Great patio experience with heaters etc.

Staff was incredible. With COVID we ate outside in 41 degree weather. They got us plenty of heaters, made sure we were comfortable and we’ll taken care of. Excellent!

Patio needs to be waaaaay warmer.

I met 2 friends for lunch and they did not find my reservation, but did find me at patio seating.
Service was attentive, the shrimp pad Thai was the best I’ve ever had. It was probably the last of great weather days to enjoy a meal with friends.

The food was served hot and fresh. Our attendant was very attentive and checked on us often.

Food was lukewarm. Service was just OK. Waiter was not friendly but the remainder of the staff was. We ate outdoors due to lockdown and there was some kind of car rally in the lot where everyone was revving their engines the whole time.

Other than that, all was good.

Food was not up to their normal high standards. Will chalk it up to Covid.

I ordered the stir fry you can create on your own it was just ok . Their was a lot of onions and celery . Needed more noodles and tofu . Overall ok

First - service was fantastic! DIdn't feel any concern with eating inside - very well distanced and clean. But - the item I ordered wasn't very clear about stating it was spicy, which I can't eat. I did order a new meal, and took the first one home to my husband, but I feel you need to mark these things better on the menu.

Great food and amazing service! Every booth/table was clean and every area is sectioned off with dividers. Honestly a great night, quick service and the food came out quickly. Will definitely be going back

This was our first time visiting. The food was EXCELLENT and service was even better. We loved the fresh ingredients.

Not the best dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant didn’t look clean, wrappers on floor, garbage. Server rushed us to order. 4% surcharge added to check for covid and place wasn’t sanitary. This charge was also added without telling us about it. Food was ok, had to ask for refill on drinks. Will not return and don’t recommend. A lot of the lettuce entertain you restaurants have gone down hill and it’s a shame.

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. As usual, the portion sizes at Big Bowl are very generous. We always have great dining experiences there.

It was ok disappointed because got wrong rice on my dish and it was very cold sitting outside they did not have heaters on. Their outside seating should be in a tent .

Very attentive & courteous staff. I can pick a dish with my eyes closed & I know it’ll be phenomenal. The desserts are just the perfect ending to a great meal.

The food and service were great!
They made of feel safe in the pandemic! This was the first time my wife and I have dined our since this pandemic began. Our food order was delivered to our table very quickly!

I ordered the yellow curry - it was good, but could have used more sauce

I enjoyed the food, service, and drinks! Usually I think Big Bowl is a little overcrowded, but with the social distancing requirements and less seating its actually perfect now.

Portions seemed really small for chefs choice. Also, not very vibrant as far as veggies go. I like my food colorful and the food was basically green and brown. No carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, etc. did not look appetizing. Add more color!

I had a wonderful meal on the outdoor patio. Service was excellent. The food was great. I know in the past some questions but my return had all my past issues addressed.

Dined on the patio. Had patio heaters on to help when the sun went down. Service was excellent. Food was great, as always.

The food was very good but priced a little high. We wanted to order beers but changed are mind very expensive. My husband decide to order the MaiTai was very good but serviced in a short rock glass three sips and it was gone the cost was $11.50. Most likely will not return again. to

Because my date wanted to sit outside some of the tables were placed in parking lot. The food was very good and service was very exceptional considering. I would’ve preferred to sit inside but, abiding to her wishes for comfort was why we sat in the parking lot.

- They are taking health & safety requirements seriously, which we appreciated
- Stir Fry was pretty good
- Pomegranate Mojito was the best drink
- Nice for a casual family dinner

I have been wanting to go here for awhile. Wish Covid didnt change it because I would have liked it more if you could pick your own veggies and proteins . Prices were pretty high for drinks and they came in super small glasses that were filled with ice. The lettuce wrap was chicken app was very salty. Food was really just okay.

Got appetizer after we were done with our dinner. Service was slow. Stuff floating in our drinks. No compensation for appetizer showing up too late. Had to ask for refills. Appetizer was over cooked.

Big Bowl adds in a Covid surcharge. They don't seem to be hurting for business. I find this offensive. I was understanding of this in the beginning, but this is no longer necessary.

Good food , good drinks , loud atmosphere so maybe not the right place for a date but otherwise highly recommended restaurant

Food was awful. Menu is unbelievably limited. Panang curry tasted like dish water

WOW I had no idea how nice their outside patio area is. They even turned the music down for us!! It is always so hard to talk with the music so loud!! The Kung Pao Beef was so yummy!!

Dined outside. Server was very attentive. Food came out at a good pace.

I feel that the food was overpriced especially for a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant. The Mongolian beef was a little too salty for my liking. I've had much better Mongolian beef at other Chinese restaurants at a price that is considerably less.

Loved the food and the service! They did a great job spacing tables and the staff was very friendly.

the food was great, the service was excellent. we had a dinner outside patio. it was excellent, wine was OK.
