Big Easy Canary Wharf
Waited a long time for my whole lobster. My the rest of my party finished their food before mine came out. The waiter was great. Probably won't go there again. I'll stick to the King's Road branch
I was concerned at the lack of social distancing with in the restaurant. We were in the centre of a small area with in the restaurant where tables all seemed extremely close to eachother. We felt that the restaurant are really pushing their measures and putting people at risk in the process.
The waiters were also passing around the condiments to and from each table without sanitising in between which made me not feel comfortable with using them once it as been passed over from the table opposite.
Unfortunately my sides came cold and are drink took a long time to arrive on many occasions.
We still enjoyed our time however the measures in place made us feel uncomfortable and at risk.
Friendly service and great food here at this super location.

Big easy used to be my place to go and eat, however I have felt there service has gone down hill.
They are not cheap and the food is quiet expensive, however the taste and service used to make it all worth it. Now I'm finding the cost doesn't match the service and quality of food. In my last visit, our drinks were late, we got our starters first and had to follow up for our drinks. Our steak was overcooked and mussels creamy sauce was thick and lumpy. We were then give a £20 service added to the bill....the experience wasn't worth the total bill of £188.
Bit disappointed, wouldn’t return. Food was ok but not great and the environment wasn’t good for a family. We were sat next to a table of 8 men who were drinking heavily and very loud when we arrived and although not the restaurant’s fault, they should never have put a family with young children next to them. A few things on the menu were not available and service was minimal. £200 for 3 adults, 3 kids wasn’t cheap either.

The chips are meant to be rosemary chips however when we were served just plain chips .
The Host were amazing.
Has a first time customer it's important for me to let other customers like myself know, you will encounter the "black service" Meaning attitude at the door while checking reservations, seated with no menus or cutlery, ignored etc. Despite the introduction our waiter Chris was attentive and made my guest (also black) feel welcomed. Has I am not easily offended or triggered by the negative aspects it did not spoil our date. I have no problem in coming back. If you are easily offended please bear this in mind.
I had booked a table for 2 with my boyfriend for Big Easy, opting for limitless barbecue on the Monday, the food came but was not piping hot, however we understood this was probably because the food had to be served unlimited. Nevertheless we enjoyed the barbecue although everything does have the same taste (would actually recommend the standard menu). Since this was promoted as unlimited, I had asked for a top up of sausages and an extra portion of fries, the server acknowledged my request, however after 20 minutes, nothing came, so I asked another server for a top up of sausages and extra fries and she also acknowledged my request, but did not ever return... eventually I had gotten fed up and we got the bill, bear in mind they responded quickly to this which was absurd as their response to extra food was the complete opposite. We then paid and asked if we could validate our parking ticket for free parking (which is a promotional offer from Canary Wharf), the woman at the reception took our parking ticket and said she validated it, however when we got to the car park it was not validated and we had to pay the rate. The staff just seemed unhelpful and did not do their job right, we had eaten at another restaurant in Canary Wharf where our parking was validated correctly and it just seemed at Big Easy, the staff in Canary Wharf do not care. Would recommend to try another branch if you really would like to try the food at Big Easy.
Staff seemed stressed. Waited ages for our plates to be cleared. Was told “I’m going as fast as I can” upon my very first ask of the waiter having waited for so long.
As always the food is top notch.
They didn’t have many desserts left.

The food was ok. Social distancing was very poor, less than 50cm between us and another table. There was an open screen between but not great. The lady who collected the plates was wearing a mask but her nose was out. No sanitiser on entry and only 1/2 of us were temperature tested. I did not feel safe at all. I asked for salt and pepper which arrived in a dirty state and no bibs. Chips were cold, burger not cooked. Both me and my son were sick when we got home. Will not be returning anytime soon
Had a great family experience at Big Easy, food was great, our waiter was so informed and advised us and was able to answer any questions we had, all staff was very attentive and helpful. The food is a bit pricey
We have been before to Big Easy but unfortunately this time was very disappointing, our wings were good but everything else was awful. Service was not good, only receiving water at the end of the meal, no cutlery, no lobster crackers, no bibs, asking multiple times for things and given wrong information about the food. The food was also disappointing, the wings were good but that was all. The lobster was cold, the chips were very greasy and cold and one was almost empty on arrival. The steak was over cooked and chewy, really bad for a £30 steak that doesn't come with any sides!! This was our first meal out in a long time and it was really not what we were after. Such a shame.
Food tasted good and you basically got your money worth which is a bonus. We were told we had a 1hr half limit but spent most of the time waiting to be served. Once food arrived we had a short amount of time to eat as we were being rushed by the waiter which wasn’t a good feel at all. Resulted to my friend barely touching her food.
Took over 45min for food to arrive.
Chips cold, burger buns cold found hair in the salad very poor for the amount off money they charge

Been here before and never had a bad experience. Seated straight away, served in great time and food and drinks were amazing.
Will definitely be back.
We were told at the start of the meal we only had the table for 1hr 30mins, there are ways of telling us we only have a short of amount of time left but the way we were told wasn't on, we didn't dare ask for a dessert in case we were told we couldn't have it and had to leave. I ordered the lobster and for the price of it there was hardly any meat in it, what I ate though was delicious. My other half wanted a pitcher of cocktail aswell, when a single drink came we explained to the waiter and they replaced it for us but would not look at or talk to my other half for the rest of the time we were there. It seemed like we really annoyed him. We will return there as the food is lovely but the service could be better.

We love coming here! The live band was amazing and really made a difference to our experience! Service was good and value for money was excellent. The only downfall was the brisket.. it was quite dry which was a bit disappointing
From arrival the tone and service was very cold and unwelcoming.
We were given our table, and rushed to give our food order without even being given the drinks menu. One drink ordered before our food didn’t even turn up, and we were provided with the wrong meals. Additionally, swiftly after this we were told we have a max of 30 mins left to eat, despite the restaurant being half empty.

Our food was outstanding, and our server was polite and friendly. However, before I had even finished eating half of my lobster, a host with a tablet came to our table telling us our booked slot was nearly up, and we needed to start finishing up. This completely ruined our experience as we felt rushed and pressured. We would have liked to stay to buy more drinks and dessert, but were asked to leave. Although I understand restaurants are eager to make money after COVID closures, this is the first time in my life I've been asked to leave a table, especially when I'd only eaten half of my meal. Booking slots need to be longer to ensure customers are not being rushed out the door.
Food was not very nice, we went for brunch and the ribs were very fatty and had a weird taste, likewise so did the pulled pork. The chicken was the best pet of the meal. On a positive note, our drinks were constantly topped up.

Main waitress was lovely but didnt appreciate the manager coming over whilst we were still eating to inform us our booking was up, I personally find that rude. The same man also didnt seem keen on refilling the “unlimited” Prosecco .
Was seated on terrace as requested due to being a mixed household party. This was accommodated well, It is quite cold out there being near the river so wrap up
We went for the boozy brunch and I ordered the lobster roll.... Should have been called the celery roll because that's what it was. A couple really small pieces of lobster with LOADS of celery... Couldn't take the lobster at all. Made sure to get my moneys worth by pounding back as much processco as I could in th time frame. If I had just ordered the lobster roll on its own would have sent it back. Really disappointing.
Just amazing. Brilliant service, took on all our requests. Perfect bottomless brunch. Quality food and drink and great atmosphere with beautiful views!!!!
Booze brunch better than last visit. Our waiter did an excellent job, and very good with drinks and food order. The unlimited pig gig option was great. Good smoked long ribs and chicken. I had to say the chips were better improved fresh and well cooked. Nice fluffy potato which is highly addictive. A credit to the chef as the food is much better this time. My friends also impressed with the lobster mac and Texan 1lb steak option. We are not easy to please as we eat out a lot sometimes in very high end restaurants so well done and please keep this standard up well into 2021.
I had the b.b.q bottomless brunch very nice the chips was a bit hard but everything else was great I will be back soon

The service was bad, even though it was not fully booked. I had to request cutlery x3 times and waited over 10 minutes, which made my food cold. They also sent my food to the wrong table twice. I requested for some fresh food as people were breathing over the food. It was very loud. I couldn't
hear myself speak. Its really sad as this is one of my favourite restaurants. I took my friend who's first time visiting the restaurant and she was not impressed too.

There was not enough social distance between the tables - I was sat on a table for 4 - I would have suggested that the table for 2 between to 2 tables for 4 should have been removed. It was disappointing that there was no hand sanitizer to be seen coming in or out of the restaurant
