Food was not seasoned at all, no taste and overpriced

Loved our server but it took forever once we got seated to have our order taken for both food and drinks. Once everything got going, I wanted another drink to order but server never came over again really to ask for another. We also did not get our ice cream at the end of our meal although it was supposed to come with it

Rough first night back I guess. Chef was great, but show was shorter and food lacked seasoning.

Not having curbside service a big negative especially when asked to leave a tip when ordering lol
By the time you park and navigate the mall to find the restaurant.... Well I guess I should not have expected much

This was one of the BEST experiences we have had at Benihana yet!! Your server was AMAZING! He was very interactive and easy to get along with and our Chef was HILARIOUS!! One of the best ones we have had and he had us laughing the whole night!!

Worst service I have had in a long time! Went there for sons birthday (they were aware) and they could care less. Our waiter looked like it was the worst day of his life and the chef at our table had 0 energy whatsoever! For $225 I could have had better service at McDonald's! Wont be going here anytime soon.

Expensive food but quality and portion doesn't justify it.

I believe we went at the last time on a Sunday. It was my fiancé’s birthday and we put in order of sushi rolls. The manager came by and said the sushi chef already left. She gave me $20 towards my dinner! We didn’t feel rush either.

Everything was socially distanced and the dining experience felt very individualized because of it. There was a party of two sat with my party of two. The only thing that felt different(not necessarily bad!) from a typical night at benihana was the noise level. There were hardly any people because of the covid seating arrangements which was a positive and a negative. It felt almost too quiet to talk! Love benihana so much amd being seated pretty much by yourself was awesome.

I think they ended up a little short staff due to unexpected customers but our server was excellent and made sure we had all we needed.

Food was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Price was a little high... when you are already paying $40 for a meal it shouldn't be an additional $5 for the fried rice.

Our experience was great. They were prompt at getting us a table and everything went well. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Both server and chef were amazing! They were attentive, and so courteous!

Our server was amazing, she was very attentive to everything that we needed. The food was good, lacked a little flavor but over all it was amazing. The only negative I could say was the temperature of the restaurant. It was so cold that it made the experience not as good as it could be. All I wanted to do was eat as fast as I could so I could leave just to warm up.

I waiter was good he forgot one of drinks and he never offered us our ice cream that came with our dinner and my birthday ice cream

My server was GREAT!
However my sushi came so late that I forgot that I ordered it. The 2 Greeters at the front literally left me standing there as if they didn’t see me (it was only me)... then they were short & rude.
I’ve heard that this location is the least recommended of the 3 in MN... I can see why.

Food and chef were amazing l. The waitress wasn’t so great she took forever to get our drinks, take order bring things for the chef as she submitted our order wrong as well as the other people at out table who were not part of our party.

We visited your restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday. We were running a little behind so we called to make sure we would still have a reservation. We were told there was a fifteen minute window for arrival. We arrived 17 minutes late because of parking and what it took to physically get to the restaurant. We were able to have our family time. Our waiter was wonderful.

The waiter and hibachi chef had excellent personalities and were a great duo. I would request them next time.

We absolutely loved it! Great experience for an out of state guest! I would highly recommend!
