   Susan was outstanding and terrific in her service ! She needs special kudos for being attentive -accommodating and efficient...thank you Susan Turkey was not fresh. French fries were nearly raw disappointing. sandwich was large and portion was plentiful but I would rather quality than quantity 70 dollars for a soup sandwich and small salad for 2 people with water seems outrageous but I love the ambiance and the service

    Being one of my favorites to dine, yesterday just wasn’t up to par. After being there on March 17 compared to yesterday. I ordered the same food and it differed in consistency and portion of the food. Waitress was nice, but was not on the ball like the one we had on March 17th.

    Great lunch. The food was delicious and the staff was relaxed and accommodating. We had one member that was 20 minutes late to the reservation and we were never rushed or made to feel bad.

    We enjoyed the pizza and burger. I tried the Proclamation beer (?) that they were having a special on, but it was awful. It tasted like somebody put KoolAid into beer. Yuk. My son asked for Key Lime Pie to go. We were charged for cheesecake and the package said cheesecake. I told him to ask the waiter to correct the order, but he did not want to. I've been to Avvio several times and would go again. The menu could use some expansion in the way of more choices for pizza and maybe some traditional Italian favorites like lasagna. They should definitely offer more draft and bottled beer selections.

    Reason for the 4 overall! Everything was good, service, food , atmosphere, but I did notice the portions seemed smaller and the after dinner drink was undrinkable. We ordered 2 nutty Irishman after dinner drinks.The drink came in a oversized ceramic coffee cup. The flavor was unrecognizable tasting bitter and missing an ingredient and unfortunately as I mentioned previously, undrinkable. The drinks were removed from the bill but was looking forward to the after dinner drink

    We love this restaurant. The food is always great. The gluten-free options are delicious. The chef cooks a steak to perfection. Honestly, we've tried a variety of dishes, and all are good. A very consistent restaurant. Highly recommend.

    My visit was midafternoon. There were many selections for this time of day. In fact, we changed our choices many times before we settled on two: the eggplant appetizer and the antipasto appetizer. Both were delicious. We ended our meal with a sip of lemon cello, which was delightful. Trisha, our server, was excellent. Her service was friendly and professional. The only disappointing detail was the change in the fare reward redemption. I used to be able to use a portion of my rewards toward a meal. I miss that feature now.

    We had reservations but opted for bar seats once we saw it was quieter than expected. Our bartender was so attentive and upbeat and had such a fabulous personality that it made the night exceptional. Our meals were excellent; I had the Avvio salad with seared grilled shrimp. We topped off the night with my favorite-sea salt Gelato. I asked for only one scoop to just get a taste and the portion was very generous. The night had forecasted a substantial snow storm so it was very quiet but perfect. Great for some laughs. Highly recommend.
