Azie on Main
Amazing ambiance and food
Overall, pretty good for our first time there! Service was a bit slow but we were in no rush.
Staff is amazing. Management is top notch. Food is great.
Excellent brunch with lots of nice choices, both Asian and traditional American brunch fare. The dining room atmosphere is lovely, nice and bright with lots of windows.
The only thing is that the chairs are really uncomfortable. Azie needs to replace them all so that guests can stay and linger (and order more drinks and spend more money). We left as soon as we finished because our backs hurt!
Definitely worth the trip because the food was delicious.
The Sushi was beautiful and delicious but the other prepared meals ordered by persons in our party were tasteless and disappointing.
Overall it was great. Took a 2nd try to get a nice table. Fun and happy place. A little noisy due to hard surfaces, but food and service was excellent. Recommend it!
Villanova Family Weekend
The food was great. Lots of flavor. Service was fast and staff was attentive
Amazing as always! 5 stars every time!
This is definitely a great restaurant. But the Wagyu is
Lovely birthday dinner!
Excellent lunch. Terrific food
Food was great. Service, not so much. It was a brunch buffet, and literally the only thing the server had to do was bring a single coffee one of us ordered, and bring the check at the end. Forgot the coffee, then had to be flagged down for the check after vanishing for 10 minutes. Maybe it was the person's first day, but service for a buffet is not that difficult. It wasn't even very busy.
Warm atmosphere, delicious food, and great service. Will return again.
Best food in the area!
Food and service was excellent!
The hostess was very annoyed when we changed our reservation from 7 people to 8 people, even though there were many open tables. Our waiter was average at best....very slow to respond to any request. Food was ok. Not sure I’d go back.
Food was great except the 11 layer carrot cake was dry and not much flavor.
Little loud and slower than usual but still great experience
Best happy hour!!!! I love this place
Went here with my boyfriend for date night, had a great service experience and a quaint, romantic night out. Basically paid for the experience/ambiance. The food was average and a bit overpriced for what you get. We both had a salad, shared an appetizer and split three sushi rolls (2 specialty, 1 traditional) for $92. Sushi was average, specialty rolls were comparable to most other sushi places that offer it at a much lower cost. Left full, but not as high quality for the price paid.
Yummy lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals
We came in on Labor Day, didn’t seem that busy. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it was warm. Entrees took well over 45 mins to almost an hour to come out. We tried to cancel the order but when I made eye contact with the server he came over and we asked him about our food and then he brought it out. Seems like the coursing could’ve been off too. Every time we have been here in the past it’s been amazing. Not sure what happened. They could’ve been short staff in the kitchen but who knows.
My son has celiac disease. The waiter was knowledgeable, informative and very attentive. We were happy and felt safe.
Arrived on time for our reservation. Inquired about sitting outside (which seemed to be wide-open)...we were told we'd have to wait if we wanted to sit outdoors even though there were a lot of open tables which were not reserved. Seemed odd...and they did end up seating us outside after only about 5 minutes. Also, food was generally good but the traditional mojito was watered down and tasteless. They did take it back and substitute another drink which was fine. Waitress was very nice and friendly. Overall, it was a fair dining experience, nothing more.
Were there for brunch, didn’t know was brunch only on a Sunday, however, we were truly amazed at the options offered. There was something for everyone and we had an amazing meal, truly the best meal all weekend. We would definitely go again .
My wife and I decided on celebrating her birthday at Azie. After a bit of trouble finding the entrance (around the back on the upper level), we were greeted by the hostess, and escorted to a lovely corner booth. Our server (Diana) introduced herself promptly, and took our drink orders. The house wines are very good (Chardonnay & Cabernet sauvignon). We chose Azie for the extensive and exotic menu items. Although we are not sushi or sashimi devotees, we did opt for some variants from our usual choices. Both were excellent and plentiful. Doggy bags were a must. We will be visiting Azie on an occasional run outside of our normal haunts in the future.
Jerrod was a great waiter. The food was terrific. we had sushi rolls (Godzilla) and poke bowls. Just excellent.
Very nice. Excellent food and service!
We have now been to Azie in both Media and Villanova and loved them both. We often eat dinner somewhere in that vicinity when we leave a movie at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute up the road from you on Lancaster Avenue and now look forward to eating there frequently when we are near at dinner time! Lovely time, wonderful food.
Very nice atmosphere here. Good is above average and sometimes even fantastic. Have been here three times and plan on heading back soon.
We done there frequently, always consistent delicious food. Service is usually wonderful, and it’s in the neighborhood
Food and service are excellent. Location is primo. The seats, benches and chairs are too low for the tables. This is a complaint from many “sized” people.
Excellent dinner and appetizers with our group of 5 on Saturday evening. The food was hot , the service was terrific (thanks, Tony!!) and it was a lovely evening. We will return soon.
This place was a gr
Always a consistent experience at Azie! I would highly recommend it for a group or if you're looking to dine alone. Happy hour specials are a good way to try a few items at a great price.
Overpriced for the quality. Worst Waugh I’ve had.
It had been about ten years since our last visit and it was Maia before that. Convenient to our work as a place to hit before getting on the Blue Route to head to the shore. Excellent quality seafood, we shared the enormous seafood platter as an entree and shared the beet salad (delicious) before that. Okay wines by the glass and good specialty cocktails. We opted for the ice cream trio not realizing how large the servings were. Whoa! We could have shared one scoop! Very nice experience, the sushi looks awesome. We recommend it!
Azie's is always a favorite restaurant for its incredible food and calming atmosphere. The subtle dark wood asian ornamental theme, the low lighting and the low level music combine to add to the dining experience. It is amazing how one table of unruly adults can change the entire feel of an establishment; while an exceedingly rare occurrence, when considering a venue for your next drinking party, do a favor to this restaurant's patrons and choose another eatery.
Always great food!
