Consistently the best meal I have ever had in my life, each one tops the previous experience. My favorite restaurant in the world.

The food was horrible - tasted bland and something I could’ve made out of my fridge in a few minutes. The beef chunk (I think it was a short rib - couldn’t tell because of the bland taste) tasted like dog food. Even the desert had no taste to it.

The service - only due to Franco - was outstanding. You could tell he was a seasoned professional who knew how to manage the floor. The description of the vegetables in the beginning by another waiter was not good at all.

Excellent food and great service. Highly recommend for your next fine dining experience.

The combination of the most scrumptious food and the most amazing service puts Blue Hill miles above others. Cannot wait to go back! Still thinking about it about all the attention to detail and the attention on us (perfect in every way) ... WOW!

The service was impeccable ... from wine service to light conversation with the servers ... unique plating and takes on seasonal flavors. We went to celebrate our anniversary and it was an absolute perfect evening. Thank you Blue Hill and everyone that took care of us!

Absolutely stellar. My wife and I love coming here whenever we have an excuse to do so and they always amaze us. Food, service, ambiance, everything... everything’s perfect. Moreover, what they’ve put together for the “COVID experience” is by far the most amazing dining experience we’ve ever had. Stellar.

We had a wonderful time at Blue Hill! The service was impeccable! A few dishes weren't to our taste, but that's (of course) more about us than the restaurant itself. We hope to come back in the future!

My wife and I fully enjoyed a meal that was like nothing we have ever had before. The staff was fantastic Grace the Maître D' was welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves food.

Being familiar with Dan Barber’s work I had high expectations. The food was excellent, the seasoning in particular was remarkable, and the staff’s knowledge of each dish made the experience even better. Can’t wait to go again.

It was awesome. They even recognized my birthday. Very nice touch.

No privacy. Inches between tables. Portions were small, and the wait time between courses was absurd. 3.5 + hr dinner.

Absolutely fantastic! I love the explanations of my food and wine pairing. Understanding what I ate and drank was an education I really enjoyed. It allowed me to love the food even more!

Blue Hill delivers once again! I love all the stories behind each dish, and the service staff are top notch -- all so knowledgable, personable, and welcoming. I am going to have to make the pilgrimage to Stone Barns one of these years!

This is our Go To Restaurant for reliably good, absolutely delicious food in a highly civilized, well trained setting. Winter is a tough act when so little is growing. So the menu had a bit less wow on 1 or 2 of the offerings. We were 4 and this time, ordered the slightly larger menu (Tasting menu of at least 5 or 6 items). Usually we order from the 3 plate selection. And i must say, the larger menu has become too much food for us. The place was full early on a Wed eve... and not many tables turn so it is clear that Blue Hill continues to be special and especially good.

Perfect dîner / choice,
Inventive and original yet really good and enjoyable.
You discover flavours, vegetables, you have never heard before (only once).
And above all service is top.
I liked the ny wine.

We had a very high expectation (since we had been before to Blue Hill at Stone Barns) and it came out below. Service is good, but the food is miles away from the "cousin" restaurant outside NYC.

Just an amazing experience spent with my girlfriend on a belated Valentines date night following a show. I’ve been here before, and was just as amazed as the first time. I look forward to returning again.

I might have had unrealistic expectations... but given its Michelin star and reputation, i expected an unforgettable meal. Service was impeccable and the ambiance was perfect. The food was ordinary and did not stand out. We opted for the 4 course menu, even though we planned to select the 6 course. The Meal was unremarkable and forgettable. The wine selection, while limited was quite good.

The most interesting and inventive meal I've ever had. Worth it for the bread alone.

AMAZING experience. Got married at Stone Barns and have gone back on multiple anniversaries. But have never been to Blue Hill in Manhattan. So glad we did I! Started with a smooth and delicious bourbon batch cocktail and then 6 delicious courses. Highlights were the carrot steak with short rib and the surprisingly tasty barley dessert.

We had a wonderful time on Monday night at Blue Hill. The staff could not have been more attentive and kind. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and they added some lovely touches for us. The food was fabulous and so different. We had so many different things and everything was just delicious. We will return and can recommend Blue Hill enthusiastically.

The food itself was mediocre and lacking inventiveness.

Food supplies of the restaurant were being delivered into the dining room during restaurant hours. This meant the small dining room area of Blue HIll's door had to be opened and closed several times while the food supplies was being carried in alongside the diners.

I was disappointed by the meal because for a michelin star restaurant, the flavors were quite bland and empty. None of the dishes surprised me regarding texture, flavor, or a unique blend of ingredients. Dish after dish, I was waiting for something that would excite my taste buds, but I was disappointed every time. Even the cocktail (I had the Blue Hill Punch) was neither special nor particularly well mixed. At the end, I could only say the beer ice cream was the best of the worst dishes. The Montauk Fluke was not bad either, but once again, nothing that I would pay $100 per person to have. Overall, the meal was a let down. The service and ambiance was fine. If it weren't for the food, it would be a great place to celebrate a special occasion or just have a nice date.
