Aqua Star at The Westin Savannah Golf Resort & Spa

Me and my date went here for New Year’s Eve.! It was a preset menu that was sub par and We paid $277 for one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The Service was also terrible. The filet was a cheap cut. I ordered it medium rare and a shoe sole would have been more bearable. It was a waste of money for sure!

Food was average for an expensive holiday fixed menu.
Service was slow and frazzled.

I arrive at the Aqua Star thinking there was going to be a buffet but it was order off the menu. When I made the reservations there was nothing on the web page about the buffet being cancelled. What a disappointment.

Very poor service for thanksgiving dinner. Food was not good at all especially presentation. $65 per person for such poor dinner is just a waste of money. Very disappointed!!!

We had thanksgiving dinner here. Understandably it was hectic and service was a tad behind but the friendliness , politeness, etc of the staff more than made up for it.
The price was also extremely reasonable.

The restaurant food was wonderful. The thanksgiving menu gave a few varied choices but all were delicious. The wait staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The desserts were great and were topped off with Leopold's ice cream. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Thanksgiving 2020. Good menu selections, outstanding food, attentive service. Aqua Star at the Westin Savannah made our small family event special. We enjoyed the view and felt appreciated by all the folks working during this holiday. Thank you for doing a such a terrific job!

Food was excellent. Location and sound level were excellent. Layout was also excellent. Our original server was not great but other servers graciously filled in, so everything worked out for the good.

This was a great experience for my family. This where I take my 97 year old mother on special occasions and they always deliver. They could loose the piano because it is way to loud. Most of the people are there for good food and conversation. It is a pain talking over the music.

Ordered oyster po boy and fries. Oysters at were not hot and very small. Fries were hot and good. Great view and server was kind.

Food was excellent, but the wait time from the kitchen was very slow.

Our server Edwin was awesome. Very attentive. Great personality. Servers were very courteous. Omelette was very good. I wish there were more breakfast choices. For example, bagels and cream cheese, Belgian waffles with toppings, French toast. A little more balance between breakfast choices and everything else.

Delicious brunch with great soft live music

First time for all. Friends from PA visited and we wanted to do something different. Food preparation, variety, quality and presentation was spot on. Cleanliness and service were exceptional. The Manager personally stopped at the table to ensure our visit without issues.
It is rare that I can honestly say something exceeded expectations but the Jazz Brunch at Aqua Star was just that. I recommend if you like soft jazz, great food, service and an excellent ambiance, give it a try.

This was the nicest place to celebrate my birthday. The live Jazz music, the wonderful service, the delicious food makes it easy to recommend the Aqua Star to everyone I know. The special treatment granted to me, with the wonderful birthday cake and the happy birthday song by the musicians was super nice. I had a great time. The wait staff made me feel like I was special. They even encourage my family to not only enjoy the food and music but take time to enjoy each other. SPECIAL PLACE!!!

We were greeted by the hostess, Mr Charles. He accommodated our wish by getting us a window seat. Very sharp & down to earth great guy! Caleena was our waitress. She was very attentive & made us feel very special while we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. She picks up right where we left off last year. We got the breakfast buffet & we both had a omelet made to order & is was on point! We enjoy this restaurant so much we are planning on stopping back by eat Tuesday on our way back from Florida back home to NC

We were treated to quiet window seat overlooking the river. Mohammad was very courteous and knowledge about the menu. I chose the Savannah Pot Pie and my wife enjoyed the Skuna Bay Salmon. We also enjoyed the table side conversation of his European travels throughout dinner.

It’s been a while since we enjoy every course with guttural noise: hmmmm, describe the higher level of gourmet, venue, service, live piano, special menu and details. No disappointments here, prices according to what you get. 5 stars Savannah...

It is ok but not great. Service( waiter) was excellent..but wait time for food was horrendous. Food quality o k. Nothing special. Price excessive. Location is very nice

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the dessert was fantastic!

Our waitress, Yume, was phenomenal. We will ask for her the next time we have dinner. Her attention to our requests was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable evening.

Great staff. Friendly and very conscientious. The piano music was outstanding!

The Sunday Jazz Brunch is wonderful, and includes both meat and vegetarian options. There is a "live" singer who takes requests, and the waterfront view is spectacular. The dress code is casual though most people wore "Sunday Best" outfits. While it is a bit pricey at $50 per adult, the buffet has a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items to select from on the brunch menu.

Outstanding service. Table for 2 was very close to another table for 2. More space between the two tables would be appreciated. The closeness of the tables restricted conversation.

We made the wise decision to make a reservation for this restaurant and the food proved to be worth it! We had a wait time for our food because the restaurant had a very large party, however when it was delivered it was hot and the french fires were very crunchy and tasty. Our server highly recommended the fries and she was absolutely correct! I had the Bacon Cheeseburger and fries, my tablemates had the fish sandwich and soft Shrimp Tacos with slaw. Everyone enjoyed their respective lunches with all of us agreeing that we ate more that we should have but the food was tasty and we enjoyed every bite.

We were at a table near the window and had a view of the river. We were very fortunate to have sunny clear weather which enhanced an already great experience. I would definitely go there again!

Aqua Star at the Westin is a Hidden Gem!! First off the view is something that not only can you not find anywhere in the city because of the location, but the view also has to be up there with the best dining views in the entire country. The service was spectacular! From start to finish every need was anticipated, and the bartender provided us with some samples of a local whiskey and spoke about them which was smart because we did not know until the sever told us that we could purchase alcohol drinks in to go cups - an awesome thing about Savannah is you can drink wherever you want! Having that last cocktail on the ferry we for sure knew we found one of the best if not the best restaurant in Savannah. Truly world class. Oh, and the food...everything was on point, they even have healthy options which were all fabulous. Thank you Aqua Star!!

I typically go to brunch with my daughter and son in law. Our reservations are always at 11:30 before the church crowd. The food is outstanding! The live jazz added a nice touch and the service was amazing.

I have an positive experience every time I go to aqua star. The food is good but the service is exceptional! We celebrated our youngest's daughter's 1st birthday with family brunch. Charles greeted us kindly, remembering us from the year prior (another daughter's birthday). He took time to set up a great table for our party of 6. Our waitress, Leah, took great care of us. The buffet was clean and fresh. Charles and Leah brought Patrice, an exceptional vocal artist that works in service at the restaurant, to our table to sing a beautiful "happy birthday" song for Margaret. The jazz band was entertaining but not over-powering. A great time had by all! Thank you Charles, Leah and Patrice! We will be back again soon.

Came to the buffet with family and friends. Enjoyed the food, drink and view. The buffet was bountiful and delicious. Plenty for all who come and enjoy. Pancakes, omelets, bananas foster made to order. Live jazz band was not too loud so we could still have a conversation. Services was on top of it. They validate parking too.

We came here to celebrate my bf bday and to visit our kids that lives in Fort Stewart. We had a spectacular time. Shout out to our server Reny outstanding food, service and staff. We didn’t really mind giving a “big tip” because it’s all worth it. They accommodate all what we requested. The view, the ambience and the jazz music are all perfect for a good fellowship with your love ones. Highly recommends the place.
