Great place to eat in new London. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are decent.

We had a fantastic birthday dinner for my wife. The service was friendly ,professional and enjoyable. Our food was great. The fresh oysters were outstanding and the salad was fresh. Portion were very generous.

The restaurant is nicely organized with sections for table dining, booths, or bar seating. The look is modern and inviting. The menu included a wide variety of items including appetizers, salads, soups, entrees, and deserts. There is also a very good wine list to select from, either by the glass or bottle.

Our server was terrific. The appetizers and entrees were delicious and the portions were very generous. The pricing was very reasonable and we felt we got a great meal for the cost. It was a very enjoyable experience and we will be going back soon.

We enjoyed sitting outside and everything was great.

We had a great birthday celebration. The potstickers and the crabcake appetizers were fantastic, the salmon special was great, my sister and my husband LOVED the scallops--the risotto was really lovely, and my brother in law really loved the steak tips.
It was a great night with superb service!

The filet mignon & ribeye dishes were delectable. Everything was cooked to perfection.

I do not order beef out very often, but I am so happy I did order the filet at Millstone. It was an excellent cut of beef that was cooked perfectly. My dinner guest had the seared scallops and was equally impressed. We sat outside in the back and it was lovely. I highly recommend 74 Main at Millstone.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was good, but nothing to rave about. Bartender made a really good Old Fashioned.

A Monday night -Labor Day. We waited at least 15 minutes to be seated and we had a reservation. We waited another 10 minutes to have a drink order another 15 minutes for bread to be brought to the table which we requested. All of the staff were very nice, professional but they were very very understaffed. The bartender was also hostessing l, busing tables, answering phones , delivering food but she was very courteous. Our waitress had at least 10 tables And I only saw two waitresses for the whole place. I’m not sure who the owner was or where they were but to leave the staff members in that situation was appalling. The cooks did a nice job with the food but the wait was crazy. Our reservation was at 7, we finished our meal at 925.

We had a very pleasant Dinner. The lobster bisque was delicious as was the clam chowder. My filet mignon was fantastic, cooked to perfection. No one had any complaints about their food. The coffee could have been hotter. It did get a little loud as the dining room filled up. But all in all a very pleasant dinner.

It was so nice to return to 74 Main at Millstone. We were looking forward to sitting in their garden, but a sudden rain storm made that impossible. We were please to see that the tables were social distance apart in side.
The shrimp and scallops special was just perfect...as was the lobster roll ordered by my guest. Half a Caesar salad is excellent and generous as a starter.

We took our two teenage boys here and enjoyed a happy family night out while we were on vacation. The menu was good and varied enough to satisfy all appetites. The draft beers were appreciated by dad, and the wines by mom!

The service was good, especially when you consider the times we live in!

Definitely a pale we'd re-visit when next in New Hampshire.

Food was excellent, service a little slow, but I am sure everybody is short staffed these days. Nice outdoor dining.

We ate outdoors in the back patio. The menu selections were fantastic. For our lunch we had the seafood sampler. Cold shrimps, scallops wrapped in bacon and a small lobster salad. A perfect lunch for us, oh,we also ordered one rich desert.

Appetizers were great but the entrees were very bland and overpriced. The markup on the wine menu was also outrageous at almost 300%. Our waitress was very good. Ambience was outdated. Overall, it was not a great value for the price.

The outside seating was very pleasant. The lobster roll was beyond expectations.

Ordered the fried oysters which were a special.
They were light, crispy and delicious.
They came with super good fries and coleslaw- highly recommend!
My husband ordered the cheddar burger and fries- one of the best burgers he’s ever had.
The Millstone is very consistent and always delicious!

Delicious meal in socially distanced dining room during Covid restrictions. Ambiance was relaxed and food was cooked to perfection. Didn't really have room for dessert but shared one anyway and really happy we did!! We go to New London every year and always make sure to eat at 74 Millstone.

The food was great. We were able to eat safely outside, in a quiet, lovely garden. We were even provided with bug spray. We all remarked that for a Saturday night, we were lucky to get in.

There are so many delicious choices to choose from.
The waitstaff was friendly and attentive.
Desserts are homemade.

We were greeted by Rich the owner. Told him it was my moms first time eating out after lockdown. He was very accommodating and had us outside on the patio by the beautiful gardens. Thank you. Gracie was our waitress. 5 star. Thanks for a great experience!

Love the summer salad with the honey dressing. My husband and I both enjoyed our meal and our waitress. The bread was a little dry, but everything else was perfect.

The food was delicious--I had the seared scallops and shrimp, three of us had the caprese salad, one person had the smoked salmon club, and two people had fish tacos. I recommend all of those dishes. The table was well spaced from other diners, but most important, our waitress was tremendous. Very efficient and courteous.

Food, service, and atmosphere is always "just right." The food is prepared very nicely, with excellent ingredients and nice presentations.
When my wife and I want to get out, get our money's worth and enjoy really good food...we go here!

Lovely evening outside with friends. Glad we were shifted to a table in the backyard overlooking a pretty garden.
Food was delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. We will be back.
