I was wanting hibachi for like 2 weeks so I decided to go here. To start, when you came in, it was cold. And it was not just by the door. It was so cold that the hostess had on her coat. I had to keep my coat on for most of the meal. I told the chef not to overcook my food. I had the lobster, shrimp and scallops and of course he winded up over cooking everything except the scallops. The food really was not seasoned well. I actually asked for salt because of this, and in all my times going to get hibachi, I have NEVER had to add anything to my food. We waited for the longest to just get our drinks after we ordered. I did not make a stink of the situation but will not be going there anytime soon.

Very clean
Food was good, great service, kid friendly, social distancing and lots of parking. But too much garlic buttering everything. It was a bit over powering - but it did keep the vampires away - lol.
Felt safe, seating well distanced. Chef put on good show. Food excellent.

We had reservations for 6:45 and didn’t get seated to eat till an hour later. I made reservations for 10 people and they tried to sit 10 of us on a 8 person table. And argues when we brought up that the chairs were to close to one another and even in the corner where no portion of the table was even available for that seat. It only got corrected once we spoke to the manager who sat us at two separate tables. The table they sat us at was still sticky and required to be te leaned. The cook Zack was actually good and cooked the food to perfection. The food was tasty other then that it was a horrible experience.
I had a reservation for 1pm and did not get seated until 20 min after. Portion sizes were not usual Benihana portions. Chef was nice but spilled rice all over my husband at dinner. It seemed like they were being cheap and the atmosphere felt very disorganized. Would not recommend this location
we had a reservation but had to wait extra. Besides the wait the staff was pleasant. The server Javier was attentive and awesome made me forget all about the wait. At the end the manager cam over to the table and spoke with us and explained the reason for the wait so I appreciated that. Will definitely recommend and revisit.

Food was delicious. Waitress wasn't really around bc understaffed, it seemed. Everyone was friendly. Very disappointing that bathrooms were disgusting. I brought it to the manager's attention because our dining experience was wonderful but that really sucked to see that at the end.

Going in was a little wary of crowding due to COVID, however the location did a great job of separating tables and not overcrowding the dining room. The food was great and our chef was excellent. Overall a great experience. Keep up the good work.
You can’t go wrong with Beni Hana. If you like Hibachi, you’re good.
Food was excellent as it usually is. My kids were tired and ready to go home, so we left the restaurant in a haste. The next day my wife could not find her wallet. The last place she had it was at the restaurant. She called and was told a manager would call her back. I decided to just swing by the restaurant. I arrived and told the hostess that my wife had probably left her wallet behind. She went and got the manager. He met me and after I verified my wife’s information in her wallet he was happy to hand it to me. My wife was so happy that her wallet was found, intact.
We dine at this Benihana about 6 to 8 times per year. Our food always tastes fresh and yummy.

Too many patrons! Especially in the waiting area. Did not feel comfortable. Need better crowd control in time of COVID
The outmost worst dining experience I had ever had! As an Executive Chef, I am very forgiving for shortcomings, especially during this COVID-19 time-
we had all Waited 45 minutes to be sited, at my reservation table, got the wrong food, as: wrong sushi, I had waited and waited and my sushi order never came, I am allergic to shrimp, as a deadly allergy, yet got shrimp sushi!!! And yes, I told the waitress about my deadly allergies, wrong dumplings, no soup, no salad, no rice with dinner!!! Just meat and zucchini and onions !! I had explained to the Hibachi chef, whom is Japanese- that politely, as a friend to the restaurant- the order is very wrong; and he refused to cook for me and our family because he thought we were Spanish!!! Ok, we are 🤷🏼♂️ 3 Israelis, 4 Colombians, and 3 Americans.... all one family- not that I have to explain and be ashamed of myself...
Came with 10 ppl, only 4ppl got the food we order, food quality was close to dog food quality!

The Restaurant Manager was shocked at the Chef behavior, and should of had gave me a bill that reflects what I had ate, not what the food ticket showed. I’m very disappointed and upset, we went for the holiday celebration and got this horrible experience. I am expecting to be contacted by the restaurant Manager, in order to fix this outstanding issue...
The food was delicious. I definitely recommend the teriyaki sauce. It was amazing on the steak and chicken. The chef was fun and we had a fun time. All if the employees were great and we can't wait to go back.
Manager in duty did an awesome job. Found out they went thru a power outage earlier in the day. Manager and staff still provided us with outstanding service!!
We use to enjoy very much hibachi dinner here it was our favorite. But lately after they open indoor dinning there are always new cooks who seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I didn’t enjoy my meal this time the food was not tasty like usually and it was cooked very sloppy. The chef didn’t ask us if we wanted extra sauces or anything. We had told the waitress we were here celebrating a birthday and they even forgot and never came to sing happy birthday. Won’t be coming here again to spend so much money and not enjoy my food.
I didn’t have the chance to even eat here. I feel when I come to this Benihana’s I have a pretty bad experience.
I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and we’re all human so mistakes happen, but it’s just becoming disappointing. Hopefully this place improves on its staff engagement and service.

Service was a little slow.
The only complaint is I was up charge for chicken we didn't order. It was already put on the grill so I felt obligated to pay for. Other then that my 3 kids and I had a very nice time.
This was one of the most memorable Benihana experiences. Not only was the service amazing, from the hostess to the waiter, to the chef and even manager. We felt taken care of from the get. Our chef Elijah was great! He was friendly, interactive, fun, and the food was delicious! The waiter was amazing too-he was attentive, kind, and treated us very well (sorry we didn’t remember his name). The big thing for us was the gentleman at our table...because of social distancing the table wasn’t full so we were a party of 3 and there was 1 other gentleman at the other side of the table. He was quiet but kind and engaged with us a bit. At the end, he had to leave early and unbeknownst to us, he also took care of our bill! He will never know the impact, though I hope he somehow does, that this made on all of us. This past month was rough, between our son having an emergency appendectomy and me having covid, this couldn’t have come at a better time. We went to celebrate my fiancé as a late bday dinner since we weren’t able to properly celebrate her with all the illnesses she was helping heal and what this man did was beyond a kind gesture! Whoever you are, we THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
Went with the kids to celebrate a birthday and had an excellent experience. The service was great and the Chef was outstanding, great personality and skill he was great with the whole family we have been to Benihana many times and the food is always good but this chef created whet we all agreed on, was the best tasting meal ever.
The chef was awesome but they ran out of soup salad and dessert so that kind of killed my experience. Definitely plan on going back to a different location and see if the second time is the charm.

The table they put us at was wayyy in the back and everyone kept their coats on because it was soo cold and dark back there. We felt like we paid for the chef show more than the food.
Great experience
The waitress was absolutely horrible. Firstly I ordered a pina colada which is my favorite drink NEVER IN MY LIFE DID I EVER SEE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LIQUOR. She took forever with out drinks , she also took our food order down wrong ! Next the food alone was just tasteless. We went here for my birthday and I had the worse experience of my life. Not only was it my first time it might but be my last
We were there for my daughters 5th birthday dinner. I was a little worried about social distancing, but the restaurant did a nice job staggering the reservations, so parties were not next to each other for a long tine. The food was excellent, and my daughter was amazed at the talented cook. We recommend Benihana to families looking for a safe indoor dining place that will not only satisfy your pallets but entertain the kids.
