Aspens Signature Steak

I will miss the other location but this is a world class steakhouse in Georgia always incredible

We didn’t think the steaks were as good as usual. Both our steaks were over cooked.

It was ok. My wife is big on ambiance and the lighting was way too bright. Steakhouse normally means darker ... lower light. Also, the wedge didn't have blue cheese, only blue cheese dressing.

We used to visit the Aspens in West Cobb but unfortunately it closed. So we decided to make reservations for the East Cobb one and it did not disappoint! The steak was superb, the chicken schnitzel with gouda grits was fantastic and my son loved the Waygu burger with truffle/parmesan fries. We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant more often!

We came to Aspen’s on New Year’s Eve because we wanted a nice quite dinner. After being seated and finally placing our order it took more than 1 hour to even get our food. When we did finally get our food my wife’s steak was over cooked. She ordered it medium and it was well done. They took her meal back to recook it and that took another 15 minutes so she did not get to eat with us. Also my daughter ordered salmon and it was not good so she didn’t eat her meal either.

We normally enjoy Aspen’s but the service and food quality were not good. We were very disappointed and will reconsider before going back.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. Just a couple of items that could have improved; one the ribeyes was fatty and the shrimp was a little over cooked. All the other meals were wonderful. Will come back again

SHAKEY SMALL TABLE THAT HAD TO HAVE WEDGES INSTALLED RATHER THAN A DIFFERENT TABLE. 5 WERE OPEN WHEN WE LEFT. BLINDING LIGHT IN MY EYES THAT MANAGER WOULD NOT MOVE OR TURN OFF.

Excellent service by Matt. He has very knowledgeable and great guy. Would ask for him again. We were ate the Aspens on Shallowford Road.

Service is good, food is excellent and the restaurant has very pleasant decor. Meats are generally excellent and sides are generous. It is on the expensive side and we typically go for special occasions.

Great as usual

The service was excellent. Loud music that sounded like noise in the dining room. Asked manager to change it or turn it down. He just shrugged his shoulders and said “ you are the only one complaining. I am vocal in my concerns, while other people are not. If there is something at a restaurant they don’t like they just don’t go back!!

It would be nice if there were more seafood offerings. We waited 45 minutes for our main courses after finishing our appetizers.

Anniversary dinner

Outstanding food and service in a Colorado lodge style restaurant. We’ve eaten here for years and always enjoy visits when we’re in Marietta, GA.

It's been a few years since we've actually eaten here but are so happy to have enjoyed a wonderful meal and excellent service! Can't wait to return!

We have been going to Aspens for 12 years to celebrate my wife's birthday. I made advance reservations and indicated it was for her birthday. The hostess refused to seat us in the restaurant section in a booth, where we've enjoyed dinner for years (even though ALL booths were open). Instead they seated us in the bar area, at a TINY table. We inquired twice and asked to be moved because they bar was obnoxiously loud, and our table was in a walking path.... hardly the ambiance we wanted for a nice romantic birthday dinner. We drove over an hour with great anticipation of enjoying a nice night, but the absolutely rude and inflexible service all but ruined the night. Needless to say, it is THE LAST time we will go to Aspens.

We returned to Aspen after 6 years, and it may be better now than it was many years ago. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, this is an outstanding restaurant. They appear to have navigated the COVID issues well. We won't wait so long to return.

Excellent birthday dinner for my husband’s birthday! Food and service were outstanding.

The service was efficient, and welcoming. The food was excellent as always; best steaks anywhere!!

We had reservations & the restaurant was not busy. The hostess sat us in the back area that seems to be the room used for large parties. When my husband went back to the hostess area to ask if we could be moved to the center of the restaurant, she immediately had an attitude & rolled her eyes. Luckily we had a very nice server. She was very engaging & attentive. My husband had the scallops which were wonderful. I had the filet medallions. One was excellent, the other one had a tough texture & hard to chew. Actually had to spit out a few bites & ended up not eating most of it. It was hard to have a conversation as there was a group of ladies who had obviously had to much to drink & were extremely loud. Others in restaurant seemed irritated as well. Their waiter finally told them they were cutoff from being served alcohol.

The food is good and the atmosphere is just what I am looking for, cozy and not loud.

The food was very good. Personally I do not like when everything is “a la carte” and if you order a steak, you get just a piece of meat. The lighting was also very bright. It felt like a bright spotlight was on our table. We had to ask our server to dim it and even then it was bright.

This place was amazing. The overall place is just a great place with your partner or with your family. The service is outstanding and way ahead of the game. I asked for precisely whiskey drinks and they pulled out a complete list ready to go. The food is worth the wait and you don’t feel like you’re waiting forever. The atmosphere is phenomenal. It is so soothing and so eye catching. I highly recommend this place specifically for steak enthusiasts and people of country/western styles.

It was wonderful

Aspens has been our celebration restaurant for years. Nov. 11 was our anniversary and Aspens did not disappoint us. GREAT waitress who assisted us in selecting our food choices and making sure the we were satisfied. We will be back for her birthday soon.

Really good food!!

Shrimp cocktail, salmon, apple crisp, nice red wine. Made for a lovely evening with friends.
