   This was our second visit. Great ambience, food, service. They should offer gluten and dairy free options especially since a hotel establishment.

   Is the restaurant’s hotel so just pretend u r staying at the hotel and wanna go down and grab a casual dinner. Chill, not for a date, nothing special about it. Good fair enough, more on the good side. No complaints but no extra compliments.

   The dining experience was great. The portions are generous compared to some other winterlicious and the food looked & tasted really good. Service was superb. The only thing was the coffee seemed a bit small for the price. Overall very happy with the dinner!

    Went for Winterlicious and the food was superb! The braised short ribs melted in my mouth and the dessert was delectable, passion fruit with white chocolate mousse and frozen raspberries, yummy! Wine was delish but found a little expensive for one glass. Pablo, our server, was exemplary.

    We ate twice during our stay, at dinner time; once when it was full and once when it had lots of room. Service was great both times, timely and friendly. The four meals were all very good with big portions. There is not a lot of choice on the menu but it is well made and tasty.

    We were by and large happy with our Christmas dinner. Service was fine, but at the end there was a mixup with the bill. It did get straightened out before we left, but it delayed our departure a bit. Overall, though, our experience was positive!

    Great friendly service.Varied and interesting menu choices. Recommend. Have stayed at hotel previously, so have enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this restaurant.

    We enjoyed our breakfast - the food was excellent and the server was friendly and accommodating. We did find it a bit pricey, though - $6 for orange juice & coffee, which was bottomless, but we just wanted one glass of juice, and it didn’t need to be Starbucks coffee…

    The Dinner menu didn't feel like a dinner menu, but our Server was wonderful. Would have appreciated being asked if we wanted desert, or if our fries should be boxed up. But it was a good place to meet up with an old friend who was at a MTCC Conference.

    The server was excellent. I commend her on her responsiveness & attitude even though she was on her own since the other servers called in sick. She didn’t miss a beat. Our cheese platter was served with mold on the cheese, but this is something the kitchen should have noticed when plating.

    Food was good. Service was friendly. I would have rated a 5 if I didn’t have to wait so long to be seated when I arrived. I counted numerous staff setting tables but not 1 person looked up to acknowledge myself and others waiting to be seated. Also when I was presented with the cheque, I wanted to pay right away but had to wait a while for the server to return even though he was completing payment from the table next to us. There seemed to be a lack of awareness with the staff in regards to what was going on around them.

    Food was very good but it was a struggle to get served, after the first round of drinks. Tried to establish eye contact with our server many times as she strode by our table. There were a lot of other not-picky things that we probably would have let go unnoticed had the service been good. We were there for 90 minutes and should have had time for coffee and dessert. It was not just that the venue was busy (Elton John was playing) as we saw other tables around us getting good table service.

    Azure has it all — from the hostess station to a very delicious meal served by a top notch waitperson. She was both personable and professional and was very helpful with menu suggestions. My cocktail was made to perfection as was my Ginger Shrimp Bowl entree. Kudos to the Chef: the meal had the right amount of crunch vegetables and plentiful, tasty shrimp while the dessert (Tiramisu) was exceptional. Even paying the tab was painless. Azure is the real deal - excellent in food, beverage, service and ambience. It’s definitely worth another visit. Bon Appetit!

    Decent food and service. Nice meal in the hotel atrium. Big screen to watch baseball if that's your jam. Went after taking the bus to see a matinee play in Stratford. Convenient.
