Broginos Italian Restaurant
Amazing food. Seemed our waiter was a bit overwhelmed because he didn't check on us but once.
Besides that the food was so good.
Fantastic steak and Italian pastas
always a favorite spot ... everything is awesome. Be sure to make a reservation, it fills up fast.
Love this place
We enjoyed the food once we were served. The food took an hour after ordering. The waiter was apologizing to other people for taking so long for the food to be served along with our party of 3. I would return because I did enjoy the dinner but they really seem to be understaffed and need to be more attentive with a host greeting people as they arrive. We had to search for someone.
It’s a very nice place , very pleasant to the view, good service and food is very good , I would definitely go back 🙂
Arrived 5 minutes prior to reserved time. Was not even approached by a host or waiter for 20 minutes.
Once seated, received bread, no water.
Waited 30 minutes for a waiter to approach our table, but to no avail. So, we walked out. Not sure they even noticed.
Was seated for a reservation. Waited 13 minutes to be served with no response; walked out.
Love this place
4 of us went out to celebrate Christmas and we wanted to try this Italian place that we’ve never been to before. The restaurant has been around since the 70s and it had that cozy old school Italian family restaurant vibe. The food was very good and portions were generous. They were busy since it was a Saturday night and maybe that’s why our server seemed overwhelmed. We had to wait a while to even be approached initially and he made a joke about ignoring us some more if we wanted. Our water wasn’t refilled for a while so we asked another server to get us more water. Our food arrived and everything was delicious.
A charming “local” restaurant with really good food (eat the garlic bread) friendly service and reasonable prices. This has become our new local go to place. It’s comfortable and the noise level is low so you can actually talk to each other
Generous portions and family oriented
We always love it here!!
With lots of amazing options nearby for Italian, this one is fair.
Amazing food as always. The garlic bread is particularly dangerous... Great relaxed atmosphere.
Great service. Scallops Florentine was great. Seafood fettuccini /Scallops and clams with fettuccine a bit soupy, pasta too soft.
Love Borginos. We had a family night--Fun for all!
We enjoyed everything about our dining experience at this 40 year old restaurant.
We had a mini family reunion. Food was amazing, service was outstanding! Thank you!
As always this place never disappoints. Stellar food, friendly service make dining here a joy. Everything comes to the table hot , from the wonderful minestrone soup to your entree. The only cold thing I've ever gotten here is my salad fork.
Great! Great food and service!
Our usual great time at Brogino’s in Redondo.
Michael as always is the best.
Chicken Cacciatore and Linguini with Clams are our favs.
Always great value and quality in this wide ranging traditional menu.
Still a winner! For my money the best Italian food in the South Bay. Great cocktails too.
Excellent service, great food that came out quickly, old school Italian restaurant. We will be back!
Spent Father’s Day table of 9 with family. Very hospitable and food was excellent. I will most definitely go back.
We love this neighborhood gem! The food is ALWAYS amazing and the staff is friendly and welcoming!
The only thing that supercedes the excellent food was the SERVICE. Oscar was our guy and boy was he charming, attentive and has mastered the lost art of exemplary etiquette you can only dream of these days.
Been going here for over 30 years. Still great as it ever was.
Food was tasty and a lot ... Drinks well made!
Service was slow at best ... don't expect to be greeted or acknowledged at the door.
They seem to be understaffed.
Their water glasses had dishwasher residue... not a good presentation for a restaurant.
Although the food was good, it's not a 2-hour type of meal.
My second visit but this time the food wasn’t as good as it was the first time. We arrived early and ordered soon after. The food lacked flavor, asparagus under cooked ( woody part still in take), and we were overall disappointed. I’m willing to try again only because our first visit it was fabulous
This is one of the gems in the South Bay. Our food service technician, Omar, is absolutely one of the best. Attentive, but doesn’t hover. Great personality. Everyone there seems to love their job. It makes it a much better dining experience. If your Italian grandmother was still making dinner for you, this is what it would taste like.
Decor is stuck in the, well, unexplainable era. But, it is exactly what you would expect. Just try it.
OMG!!! Love! Love! This place!!! Is like walking in Nona’s kitchen.. food delicious 😋 service outstanding!! You have to visit this place .. it’s unbelievable....
Went for the first time for a midweek casual meal based on word of mouth and social media ratings. Enjoyed the food and service. It's got a very old school dive bar meets mom and pop Italian pasta place. It had a quirky appeal. Food was solid. I was surprised, but not in a bad way, that the soup and salad courses were served family style and you plate yourself. Service was a little confusing with two or three guys serving our table. There was a couple duplicate servings. Overall, a nice new place for a casual meal.
Great neighborhood Italian restaurant with a surprisingly wide variety and well-prepared menu selections. If you have been there before, Michael and his friendly wait staff greet you by name and always make you feel comfortable.
Nice little resturant but Food lacked flavor. We tried the Shrimp Scampi, and Fettuccini Alfredo.
BROGINO'S NEVER FAILS TO MEET ALL EXPECTATIONS!!
As always, my experience at Brogino's this past Friday evening was outstanding!
The staff was its usual: friendly, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and just wonderful in every way! And the food, supercalifragilisticexpealidotious!!
Amazing food and great energy in the room. It is bustling but fun! All dishes are huge. You might want to share them.
The food was amazing and Michael always makes us feel so welcome. He does make a “Killer Martini”!
Make a reservation on a Saturday night. The line was out the door at 7pm on Saturday. Thankfully, I had made a reservation. We were taken to a table that was "cozy" near the rear of the restaurant. The servers/service is good when you can get them. It seems to me that they need one more bus person. We didn't receive water or the terrific garlic bread for about 10 minutes into the visit.
The Chicken Piccata was excellent and the side of spaghetti was more than one can eat. Though the soup that night was a little salty, it made it very tasty. Others in my party had the parmigania (sp?) scallops that were very good. The waiter, Omar, was happy to help and suggested a scallop scampi. If you order that, as for extra sauce.
The cherry dessert was just for everyone to grab a spoon or two.
