Don’t usually give a bad review for a Safran/Turney place but this visit was not the best. Both appetizer and entrees were lukewarm. My fried fish special had no flavor/seasoning and was soggy. Potatoes we’re underdone. Slaw was delicious.
Great meal and service and liked the 70s vibe and decor
Nashville chicken bears no resemblance to what Nashville chicken should be
It was a great experience. The buttered buns were flavorful and delicious, and the service was extremely speedy. Definitely would recommend.
Bud & Marilyn’s has a fantastic atmosphere and even better menu! The staff was great- they even helped us fine something cool to do after dinner. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!
Fried chicken was awesome and biscuits outstanding.
Cocktails are exceptional
really cool dining room with neat bar seats overlooking kitchen.
Beer list was good not great.
Really cool ambience and unique takes in traditional brunch!
The food was good, basically comfort food. The ambiance was nice and the service was great. However, their comso drink was not up to standard.
Food and service was very good
Wonderful. We enjoyed every morsel from Ham Croquettes to Funfetti with a wonderful Fish Fry & Atlantic Char were the main course. The service & atmosphere combined to make it a delightful evening.
I had the best cocktails,
We made reservations to celebrate a birthday brunch and were really excited to try this place. We were sat at a tiny table on the end of a row of booths in a very, very busy aisle with staff and guests knocking into us on three sides. We requested another table, but the hostess said there were no other options. There was no where to put our winter coats and purses other than on the floor under our chairs...yuck! Not an enjoyable experience. Service was polite but extremely slow even though there were dozens of buses and wait staff (literally) running past us. I was really uncomfortable that the unisex bathrooms had no paper towels only an air dryer. There was no way to open the bathroom door without touching it with your bare hands before you go eat... so unsanitary! Many amazing places to eat in Philly: skip this one!
It's pricey, but the food is great. I perfect place for special occasions. Minus to noise level.
Food is always great. Have had much better service there. We waited for far too long before our waitress came to even take our drink orders and then seemed bothered by having to wait on us.
Great Scallops - energetic (ie loud) for an early (5:45) dinner before a concert.
First time and we can’t wait to go back!!! The food is fantastic. We tried a few dishes and the cake...OMG. Can’t go wrong.
food, service, music was fantastic. I defiantly will go back soon.
Excellent food. Outstanding service. great ambiance. one of the best restaurants in Philadelphia.
Great food, great service. Very friendly. Tables are VERY close together, but we had a great experience other than that. Yes
Great place for a hearty meal. The fried chicken satisfied a voracious appetite, with some to spare. I tried the kale and shaved Brussel sprouts salad but it was not to my taste. That's just a personal preference. I'm definitely coming back to try other menu items. I was jealous of my partner's artic char and will get it for myself next time.
