Birthday celebration!

It’s good but pricey. I have better local hibachi.

Food and service was excellent. We had a table to ourselves so they were following social distance rules.

It was amazing. Service was even better.

Food was so salty and Bathrooms duty and smelly, I love Benihana except today's visit ;-(

Seafood was great

Our server had an attitude problem when we politely asked about items from the menu since it was my friends first time visiting.

Ivan was the best cook we’ve had so far! He made everything delicious !!

Anniversary. Chef was amazing and the other people at the table were very nice.

Benihana is like going to a show & dinner all in one. Food during lunch is priced very well & low. You get so much for the dollar & it’s not a happy meal 😃 Bern going there for past 30 years and will continue.

Waiter and chef got our order wrong. Not going back for awhile in hopes that the noobs or the horribly inexperienced have time to get their act together. I’m not spending good money just to have an order screwed up.

Me and a friend dined here for my Birthday. It was her first time to a Benihana, while I have been here several times. The restaurant did a great job with social distancing. All of the food was delicious to me, and to my newcomer friend. We chose to get the fried rice instead of the steamed rice that comes with the meal, and it was well worth the upcharge. I know my friend is now "hooked" and will visit again, and it goes without saying that I will too.

After all the hype I’ve been hearing for years, I was disappointed. The decor seemed tired, the food a bit overpriced. Portions could of been better. And all the members of our party ate at different intervals due to the cooking procedure.

Great as always- been going to Benihana restaurants all over the USA and this branch does not disappoint although they made us wait for a good 20 min even though we had a reservation and everyone was there.. otherwise it would have been perfect ! Hostess was not friendly nor efficient .

Although our chef was great....the food and ambiance was pretty blah. It was my husband's first hibachi experience and our anniversary celebration but he said he never has to go back.

We had the lobster and steak it was delicious with the chicken fried rice

With all that’s going on, I think they did a great job at social distancing tables and keeping people safe with this pandemic.

The servers wore masks at all times. The food was delicious as usual, and the chef was great at putting on a nice show at the table for the kids!

Would definitely go back!

Great Service with great food, perfect place for birthday. We always enjoy food in Benihana, especially Benihana Schaumburg because beside food and service, restaurant is always clean and spotless.

Food is always great, service was ok could be a little more personal.

Over all the quality of the food was great the chef was really good

Our chef was the best we've ever had there. Very funny and engaging and of course the food was great.

The cook did not speak English and needed a translator. There was four Spanish speaking people dining at the same table the cook talked only to them in Spanish the entire dinner.

Also when juggling the spatula and fork the cook dropped both several times and was dangerous even one fell on the floor and the cook used it

I have been going to Benihana for years even when they had one in the downtown of Chicago I have never had bad service until today. I felt ignored and so did my wife.

Difficult times for these guys due to Covid restrictions, but still good food, good show, and good time.

The food is always great but this particular night it was near closing and the chef was moving fast which resulted in a little bit more salty food than usual but overall the portions are great really fulfilling but not healthy choice

Always a great time at Benihana! The food was great, but the upcharge for steak was more than would have been ok with us I knew how little steak I was getting.
