Service was slow. While food was good, it is overpriced.

Great environment. Attentive staff. Had a very nice dinner.

Great atmosphere, great food, great service!! The music was amazing.

We each had a steak at about 62 dollars each. It was very tough and far below our expectations. We’ve been to the restaurant a few times so this was a disappointment.

What a great resturant hidden from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but right on the beach. Our party of 4 was blown away by the setting once we arrived. It was beautiful with outdoor seating and wonderful ambiance. Service was great and the food was outstanding. We highly recommend.

We celebrated our 12 Anniversary tonight and we were greeted and congratulated by many on the staff. Our meal was Amazing and the view we had was Breathtaking ❤️⛵️

View was AWESOME right by the ocean food was out of this world service the best I’ve experienced all around excellent night no complaints truly a five star restaurant

We were evicted because of a fire. Very disappointing... I had 2 spoonfuls of my onion soup and it was fabulous!@

Food was decent but service was inattentive and seemed disinterested in serving a party of 12 ... maybe it was because we had 4 children, but we were there for a 50th anniversary dinner with the whole family. Food from the kitchen was outstanding, but the service was substandard.

Brandon was our server. Excellent, excellent job. Very friendly and professional. He was especially helpful in his knowledge of Maui and also provided guidance to us for our future trip to New Zealand. Brandon is an outstanding representative of the restaurant.

Super slow/bad service, so slow that all of my guests left the table before I got the check because they were tired of waiting! Very frustrating! Location was great but the food was only okay and way, way overpriced! Extremely disappointing dining experience. Would not recommend!

We enjoyed the last dinner during the stay at the Moana Surfrider. We ordered crab cake, onion soup, rib eye steak and lobster tail. All dishes were excellent but onion soup was a little bit too salty for us. Although we could not fully enjoy the sunset due to the bar's parasols, the staff service exceeded such issue (unfortunately his name is not clear but who has just returned his happy honeymoon). Thank you so much and I will visit you again!

We had an excellent experience at the Beachhouse! The service and food were wonderful and the wait staff were very attentive to our needs. Beautiful sunset too!!

We had dinner. Had a view of a beautiful sunset which was unfortunately blocked by some beach umbrellas at the next door bar but it was still visible. The food was great. Had the king crab. Amazing. Cocktails also great. Classic Hawaiian music playing live at bar next door.

Wonderful experience in every way! Lovely food, service and ambience with great view! Perfect! We are already reserved for 2 more dinners this week!

Everything was great, food took about 90 minutes to come out but we enjoyed the atmosphere so much that it didn’t matter.

It is a nice setting, but not worth the money! Though I asked via the website of OpenTable for a nice table, they first gave us the worst they have. After complaining we got a better one. Staff is doing their job, but not more!
In Europe you get much better value for the money e.g. you have well trained service staff!

Great experience! Carlo our server was amazing and so attentive to our needs without even asking he split our entire meal for us knowing that we were gonna share. It’s little things like that that really make an experience more amazing. We will be back for sure!

Great location and decent food. Price doesn't reflect the quality of the food. Portions are small but expected but the quality of the food should be better for the price they charge.

The service was so good. I made a special request for them to hold a gift that I was going to give to my girlfriend until the end of the meal and they did a phenomenal job adhering to my request. The staff is very friendly and they’ve made my experience a memorable one! Thanks!!

Very pricey and the food was a little overly pretentious but the location is amazing. Service was just OK, I kept having to duck as the waitress continually carried big trays over my head. For the price, could have been a lot better.

It was our anniversary & Valentine’s Day. The staff were very friendly & the food was delicious. Would highly recommend 😀

I almost hate to publicize the Surf Rider’s Valentines’s Day dinner because I want it to stay a semi-well-kept secret. But we have made this a part of our Presidents Day trip to Oahu for years and it gets better every year. Just amazing this year.

This was the most expensive meal we’ve ever had because it was a prix fixe menu for Valentine’s Day. It was also one of the best!

Was seated at a table for 2. Very romantic. Open to all the sounds of the ocean Beautiful atrium area. French onion soup was savory and cheesy. Perfect!
The grilled Ribeye is worth the price Winter even surprised us with a small piece of carrot cake just so we could have a taste. 5 stars!

Had a sampler 3 course meal. Dry roast beef, raw lobster. Seafood didn’t taste fresh. Dessert was good! The ambiance is so beautiful there but the food is not worth the money. The wait staff is not as attentive as they should be for this price point but they were very cordial. Really not their fault for the poor quality of the food. I love the veranda but would think twice about eating a fine dining dinner There again maybe just the tea next time!
