Good food, amazing service even though we missed a side order of fries. That view though....
Amazing experience! The view is breathtaking!
The food was delicious and very beautifully presented! High dining for sure. Worth the money spent. Will definitely come again!!!
The worst dining experience of my life. Everything was terrible. This place needs a massive overhaul.
So wonderful. Our server, Steve, was so accommodating and personable. A wonderful way to spend our anniversary and first night in Toronto. You should all go and ask for Steve and his magnificent restaurant insights into downtown Toronto ! Bueno!!!
The view is second to none and the food is excellent. Service was great as well. Unnecessarily prices though.
You are most definitely paying for the experience when it comes to this restaurant. The food wasn’t anything spectacular to be honest - we had a better meal somewhere else for $175 less. The service was great - they were definitely working for the overpriced tip to go with the overpriced meals. But coming from the East Coast, we wanted to have the experience.....once was definitely enough.
A fabulous meal. Nothing was too much trouble. The views were excellent, even though it wasn’t a fantastic sunny day. Well worth the money.
Our waiter Babu was not that great at all. We got the prix meal (app, entree, dessert). The ceasar salad was great, the prime rib was under seasoned and the mash potatoes was luke warm. The dessert options were good. The problem was more so the service. We had to ask for refills on ginger ale 3 times, and for the waiter to remove trash and provide us with clean saucer plates, even though you could clearly see it was dirty. After we paid and was headed to the elevator, the waiter walked past us twice and stopped and stared at us as if there was a problem, after we told him the service was alright. We have had better service at lower price restaurants.
Perfect spot for a special evening out. Great views and even better food.
Spectacular!!
Great meal, wonderful view. Had a lovely time. Worth a visit!
Beautiful site with lots of pretty tasty food. The lamb was just perfect! Great ambiance with Toronto at our feet! Really recommended!
A week ago my sister and I enjoyed a wonderful time at 360. I’m always impressed by the food, presentation and waitstaff. Our server, Sanka, was top notch. He ensured we had the best possible experience as this was my sister’s first time at the CNTower. We had asked to have a leisurely lunch and he was both attentive but not intrusive. It was no doubt the best paced meal I’ve ever enjoyed. Our thanks to Sanka and the rest of the team!
Very Good, Little expensive but realy good!
Great for the views and experience. The atmosphere and ambiance in low key. Table dressed more suited to a cafe. Food very good but very expensive with taxes and tips over $350.
The service was fine but the food was very low quality. Didn't worth the money!!!
The Manager was very rude. I was celebrating my husband’s birthday. There were 2 empty tables next to the windows we asked him if we could move to one of those table and he said NO that there were people waiting for those tables. 45 minutes passed before anyone sat there, so basically he didn’t want to do us the favor. So basically I don’t recommend it. The food was mediocre, extremely high price and awful management.
The experience was fun and the appetizers were delicious (we had the navy bean soup and Caesar salad) but the prime rib was served on top of the potatoes and vegetables which looked unappetizing, we got medium and it was pretty chewy, I couldn’t finish it and there is much better steak restaurant options for that price and the dessert was ok but nothing special (we had cheesecake and butterscotch pudding)
Food was terrible. Incredibly noisy. Ridiculous prices for horrible food.
Yes it’s expensive but it’s the CN Tower and it was amazing!!! But you have to keep in mind that it includes access to all the observation levels so it’s actually very good value. Fully recommend to anyone to go!
When you discount the fee that would normally be charged to go up the CN Tower, the cost comes in at a very reasonable price, either for a two course, or three course meal. At this writing the two course meal was $59 and the three was $79 [that includes the fee to access the tower, which I think is $39 per adult; not sure for children]. Alcoholic drinks are extra. Bread is served beforehand, but I can't remember if tea or coffee was extra or included. The view, especially at night is fantastic, to see all the lights of Toronto and those on the horizon is breathtaking.
This is my first experience beside I think the last experience in my life. I was book 2 weeks before i had never been in 360 restaurants I wanted to sit next to windows that's I look outside to see how is this restaurant so special.
when I came they show to sit the table inside ofcourse I couldn't see anything outside. My friend really disappointed when he spoke with the manager. Hes said first come first served if we want to sit next to windows had to wait 1 more hours after customers done . WHY WE NEED TO BOOK RESERVATION AHEAD AND FIRST COME FIRST SERVED AND HAVE TO WAIT 1 MORE HOURS . THATS RIDICULOUS . We will tell with all my friends better not to go 360 restaurants the Keg way better
We ordered Salmon, which was tasteless and dry. In dessert we had dry and tasteless cheese cake and espresso mouse was barely edible.
Not worth it at all. Will never go there again. Believe they keep getting customers because of the view, without that they won't last a month.
We celebrated my wife's birthday with a dinner in the restaurant. It was our first experience in this restaurant and everything was excellent and we enjoyed our time. Perfect place for a nice celebration for families with kids.
Wonderful restaurant with excellent view and food. Waiter was very attentive.
Definitely an experience rather than a fine dining restaurant - even though you’re paying high prices but the food was tasty fairly good standard and all served with a great attitude and friendly smiles - what more could you want whilst revolving Toronto !
I made this booking a month in advanced, yet I still did not get a seat next to the window even though there were so many available. This is one of the main reasons I made the reservation early. I was very disappointed about that. I think that people that make reservations early should get a good seat. Regardless, the service and food was great and I would recommend to a friend
Merci pour ce beau moment en famille ( 2 enfants + 2 adultes).
Amazing view, service & food
So the views were amazing. But you would expects a grande experience the whole thing is rushed.
Your crammed into an elevator to its full capacity. (They will wait for more people to arrive before they whisk you up)
It took 45 mins for someone to collect our order and it wasn’t even that busy.
The staff looked like they really didn’t want to be there. Which is a shame as it should have massive potential. The drink I was given (g&t)
Tasted like tequila. I ordered cod and it itself was beautiful but the surrounding plate wasn’t great veg was undercooked and there wasn’t much of the “butter” sauce.
It lacked finesse.
So long story the views are amazing but maybe opt for lunch.
Save your money so many better places for your money.
Great view. Excellent service. Fabulous wine list. Good food. Highly recommended. Night view of City is amazing.
I’d recommend it for the experience... food wasn’t what I expected, especially considering what I paid (had smoked salmon app. & ravioli main - neither impressed me). Service was good. View is awesome.
I would only recommend this restaurant for the experience / view
Food was Barely warm enough and although good the food was not the quality. The salmon main dish has no flavour at all, basic taste, on a layer of sad and bitter and soggy vegetables
The seafood Soup appetizer was exceptional however.
- Was seated immediately
- Food came extremely quickly
- Food was very good
- Great atmosphere
- Waiters were attentive and helpful without being overbearing
- Did not feel rushed by any means
- Would definitely go again
Not sure why they ask in advance for special occasion when they cannot even live up to it. It was my husband's birthday and all I asked was the table to have 1 rose and our dessert to come with a "happy birthday written on it". Instead the person at the reception wished me birthday wishes, I don't think anyone reads the comments we write while booking the table.
Great! Meal and views.
Nice view. Not as special as we thought it might be. Food ok. View good but you can just go up the tower anyway. Poor value.
it was a wonderful experience to fall in love with that restaurant
It was a cool experience but not amazing. The spinning restaurant is neat but I felt rushed by the waiter. Plus they brought my husbands birthday dessert to the table while I was in the washroom. He had to sit and wait at the table alone, to blow out the candle. It was fun getting to see the rest of the CN tower afterwards.
