Was a nice experience, fun and entertaining. The chef puts on a show.

Just an off night. Some issues with the staff. Food is usually fabulous and service excellent. Not so this particular evening. It won't stop me going back as I know what others are capable of.

Cooks,food atmosphere is great didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Host were great and kind I’ll definitely be back again for dinner.

Always a fun evening. The fried rice is the best ever!

We are always amazed at the food we have prepared right in front of us. The chef is entertaining and skillful. We enjoyed the performance and delicious dinner that was prepared especially for us.

Our first time, will not be our last. Our hard to please family really enjoyed themselves.

We waited for over an hour at our table for a chef to come over. I asked both our waiter and the manager they said one was coming. No apologies given. Mark, the chef, did a great job and Jesse, the guy who cleared the table were very nice. I would say go to another place. Skip this one.

Just OK........ we dined on a Friday night, and they DO NOT take reservations. They basically wait until a table becomes available and then they take the next 10-12 people to fill the table around the grill. The food was OK. The alcohol selection was very 'limited'. The wait at the start of the night really killed the dinner mood. If I were to go again, I would probably try 1) a non-weekend night, or 2) go with a party size large enough to fill a complete grill-side table!

We had a great server and great chef for the hibachi table. Food was great. All around excellent experience. Only down side is they charge extra for the fried rice and noodles.

Everything was very good! Food was delicious and the service was great! We would definitely return however we will remember to bring a sweater next time. Place was freezing.

Very nice & clean hibachi section with fun vibe. The food was very good, but the fried rice & lo mein noodles are upcharges. We added on the fried rice which was worth it, but didn't realize sprouts were the substitute to lo mein so would have upgraded if we were asked. Also, we added birthday feature for one of our kids but the chef went to the other family's kids. We thought maybe they had birthday celebration too, but it wasn't until the other mom said they hadn't ordered it that we realized the mistake. Little disappointing moment with the error. We would still return now that we know the little details, but our first experience was less than stellar.

Birthday dinner

Came out for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. I love Arirang & have been to most of them (NJ locations) I honestly think this was the best meal I’ve ever had at one of your franchises! Everyone was very attentive and Mark our server and Marco our chef were amazing!!!! Great place!

The food, service and Chef were outstanding. My only complaint would be that we were seated at the table for 45 minutes before the Chef came out.

Too hot! Slick floors! There were multiple falls due to slick floors and tight spacing. But the chef was very very pleasant and the food was tasty.

It was a very nice experience however it was very hot in the restaurant on a 100 degree day. If I had known it was going to be that hot I would have gone somewhere else. Other than the heat the food was very good, friendly people we were seated with and very good service.

Great hibachi experience. Kids meals were free. I would highly recommend.

We took my son there for his 21st birthday and we all loved it!!! It was fun, entertaining and the food was absolutely delicious!!

The show was good, but we felt extremely rushed. They were wrapping up everyone’s food at the table before three of us in our party were finished. I hate to get a doggy bag when another five minutes would’ve allowed me enough time to finish my food. That makes me not want to come back

Food was excellent and you get a large portion. The Hibachi Chef is entertaining while your food is being prepared.

I had a reservation for 7pm for 3 people for hibachi, we arrived about 15 minutes early, and we were seated right away. Our server Dante was amazing, he attended to us very quickly and took our drink order. On his arrival we ordered appetizers, and we did not have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for the apps which was fine because we were eating our soup and salad. The food was delicious and fresh.
Our cook was Dave and he was very pleasant and personable. He made us laugh, and was not shy on the Sake!! Yay Dave!! He cooked our food just as we wanted it and engaged the table while he was cooking. It was a very pleasant experience and the staff was great, cant wait to visit again.

Food was excellent. The restaurant was noisy, but the server tried his best. I’d prefer this place over the cheaper hibachis.

Service was great. However, the food was mediocre at best. I ordered the steak and scallop hibachi. Scallops did not taste right and the steak was super thin. Also, they uochatge for fried rice. I really do not feel like I got my money's worth.

This is one of our favorite places to eat! We love Chef Mark and the experience is always a great one.
