   Arrived at restaurant and felt like we not welcome Waitres can’t even smile or say hello When bring to the table here we go and left Don’t even notice that don’t have pork belly’s for starter

    The food and drinks were delicious! Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service. It started off great but when we said we didn't want to look at the dessert menu initially it was like we were forgotten about despite it not being busy in the restaurant at the time. We spent some time trying to get the attention of staff to get teas and coffee but we were there long enough that some of us were ready to order dessert by the time they came over. An overall good experience, but service standard could be higher for the price you're paying.

    Great spot for dinner. The half a roast chicken is amazing! Staff are efficient, attentive and friendly. Always a great atmosphere too

    Server forgot some of our order had to be reminded twice. Also had to be reminded to bring the wine which didn't arrive until after our starter was finished!

    Restaurant was very squashed l, too many people squeeze into the restaurant at one time our table was in in an entrance way between the bar and rest of restaurant it very uncomfortable a wall jutting out and the watier passing at the back of you and because our table was half covering the entrance they were bashing into us.

    Had to wait a while for mains, but burger was tasty. They had no cutlery for my friend and no steak knife she had to ask. I have been here many times and will be back.

    We had a good Valentine’s Day dinner ..food was delicious and staff were so nice …but it was too noisy on our table as we were seated next to a group of lads..we barely hear each other but staff were so kind to allow us to transfer to another table. Overall it was a good experience.👍

    Food was beautiful, but it took a long time, no one asked if we were ok or wanted/needed anything. It took a while to get someone’s attention to get the bill. When we were paying the waiter asked is we would like to tip and how much were we going to tip, this should not happen.

    Food was OK, service was very poor unfortunately, staff couldn't find my booking, seated us right beside a large buggy even though the place was almost empty, very strange! Ordering for some reason was very complicated! Service was incredibly slow, drinks took ages to arrive, the whole experience was quite ridiculous. I won't be back. Shame, used to be a lovely restaurant.

    Bit of a disaster…Chicken wings were bloody though we were told the chef said they were cooked…they were replaced but it then pushed the whole sitting out…the waiter who served us was lovely but we were waiting so long for everything which I think he realised so I’m not sure where the delay sat. Another waiter was miserable, the maitre d very nice but nice doesn’t cut it when you’re sitting there hungry and then with dirty plates on the table and no main course seemingly on its way. Steak was over cooked when it did arrive, was replaced and tasted very good. But we weren’t hungry by then and everyone just wanted to leave. Zero atmosphere to boot. I remember this place being better than this.

    Food was very good we had a slight delay in receiving our desert course which meant we had to give it a miss but that wouldn’t put us off going back. It was a busy night & these things can happen it’s not the end of the world if it does. Nice atmosphere, food was a of very good standard. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant.

    We went for a quick bite before a theatre visit. Excellent service, lovely buzz in the restaurant and tasty food. We weren’t there long but hard to pick any faults from our visit!
