   Great experience! Hadn't been in years and didn't know what to expect and was very excited to see that the same chef was manning the ship after all this time. Olivia was fantastic. I felt terrible that I booked a ten, changed to 8 and then we only ended having 5. I said something to her and was very understanding. Very knowledgeable of menu items, specials, and 86'd items noted right off the bat. Thank you guys so much!

   Reserved for 8:30 dinner for two. I'm not a beer fan, but the waiter recommended the $1 samples of their in-house brewed beer. The sour ranger was fruity and a delight. In the end, I went with a Tropical Storm rum cocktail on the rocks that was light and perfect for the evening. We had three appetizers: the Pork Belly was perfectly crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. I'm salivating just thinking about it. The Proper Poutine was good, but it was a little too salty. The Kung Pao Cauliflower was delicious, but to be honest, what fried food isn't? The Carbonara with bacon bits is cooked in a light cream with a raw yolk on top (broke the yolk and mixed it in the hot pasta). The waiter says it's an in house made from scratch spaghetti. While it tasted good, the pasta was too soft and airy for a creamy dish like Carbonara. The dessert, a Coffee Pana Cotta was fluffy and not too heavy. The area is a very small space, and the tables are a little crowded. However the dim mood lighting and cozy rustic interior is perfect for any group setting, professional or casual.

   Moderately priced brunch spot. All ages. Nice drink specials. I ordered the Harvest Hash which was lovely aside from being served the woody ends of the asparagus that should have been discarded. The mushrooms and spinach were quite nice. Waffles were good but fairly average. Brunch moctails were very nice.

    What happened to the French fries that come with Proper burger? They used to be hot, Parmesan fries. We got lukewarm fries that tasted like they came out of a frozen food aisle. Very disappointing. Ever since 2020, food quality has been hit and miss there. Step it up!

    Service was great, but pricing was about 30% higher than all online menus showed. I presume it’s due to inflation, but would like to see more accurate pricing reflected so I can budget properly.

    This was a remarkable place! The staff were positive and upbeat. The food was incredible. The chef even created a special Valentine's Day menu, which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed!

    Cute little place and friendly service. Appetizers were great - kung pao cauliflower and Mac and cheese. Entrees were just so so. Not a lot of flavor in the Bibimbap.

    The host and waiter were great! Attentive and appreciative. The food was also really good. We had the stroganoff and steak & frites. My only downside is I wish they had Tito’s or Kettle One. I’m not a big fan of local Vodka. Also, they didn’t have any non alcoholic beer (I understand they are a brewery) but my husband isn’t drinking and the option would have been nice. Neither of these things would stop me from going again The food and employees more than made up for it.

    Excellent service, I'm not a fan of sitting within an arm's distance of people to enjoy a meal. The table spacing is rather close but then again, it's not a very large eating space. The food quality was very good and the portions adequate. I enjoyed the beer produced by this brew pub.

    Fries were old and burnt. Felt like I was getting old fast food fries. Side salad came out with just arugula no other veggies. My wife always gets dressing on the side. Kids pasta came out piping hot and the server said it wasn’t hot.

    Amazing service. We had to rearrange tables multiple times because some of our team members couldn’t make it and had to cancel at the last minute. The staff were very accommodating and patience with our large group, and the food were good. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in Salt Lake City.

    Occasion was a family get together. Ordered specialty drinks - drinks tasted watered down and not worth the $12-15 price for them. Meal/ food quality varied - sandwiches/ burgers were decent. Pasta was overcooked for the pasta dishes. Service was ok - drinks took 30 minutes to get after ordering them. Our server was nice and pleasant.

    Restaurant was so cold that I had to keep my coat on, so did the host! They informed us their coffee machine was broken, so we couldn’t get warm that way either. The food was okay, but waaaay overpriced for what it was. The seating is super tight as well, so you can listen to everyone’s conversation and also know yours isn’t private.

    We had a great brunch! Staff was fantastic- accommodating and helping us change our number of guests and seated us an a different table. Food was great-the salmon Benedict was delicious, my daughter’s veggie hash was yummy! Service was amazing and they were pretty full!! We will be back!

    We were seated 2 feet away from the closest table. It was not possible to have any kind of personal conversation. Service was very slow. Took over 20 minutes to get a drink and it wasn’t that busy at 5:30pm. We both enjoyed our food. I would try again to see if this was a “bad night”.
