Broken Bit Steakhouse
We have eaten at Broken Bit numerous times since they opened and have always had good service and good food. Expensive. We generally go for a special occasion due to the cost. We will be going back in the future, just not every week :)
Awesome food, great atmosphere, outstanding service. Highly recommended.
The staff was great but they thought my Male friend and I were a couple which was incorrect. Then they didnt offer bread until the food was coming out. Then the sauce on the pork shank was very salty. So overall not the best experience
Always a good time at the Broken Bit. The staff is great and the food is terrific. We will be back soon.
We really enjoy The Broken Bit! Everything was delicious appetizers, our meals, dessert and drinks. The staff was awesome! The owner is very friendly walking around greeting all his customers, Which I think makes the whole experience very warm. We will definitely be back
Really nice dinning experience. I don't know how I missed it for so long. I plan to dine there again.
Beautiful food we had the stuffed poblano pepper. The waitress was very helpful and nice. We didn’t have drinks but they have a great bartender so if you, like cocktails this is your place . Also good wine list
Steaks are awesome. My husband tried the chicken this time - tender, but heavy on the herbs.
The ambience was perfect for a date night. The waiter was polite and efficient, and to make the night even better the drinks and food were amazing!
Great food and drinks! The Whiskey Pork Chop is amazing!
The servers are friendly and helpful.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I came in for our anniversary and it was absolutely incredible. We shared a whiskey flight that was incredible, my husband had the ribeye and I had the filet and both were absolutely amazing. Then we shared their apple crisp with a glass of the pecan whiskey from our flight - to die for. Service was amazing also! It blows my mind when people say "there's nothing in the AV" when there's gems like Broken Bit here providing better quality than restaurants in LA with small town service that makes the experience absolutely perfect. Thank you Broken Bit for your continued efforts in elevating the culinary experience in the AV! Worth EVERY PENNY.
This was our first time to Broken Bit Steakhouse, it was wonderful! Definitely won’t be our last!!
Beat steakhouse in the Antelope Valley! I don’t think there has been a dish I didn’t enjoy.
Best service and the best food in town.
Great food (with a lovely selection), service, servers, and ambience!!
My husband and I come here annually for our Anniversary. We love Broken Bit. Food is always phenomenal. This visit was even better due to our wonderful waitress, Ruthie. ❤️
Great food & service
Birthday dinner here at the best steakhouse in the AV! I always leave with having eaten such a wonderful Filet Mignon! Definitely a guilty pleasure.
Food and service are very good but I prefer restaurants that use cloth tablecloths and provide a full set of silver and salt and pepper on the table. Makes the place a little too casual, especially with their high end prices.
Great as always
Kim made our experience even better. Food is heaven.
I had the filet kabobs and the hubby had the ribeye. All the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Natalie, our waitress, was the best one we’ve had there.
The food was great. I bit pricey for the area but really good nonetheless.
Yes and no. The food was good but at least on Saturday the menu was limited. Very limited. They didn’t have my 24 oz ribeye and many other items. Been there a few times but this time wasn’t the best. Service was great but everything else was just “good enough” or average. Way too dark for people with reading problems.
Best place to take a date hands down in the AV. Best steak you will eat anywhere. Great atmosphere.
The food and drinks were very good. The service was attentive and pleasant. Our table, however, sucked. Despite making reservations weeks in advance, we were shoved in the corner of the bar.
Incredible food and excellent service. Best whiskey selection in town !!
The aged New York steak was great. Was disappointed that they didn’t have their traditional dishes though, as was looking forward to the lamb. Otherwise, recommend and will return.
Would like to see a couple of outdoor benches at entrance of the restaurant. The indoor waiting area is very small.
It would have been nice if bread was served with dinner to help soak a bottle of wine.
Great service & excellent steaks & chops! Small but cozy & great cocktails!
Good food, nice place to try out, a bit pricey.
A very relaxed atmosphere, food and service was great.
Service was great. Server had a lot of great information and was readily available to make recommendations. The food was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend this restaurant. I recommend making reservations as it gets busy quick.
Great food and excellent service from Tammy! Expensive, but love this place :)
Out here in CA to see my new grandson and my birthday happened to come along. Asked and was recommended to try your restaurant. Could not have been happier. Great food and service. Ruthie was just wonderful and she was very attentive. Next time I come to town I will definitely be back. Thank you Broken Bit for such a wonderful dinner!
As usual the dinner was excellent. Melinda was outstanding as our bartender/ waitress. I was disappointed when ordering a bourbon after dinner. The first 3 I asked for off the menu were not available. I settled for a everyday one. My wife ordered a Pink Palomino and they did not have the ingredients. For a upper tier steakhouse who prides itself in it's bourbon selections and special cocktails this was rather sad.
Very good food. High priced but worth it. You get what you pay for.
I would've given a much higher review star rating if my friends "special" dish was more appetizing. The special of the night was a Surf and Turf Fettuccine pasta dish - my friend asked multiple questions about the dish before finally deciding to order it. She asked for the Surf and Turf to be served on top of the dish rather than cut up and stirred into it. It was served on the side and everything was chopped up. The protein that was served on the side looked dry and unappetizing. She was a good sport and stirred everything in together - but there was not enough sauce and the dish became extremely dry.
I used to own a restaurant and I get the "specials" are designed to help the kitchen manage it's inventory. However - I think this dish needs to be nixed or do a Crab Fettuccine only and add the steak to the Stroganoff dish. We love going to Broken Bit, and truly this is the first time we had a disappointing experience. My Steak was amazing as was the Elk and Salmon that the rest of our party ordered. Just re-think the "specials".
