Waitress wasn’t very attentive. Food was cold. Overall experience at this location wasn’t great.

Went to celebrate friends Birthday food was good hostess had an attitude and I was disappointed in that. Not enough servers and it took forever to get our order in. Once we did it was served fast just getting a server to take our order was slow. Our sever was good felt bad she seemed overwhelmed but we tipped her good. Food was excellent though so we’ll go back

Christmas Eve with the Family was awesome at Bahama Breeze. They even honored Happy Hour 5 - 7 PM . Food was excellent and service was excellent. Choice of inside or outside dining. Whether a special celebration or routine dinner a very good choice.

The good was Outstanding; I had the hanger steak w rice n beans n a lovely green chili souse that was tangy for the steak, delicious! We started With the beef empanadas that are to die for if you’re going to get one thing this is it the crust is flaky the meat is delicious they are addicting LOL

Food was delicious. I ordered the mahi tacos. It was seasoned just right and the mahi was cooked perfectly. My guests ordered the grilled salmon, the skirt steak and the calypso shrimp linguini. They were all raving about their dish. As an appetizer we always order the firecracker shrimp and it is never a miss. The spinach dip and chips is pretty tasty too.

It was good, as always, for a chain restaurant. We really got drinks and an app.

Little annoyed because we asked for indoor seating but regardless of the reservation he said we had to wait 15-20 minutes... so what’s the point of a reservation? Lol

I go there a lot , love the food. Our last waiter was not so helpful. He was more focus on the table with the generation in his age group. First time my husband and I had that experience. Still will go back!!!

Great service and literally the best jerk chicken wings EVER! They have drinks in real pineapples that my daughter loves. Super kid friendly and I liked that they all wore masks and had sanitizer everywhere. I tried almost everything on the menu but I will return one day just to order a ton of wings and just go to town lol.

The food was great, service excellent. The ambiance is a little weird because of covid... but everyone was spaced out, it was clean etc.

Bahama Breeze never fails on their quality of food. But they do fail on their service. It’s always slow. This is the first time we went back since indoor dining has opened back up again. We made reservations, thinking we’d have an automatic indoor table (since all other restaurants are doing it like that)
We get there, tell the host we have reservations and he asks if a table outside was okay. First of all it was 40 degrees; absolutely not. Second of all, we made reservations for a reason. There was 2 other groups with the same problem and the host was quite rude and didn’t know how to handle it. We waited 5 more minutes and the manager sat us indoor. So be aware they might try and sit you outside even if you make reservations.

Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

Menu was more limited than usual.
People were seated separate from one another for physical distancing.

Food was great. My nephew has a life threatening tree nut allergy and they were outstanding with that.

Overkill on Covid requirements. Waiting outside. Also Shrimp lemon grass was awful, salmon was good. Thanks but no thanks. Cater to those who don't mind going out to eat during a pandemic. If I wanted extra overkill screening and cleaning, I would have stayed at home.

My friend accidentally made the reservations to 730 instead of 7... walked in and they said they couldn’t seat us until 730. I then reserved for 7 under my account and got seated right away. The hostess did not try to accommodate our early arrival until I made a separate reservation. Not hospitable or accommodating at all. FYI my party was only of 2.

We always come here for a guaranteed good meal. Happy hour is great. Our waiter was so attentive (esp. with happy hour winding down).

Do not order the Cuban Sandwich. It was horrible. If you want your hamburger medium order it medium-rare or it will be overcooked. The Jerk Wings are okay.

It was freezing cold inside and the restaurant called me and texted me roughly 5 times during my meal to tell me that my table was ready
