It was nice to get back out after lockdown. Our waiter was very attentive.

I forgot how good Big Bowl is!! I cannot get enough of their yellow curry with chicken- it gives me enough for 3 meals! Food was fresh and came quickly, service was great and seating was spaced adequately apart so we all felt very safe. We'll be back again soon!

The food was delicious. Our waiter was very patient with us and let us take our time. Cauliflower rice was delicious! Thanks for being friendly for people who can’t eat gluten!

Great fresh food and generous servings. The chicken cashew was slight on cashews but spicy flavored, and the panang curry chicken was flavorful with the jasmine rice. Our favorite is the combination order of potstickers. Missing from our dining experience was the charm of the unique dishware they used in past years. The restaurant was socially distanced and well wiped down and the waitress was helpful and friendly.

Not many diners on a Sunday night. Lots of take out going on. Server was attentive and the food was quite good. First time there and during covid so probably not the best example of ambience.

Big Bowl is my personal choice for my annual birthday dinner - and it never disappoints! I LOVE their pad Thai!

My kung pao chicken entree didn't seem fresh, and it was very salty. Almost like it was the end of the batch. For what we got, I thought $50 for lunch was expensive.

The food is amazing, always. Highly recommend trying the Thai Hot Pepper Chicken, and Chicken pot stickers!

It was our anniversary and the waitress gave us a small free dessert.

Everything was great as usual--service was excellent and food was terrific!

Service was A+. Waitstaff could pick
up on my 8 year old’s cues that he didn’t love his meal. He wouldn’t accept the substitution she generously offered, so she comped his meal without request.

Everything was great once we had ordered.

This was a lunchtime meal, but the lighting was set for romantic anonymity and we were seated just behind the hostess station, not in a dark corner! We had to use the flashlight feature on our phones to be able to read the menu. It didn’t help that the menu’s text was also quite small.

Food was great and we all loved our choices as well as tasting each other’s food.

Great experience. Although drinks came right before our meal came. Would have been nice to get our drinks for 10” or so before the food arrives. We ordered drinks and our meal at the same time. Otherwise great experience as always.

Food was delicious as always. Our waiter was very attentive and service was great. Restaurant abided by Covid rules...many tables were unutilized.

Surprisingly the food was a bit cold. This is the first this has ever happened. Other than that it was all very pleasant!

Lunch meeting. Very few customers in empty quiet mall. No energy in ambience. Service was good, almost too good as interrupted conversation instead of adjusting to customers. Available for service as Very few other customers to serve. Did temperature scan on wrist before admitting. Food portions are large - big bowls - and tasty.

The restaurant was clean and the Covid-19 check-in (temp check) added a nice layer of security. However, one dish came out with undercooked chicken- after notifying our server, he replaced it with a fresh order and took the plate off our bill, which was appreciated.

I always recommend BB as meeting place. Out of town guests really enjoyed yesterday’s lunch. We ate on patio so noise was not at issue. The food was good; menu limited and missing my favorite chicken satay skewers. Nice waitress. Slow to clear dishes....perhaps thought we were still eating.

Awesome experience! My husband and I went their to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the food was delicious, service great, and because of some issues I had on my last visit, the Manager made sure food was allergy sensitive (gluten free) and we even received complimentary desserts. Love this place!

Delicious and plentiful, the food was freshly made. We felt safe, with space between customers. The service was terrific.
