    We have two private rooms available for your use, both have available audio visual equipment as described below for use free of charge. Noah's room seats up to 20 guests and has a flat screen tv with connections for a laptop, and a dvd player to meet all of your audio visual needs. Our Party room seats up to 40 guests and has a portable screen and projector for your audio visual needs. (Note: when utilizing audio visual in the Party room, we recommend a maximum of 32 guests) Both rooms can be utilized together to seat a maximum of 60 guests. Additionally, we have semi-private seating available for up to 40 guests in our South Dining Room. When appropriate you can still utilize the screen and projector for audio visual needs in this room. However, we would recommend limiting your guest count to 32 guests if you were to use this room with audio visual.                                                                                                                             We are Baker Street regulars. Compared with our past dining visits this experience was a step down. The food is still excellent but the service was not what it should be expected in a high end steakhouse. The greeters and wait staff need additional training in customer service. Additionally, The plumbing on a restroom sink faucet has been inoperable for the past several months. Fortunately there are two sinks but the inoperable sink faucet sends a poor message to customers.

                                                                                                                            We arrived at 12:00 and were seated and given the menu’s. We ordered. 15 minutes later the waiter brought my iced tea and said the tea wasn’t made yet. I guess they forgot they opened at 11:00. We asked why we weren’t asked what dressing we wanted on our salad. He said you don’t get salad at lunch. We said the menus said salad came with our entrees. He said you must have been given the wrong menus, the dinner menus.

Everything we tried to order they were out of, “supply” issues which we understand, but that wasn’t the only issue. The food was overpriced and mediocre at best! Staff sat us at the darkest table in a corner by the restrooms after knowing that my reservation profile specifically stated no tables by the kitchen or restrooms. When asked to be moved, we were told we could move to a booth, but it would be an hour because they had just received their entrees.. Even asked for a candle for the table to help with lighting and no go. We were able to move to a brighter table, but unfortunately that didn’t help! Our server seemed not interested in us and even told us she hadn’t wanted to work that day and explained her personal reasons why. She was very distracted and not helpful. The entire evening was a huge disappointment! We were with friends and had heard wonderful reviews about the restaurant and had made our reservation over a month ago and were very much looking forward to our first visit. This is not “fine dining”, if we go to have a “fine dining” experience in Ft. Wayne again it will not be here!

Unfortunately, the food did not match up to what we were expecting. The food was bland and highly overpriced. It felt like we were paying just to be there.

                                                                                                                            We used to love Baker Street. During start of pandemic, their family meals and delivery were on point. We understand price hikes right but this feels like prices jumped up by 30> and service went way down. My husband and I SHARED an entree, each had a drink and split the salad. Our bill was over $100. We don’t mind this if the service was excellent. The last two times it has been awful. We were in the bar and our waitress would not remember our requests, next thing we see her just chatting it up with another table and what we asked her was never delivered. We were asking our busboy for things because our waitress was too busy talking to other people. We finally got our steaks only for the lady who brought them out to set them down and quickly turn around while we were asking for salt/pepper and A1. We could not get the attention of anyone. My husband went out to the hostess to request these items. The $60 ribeye was good but for a $120 meal, I expect much better service. It has now been two times with bad service and it will be a long while before we come back again. Cork and cleaver, copper spoon, club soda…. ALWAYS have great ambiance and service. Próximo always has great service. Sorry Baker Street… the price hike is ridiculous for the subpar service you are providing.

                                                                                                                            Impeccable service and great food, as always. It was Mother’s Day, so a bit busy as to be expected. Our table was cornered between two others which was a little uncomfortable with our baby but didn’t deter the overall experience from being nice still.

                                                                                                                            My first time to Baker Street but my girlfriend has been there before and really enjoys it. We went for our 1 year anniversary. They congratulated us our anniversary which was a nice touch. The menu had so many good looking entrees and appetizers. The food we ordered the Asian BBQ Salmon and the Crab Cakes were delicious - both entrees we would get again. Drinks were superb - cocktail and some wine. We asked for the drink menu again just to get the ingredients for my cocktail. The atmosphere was warm, comforting, and cozy. Lastly the young lady servicing our table was fantastic. We would highly recommend Baker Street to others.

There were 4 of us, all thought the service was good. Our meals were a mixed bag. The ladies had steak and salmon and both thought it was great. The guys both had the prime rib special, which was just ok. I would’ve expected more from a special and considering what we paid… Honestly, had our service not been so friendly and prompt, I would have rated this lower based on the food.

                                                                                                                            the food was excellent. for me the prices were too high for me to come again. $24 for 4 shrimp. $10 for a cup of soup. we split our entre and the shrimp and the bill was $130 before tip. it would have been $50 more if we didn't split. i am not in the restaurant business so u must understand the reason for your prices. andy

My wife life’s the Steak Salad but was very disappointed with the fact that hers was pretty much all Kale! I enjoyed the Cuban Sandwich and it was as good as ever. Prices have gone up quite considerable.

Noah's room seats up to 20 guests and has a flat screen tv with connections for a laptop, and a dvd player to meet all of your audio visual needs. Our Party room seats up to 40 guests and has a portable screen and projector for your audio visual needs. (Note: when utilizing audio visual in the Party room, we recommend a maximum of 32 guests) Both rooms can be utilized together to seat a maximum of 60 guests. Additionally, we have semi-private seating available for up to 40 guests in our South Dining Room. When appropriate you can still utilize the screen and projector for audio visual needs in this room. However, we would recommend limiting your guest count to 32 guests if you were to use this room with audio visual.
