   Alfios is one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati. This time was outstanding! Nicole waited on us and she has waited on us before and she's just delightful. All the team was fantastic. Great French 75 and espresso martinis. I enjoyed the wild mushroom risotto and crab and lobster ravioli-They were so rich I could only eat one of each but they were mindblowing delicious. We had the bruschetta with goat cheese and fig with argula on top-which could be side salad! My husband enjoyed the goat cheese salad and his zuchinni with shrimp was light and delicioius. The sauce was perfect on it.

   Great service. The ravioli is excellent (lobster/crab for me; five cheese angus for my husband). I followed the waiter's recommendation for cocktail - tried the one with Hendricks Gin - it was perfect. Also had the arugula/strawberry/goat cheese salad, which I'd also recommend. Our favorite restaurant in Cincinnati

   We visited for a fun girls' night out, and WOW... what a great choice! The food was excellent, lovely outdoor dining area, and our waiter was AMAZING. Will absolutely visit again!

   Alfio’s is an Italian restaurant dressed in Argentinian clothes. Think of your favorite hand made pasta dishes made with a nod to tradition and a wink to originality . A favorite of mine is the Caesar Salad that comes charred and dressed in a rich traditional dressing. Halibut & Salmon are standouts in the fish category.Cocktails come carefully crafted and beautifully presented. Waite staff is friendly, gracious & knowledgeable. This is a neighborhood gem at its finest!

   Our server Matteo was phenomenal. He was well versed with the menu and gave us great recommendations. For starters we had the empanadas and the mussels. They were both great. We also had the watermelon and fried goat cheese salad which was SO delicious. For entrees we had the pistachio crusted salmon and a ravioli duo of short rib & lobster and crab. Everything was amazing. We never had an empty water glass, we felt so welcomed, and the entire team seemed genuinely happy to be there. We can’t wait to come back. I would highly recommend Matteo as your server!

   Service and food were excellent. Ford zucchini app followed by amazing salads. Pasta was all fresh and delicious. Great wine selection and have created a new specialty cocktail list that is very creative. Great spot on the square.

    Food was wonderful. I got the flank steak and my husband got the braised beef short ribs. Both were excellent! Our waitress Aly was exceptional you can tell she really loves her job and people. Couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary dinner.

    First time to dine here and loved it. The menu has some unusual items as well as some mainstream dishes such as steak. But it is the unique dishes which makes this a great dining experience. The empanadas were excellent, the pear and fig salad very good and the crab and lobster ravioli were delicious. But the best part was the service. Impeccable without out being intrusive. Waiter explained you can split things like the salad, order several kinds of ravioli as one entree, even choose one or two kinds of empanadas, rather than all different. Will definitely dine there again. Thanks to waiter Scott who was excellent!

    Great food! Great ambiance! Great service! We went there for my graduation. Sarah, our server, was so congenial. Her service was enough to want us to come back. The food was delicious, especially the mushroom ravioli and tiramisu. If this restaurant added one protein forward vegetarian dish to the menu it would hands down win for best restaurant in the city!

    We did the tiki dinner last night. It was my first time dining at Alfios and wow. It was so good. The bar and wait staff were efficient, interacted just the right amount. I would highly recommend and return soon.

    One of the best restaurants in the Cincinnati area. You will always find something that is fresh and great flavor combinations. My family's favorite has to be the duo pasta, where you can pick two different pasta's. You have to leave room for one of their homemade desserts. Carmel Apple bread pudding anyone?

    I came back to Cincinnati to celebrate my birthday, and there was simply no other option for my birthday dinner than Alfio’s. The service was, as always, impeccable. The special wagyu skirt steak was utterly unreal, as were the Asiago au gratin potatoes. Can never recommend Alfio’s enough.

    We had a lovely dinner for my birthday - great service from both our waiter, and the sommelier. Great recommendations on wines and overall good experience.     While a bit noisy, the venue is quite comfortable. Full bar. Diverse menu. Strip steak and halibut were excellent. Duck fettuccine was very good, different, and quite filling. Service (Nicole) was friendly, efficient, attentive and knowledgeable. A bit disappointed that the specials and the mussels were sold out. A bit expensive, especially the wine.

    Our server was Allie. She had amazing knowledge regarding cocktails and the menu. She made great suggestions to try a little of the best of the menu. We started with the empanadas, shared the grilled Caesar, split the short rib ravioli and the skirt steak. All amazing choices! Not a drop left on the plate. Save room for dessert and an after dinner cocktails suggested by Mark, another server with amazing energy. The Goat Cheese Cheesecake is one of a kind. It is a petite size so you may need more than one. Definitely will be returning soon to I Teodulo e some friends!

    One of the best meals I’ve had in a long while. The service (Marco & Cam) was absolutely outstanding. We went with a lot of Marco’s recommendations and were always pleasantly surprised at how great each recommendation was, dishes we probably wouldn’t have gotten otherwise, like the goat cheese cheesecake!     We had an amazing meal at Alfio’s, the restaurant week menu was outstanding. Our party of 6 ordered off the restaurant week menu where others ordered off the regular menu. Everybody loved the food and wine.
