The overall experience wasn’t great, service very slow, food was very regular, not great at all . I was really expecting a lot more since the place was highly recommended. Not worth the price since they have nyc prices. The lava cake was the worse part. Had literally not lava inside it was just a cheap cake warmed in the microwave with chocolate sauce on top. Nothing special.

Bottagra never fails to be an amazing night out! Great cocktails, delicious food, wonderful service. They are also doing an excellent job with keeping their guests safe . The tent is extremely comfortable! Would highly recommend Bottagra!

Chose this restaurant for a birthday dinner. The menu looks amazing and had great hopes for this spot. However, upon arrival there was a DJ and super loud music which should have been relayed to me when the reservation was confirmed.

Then there was the food. We ordered a smattering of appetizers and four different entrees. The only decent dish was the salad appetizer.

I personally ordered the Veal Saltimbocca and I was extremely disappointed. The veal was dry and overcooked, the melted cheese on top was almost burnt it had been under the broiler for a little to long. The sauce had formed a skin leading me to believe that it sat under a warming lamp for a while before the rest of the food was finished. The entire dish was under seasoned and dry.

The birthday guest ordered Linguini and clams and was it was gritty (sandy) and watery like they did not drain the pasta very well. Again under seasoned.

Chicken Francesse was also ordered for the children was alright, again no seasoning but just okay.

Overall this place is expensive and not worth the money. No single dish impressed and it's sad when a salad is the highlight of a almost $300 birthday dinner.

Restaurant was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was so nice , service was great and the food was excellent! Can’t wait to go again. Truly a special place.

I used to go here for brunch and I guess I was wasted to think the food was great. For dinner we had Goat cheese salad which was good but everything else we ordered was either over cooked like the chicken Marsala and the veal and the steak or undercooked like the eggplant and the shrimp. Our waiter was great and drinks were strong. Wouldn’t go back there or recommend it to anyone.

Food was fantastic. Service was excellent. Great entertainment on Saturday nights. We will be back again and recommend to all.

The food used to be amazing. I'm not sure what happened recently or maybe it's just the salmon? My date liked his chicken dish. This place is a lot of fun. Great service and the owners are so nice! Still my favorite place. I just should order something different next time.

I went out with my two girlfriends for dinner there. I had never been there until recently. Our waitress was great and I have no complaints about her or the staff there. They were all wonderful. The drinks were good. The food was decent. I felt my pasta was a little bland however. When our bill came we had an 8.00 charge reflected on the bill as a non cash fee. When we asked what it was we were told they were charging us a fee to use a credit card. I was not happy about that. I haven’t been to any other restaurants during covid charging me a fee to use a credit card to pay for my meal. I guess they expected me to use their ATM machine, pay bank fees and pay them cash for my dinner. I’m assuming they are charging everyone this fee because it came on the bill prior to us paying it.

Food is excellent with very nice portions. Only suggestion would be
Is to inform customers ahead of time
about the non-cash surcharge.
Tacky to just add to check.

Very disappointed with the way they handle social distancing and mask wearing. Waiters wore masks but we sat next to a large party who walked around not 3 feet away from us hugging kissing and not wear masks, making us very uncomfortable. There was no air circulation in the tent. Couldn't wait to leave. No complaints with the food or service. Was surprised that they charge for using a credit card.

Usually food is amazing but last night it was ok. Not great as usual.

We had a terrific lunch. The outdoor setting is vey well set up, felt safe. The food, as well as the service, was terrific. I have recommended this restaurant to friends, and will return soon myself..

Bottagra never disappoints. Food is always great, drinks are awesome spicy Margaritas are so 😋. Outside tent setup is really nice. Service is excellent!

The restaurant advertised half price bottles of wine on Tuesday nights. This is why we booked this restaurant on this night. Yet when we asked the server for the half price bottle list he said that they weren’t doing it anymore. When I questioned why it still shows Tuesday half price wine night on the restaurants website, our server said “yeah, we should probably take that down”. I asked to speak to a manager to which I was told “there’s no one here tonight to speak to”.
Then the bill came ($223 for the 4 of us) and there was an $8+ charge which I questioned and our server told us it was for using a credit card which we had not even produced yet!
Food was just ok but the fact that they are still advertising this Tuesday night special on their website and would not honor it is just wrong. I would not go back.

very attentive and aimed to please. Due to Covid- 19 the outside area was nicely converted to dining on patio & under a tent . We will be returning with friends in near future.

Food was wonderful and although the waiter staff tried they were very under staffed. We waited at least 20 minutes before someone took our order. I would have enjoyed ordering desert and coffee but did not want to wait another 30-40 minutes. A shame really because everything was wonderful.

The food is amazing.. my server has been William and he is great we love his service.

The outside dining was set up beautifully. DJ played diner music and as the night went on you were able to dance. Our server made our experience wonderful!

Thank you in providing a great birthday celebration for the love of my life. He is not one for sparkles and the singing happy birthday... lol he turned all shades of color, but I got him.

Bottagra is immensely popular. We recently sat inside to just have that experience again. The service was attentive and our food server was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our appetizers were very good. Had the gnocchi, but wasn't overwhelmingly thrilled. I would definitely try something else next time as everyone I know that visits this restaurant has a positive experience overall.

Bottagra is still a go-to favorite for fun atmoshphere, great cocktails and of course - Italian food. Love the fish/pasta dishes and great appetizers. Highly recommended.

Outdoor dining in a parking lot! ???? Who knew before February that summer dinners would be so good displaced near where they park the cars. Bottagra did it right.

Under tour rent circumstances Bottagra has maintained their high standards. The outdoor seating is very nice. The foos and drink were perfection as always
