Excellent service-interesting menu. I had the lamb sandwich special and the best Caesar salad I've had since the pandemic started!

FANTASTIC!! The food was amazing and the location is perfect. We are very picky when it comes to eating out as we are very sensitive to quality, all-natural and fresh ingredients. Everything here was so good from the appetizers to the desserts. Service was a little slow on the patio at first (15ish minutes before we saw a server) but then it was smooth sailing. Their COVID protocols inside and outside are very safe. Will 100% be going back especially since we love up the street. Thank you for a memorable anniversary!

Loved the atmosphere. I went on a Wednesday night so it was more quiet than the weekends. It was first time eating inside since March 2020, so I was nervous about covid and the protocols. But all protocols were followed. The restaurant uses virtual menus that they have you pull up using a QR code on your phone. Staff appeared to be wearing appropriately fitted masks & people were spaced more than 6 feet apart. We ordered the salmon and the swordfish. They were both delicious. Our waiter was very nice but not as attentive as I would have liked, given that it wasn’t very busy.

Had a reservation for outside lunch and it was very comfortable and they offer fireplace and heaters. Service was professional and the food was excellent. Second time enjoying their fish sandwich in as many weeks and it’s amazing.

Easter Lunch at Alma Nove was outstanding! Kristyn was very friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious as always! We usually go every Christmas Eve as a family tradition before church but couldn’t go this past Christmas because of Covid so it was nice to be back. Mark and his staff do a great job.

The food was even better than usual, which is saying a lot. Our server was exceptional and knew things so made excellent recommendations.

First dinner out since pandemic began. Food, ambiance and service were as good as we remembered. I ordered duck which was excellent and cooked exactly as requested (medium). My husband ordered swordfish and was very pleased with his choice. Excellent pear cosmopolitan. Excellent service.

Went to Alma Nove for my husband’s 60th birthday. Have been before and like the atmosphere. Like Paul wahlberg so like to support his restaurant. Wonderful waitress Jennifer who said no time limit and provided excellent service. Manager Brandly showed up at 530 and basically threw us out after we had just ordered more cocktails. Very rude! Asked if we could stand outside at the firepit and she said no we had to leave. Very rude and embarrassing in front of guests we hadn’t seen in a long time. Asked to speak to Paul and told he had just left. We live down the street and are regulars. Not even anything done for my husband’s birthday when I Very disappointed and upset by this treatment. Will not go again!! booked it and told the waitress.

Limited menu...Food is average and overrated (restaurant rests on celebrity status of chef/owner’s family) way better options on the south shore. Service is also plain and average for an upscale restaurant

Menu has not changed in years . Specials are non creative . The building is beautiful unfortunately the Chef and owners have no interest in anything new .

The woman at the front desk was rude. Called us “old school” because we asked for a paper menu. Overall, she wasn’t welcoming as the first contact when you walk in. Two of the four dinners were delicious; other two were dry. We could overlook the dinners not being great, since we do generally like the restaurant, but the rudeness is unacceptable.

We went for lunch on a warm day and sat outside. So nice! The food and service were excellent. We will be back for the food, service and especially, the blood orange margaritas. Yum!

Good ambience, efficient service. Most tables around us though were not being respectful of staff and keeping their masks on when not eating or drinking

Have dined there many times over the years and the last few times, I find the menu in need of updating. The portions are very small and when I have brought guests with me the last several times, they mentioned it also and thought the food was very bland to the taste.

We were able to eat outside on a gorgeous day and the view and the service was as good as usual.

This would be an outstanding choice if the food and drink wasn’t so dramatically overpriced.

The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. We can't wait to come back in the summer and sit on the deck!

Food was mediocre and service was terrible. Servers took my food before I was even finished, and the entire staff had an attitude. Food was very overpriced compared to quality. Portions were small, food wasn't fresh, and vegetables and fish were overcooked. Definitely will not be going back.

Great food, fine service at a handsome location on the waterfront at the Hingham Shipyard.

We enjoyed dining outdoors where all Covid safety standards were carefully in place. The food, as always, was excellent. The Mosaic of Swordfish on paella risotto and the Atlantic Grilled Salmon with medley of roasted vegetables were fresh, well prepared, and delicious Don’t miss the clear pear cosmopolitans or a draft beer from the selection of locally brewed beers. Chefs Wahlberg and Fitzgerald and their kitchen staff consistently prepare great seafood, steak, and poultry dishes and offer very good appetizers, soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches. Great for every day, a date, special occasion or gatherings with family or friends.

Our dinner was $200 for two people and while the food wasn’t bad, it was incredibly mediocre for the price point. We really wanted to love it but it was just so average. The ambiance is beautiful but if we ever go back, it’ll probably just be for drinks and the view. Ultimately, I’m disappointed.

Enjoyed a late lunch on the patio. Waitress was wonderful. There were four of us and we got fish sandwiches. They were very good. Waitress suggested banana bread pudding for dessert—-great suggestion!

Delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, excellent service. As far as we could tell, they're observing all COVID protocols. Not a cheap meal, but definitely a fabulous one!
