   料理はまあまあでしたが、会計時の伝票に頼んでいないものが２つも含まれていて、気が付いてなかったら余計に払うところでした。こういうことがあると次は行かないと思います。

   Booked a table for 14:45, the table wasn’t ready until 15:00. Waited to order for 15 additional minutes. The food was okay, the service was below par.

    The service staff was very polite but completely lost the plot with respect to serving the table. It seemed to us that Bocconcino was a loosely organized team effort to serve the entire dining room with the result being that nobody actually took responsibility for our specific table. We waited 50 minutes from being seated to finally speak with a server about placing a food order. True, someone asked us *immediately* after being seated if we were ready to order (?) but we had not yet opened the menus or ordered drinks! Despite being seated at the middle of the room (which was exceptionally loud), it was as if we were invisible to staff. Getting the attention of anyone at the end of the meal to fetch the bill was equally challenging. And then there was the wait for the machine...which took another 10 minutes to arrive. To the positive, this gave us time to ponder the hundreds of pounds we had just spent on the "experience," and firmed our convictions never to return again. Did I mention the food was passable but not great?

    Very disappointed with the service we received. We had to ask to order, ask for drinks and again prompt the waiter to serve us. To top it off my G&T was taken away and disposed off, even though I had only drank half of it! We dine out frequently, and although we enjoyed the food served the service really let the whole experience down, so we cut our meal short and didn’t bother with desserts and coffee! Unfortunately I will not be recommending this place to others.

    Overpriced for food that was good but not extraordinary. The ragu was quite bland, the service was appalling, glasses were empty and not being topped up with water had to ask for everything including Parmesan as they didn’t ask if we wanted anything with our pasta. Would not go back as have eaten far better for less

    The table that was reserved for us was in a hidden corner behind the wall. You put a hold on my cc and reserve a table which I don’t like and don’t change my place. You don’t sell that table or you show it to people who walk in. I was left with no choice the last minute

    Simple Italian food cooked beautifully. Waiter was Knowleable and knew the menu well so his recommendations were amazing. Maybe don't sit on the table right next to the band as it became harder to hear each other speak. But loved the vibes.

    Food was less than average. We asked them not to serve everything together, and they didn’t do that. Waitress told us that they don’t serve food in lower ground floor and it’s just for drinks , while getting out we saw that food was being served !

    Lovely ambience, live music and a DJ playing downstairs whilst we waited for our table to be ready with a quieter environment in the main dining room. Bit of a wait to get our table ready but All the staff were very kind, helpful and attentive. Food was great, with a lot of the items hand made and fresh. Would recommend!

    Very nice food and attentive service. Great music if not a little too loud (we had to shout at each other to be heard). Sax player was great and DJ played really good music. Would definitely come again. Thank you to front of house staff who changed our table number at short notice to accommodate an extra guest!
