calamari cold - reheated in microwave only to come out mushy and oily.

Amazing, amazing, amazing

I love the size of the steak a awesome cut of steak.I would like a seasoning on the meat.for more of a flavor.exp garlic butter,or mushroom wine sauce or just a 350 grill seasoning of there own.but the other food was ver good

We were disappointed because we saw online that there was going to be a Dueling Piano show featuring "Elton John and Billy Joel". That was not the case. It was a male and female duo. Although they were good, we were disappointed. Also, the noise level in the restaurant is too high. We could barely hear the music. Bad acoustics in the restaurant. Food was good, great presentation, but a bit salty.

We enjoyed our visit from the start, but Lauren made it even better! She was so attentive and fun! I appreciate the food and energy of the place. Thanks for a great experience!

Food was outstanding, and our waiter was wonderful, however we were very disappointed with the bartenders and food prep staff not wearing masks.

The food was great. There was a nice ambiance. We enjoyed our date and will go again.

The hostess wasn't very helpful and a little short with us. Our server was awesome. The food was ok, but i got my drink after I had already eaten because the bar got backed up... Then i didn't really want it.. Over all, it was expensive and just good.... The hot server was a plus though! If he hadn't been there i would have given a worse review.

We ate here a few months ago when they had the big white tent up and everything
was excellent. I had the Ribeye Steak and my friend had blackened swordfish...both cooked perfectly and delicious. Unfortunately this time both were overcooked. The swordfish was dry and my Ribeye that was ordered medium rare had no red and was chewy and the asparagus side was limp and cold, My friend's mixed vegetables were very good and warm. If this was my first trip I would never be back. Another friend who always enjoyed the 350 Grille and had not been for awhile, recently went with work people for appetizers said everything was either overcooked or appeared reheated up. She will not go there again...co-workers unimpressed. I have no interest in going again anytime soon - may try again at some point buy will never order Ribeye there again.
If you want an awesome Ribeye Steak go over the bridge to "b.napoli" in West Spfld.

I went here with my husband for our 30th anniversary. It was recommended by our daughter. The atmosphere was great and the food to match. Will definitely come back. Loved the live music also

Recived dirty glasses and silverware, also some of the plates where chipped
and mix matched. Ordered Beef Wellington cooked medium, received a well done stake to complete the pastry was raw. The server was not very attentive and still had to pay for everything.

Love this spot, it was my first time here and the food was good and the drinks were better!

We got blackened salmon with asparagus and beef Wellington with Mac and cheese. All the food was amazing except for the asparagus, crunchy and stringy. Not good. The rest was amazing. It was live music night. It was supposed to start at 7:30, we got there at 6 and he started playing shortly after that. It was quite loud we were right next to him. It was alright though.

Very good food! Surf & turf was amazing! We had two appetizers (risotto balls and calamari) both were delicious! Husband had the ribeye! Server was on top of things & played keno while we ate dinner!

It was a great restaurant. They had live music which was very nice & the atmosphere was very lovely. The food was very good & our waiter was great. He took the time to look up how to make one of our favorite drinks.... A sidecar. The bartender did a great job of making it. I would recommend this restaurant to friends & family. It was our 9th year wedding anniversary. I’m so glad I found this restaurant on open table.

Best restaurant in Springfield

This is a wonderful place to meet to have drinks or dinner after work. They have an outdoor patio so you can social distance and still see your friends. It is a little pricey, but the food is very good.

Party of two seated in circular booth--both romantic and separated from other diners.
Downtown Springfield not the best neighborhood, but parking lot is right at the door.
