Lovely food - ribeye steak was perfect. Genuine Italian hospitality as well

The food was distinctly sub par!
Carbonara was not a carbonara and the pasta was completely under-cooked
Would advise heading elsewhere

Had my first meal here recently, a Sunday lunch with my son. Very well worth the 4 1/2 stars that it gets on Trip Advisor.
Really nice regional Italian cuisine,
great pasta freshly prepared and a large, genuine wood fired pizza oven, if you want to have pizza - though I recommend to go for the wonderful pasta first. A fairly small range of starters and main courses but that’s actually a good sign. Apart from pasta there are some good main meat dishes too and some vegan and fish too. Solid, if unadventurous wine list but fair prices.
This is by far a cut above the average Italian restaurant in London. Well worthy the trip to the dreary end of Pembroke Road (next to a fast main road, Olympia and a Tescos hypermarket). If you’re visiting Olympia, this is worth a seven minute walk for lunch or dinner. Nice atmosphere, warm welcome and staff that care.

Really nice authentic Italian restaurant with great pizzas

We have a lovely dinner at Cacciari's Restaurant. The food was very good. The portions were just right, not too much, but enough to satisfy. The only thing that prevented me for giving them an even higher rating was we went there to celebrate a special occasion. When I made the on-line reservation, I was asked if it was for a special occasion, and I responded it was for my wife's birthday. There was no recognition by any of the wait-staff acknowledging that we were celebrating a special occasion.

Great food. Lots of pizza and pasta, but they also have other items on the menu. My salmon was incredible!

Last minute booking for 9 people. Fabulous food and lovely staff.

I’ve reviewed this place before, it’s quite good, and when Maria is working it’s great. Not only does she provide great FOH service she improves the food by offering advice and helping you to personalize.

When Maria is that (3 times for me) it’s a 5. When she isn’t (2 times for me) it’s a 3.5.

One issue they have to work on is endless delivery drivers coming to collect which can make the arrival and seating somewhat uncomfortable

Visited when in London for Ideal Home show, food great and good value, drinks not such good value. Disappointed to realise, when examining bill at home, that we had been charged for tap water, had been in the past and sure this was not charged for. Having said that will go again when in area.

Definitely a solid choice. Our hotel recommended this place and we were not disappointed. Good, casual atmosphere, good quality, tasty food. MUCH better than another "upscale" Italian place we visited the night before.

The food, staff and ambiance was as excellent as always!

La cameriera mi chiede “pasta al dente, ovviamente?”, bene, dopo quaranta minuti di attesa mi arriva scotta. La prossima volta, se mai ci sarà, la chiederò scotta, magari andrà meglio.

We were over an hour late and the staff were very kind to us. We had two grumpy children and the staff were very kind to them too. The food and wine were wonderful as usual and our meal at Cacciari's was a really lovely end to a decidedly awful day. We are very grateful to all the staff who fed us and made us feel so welcome! Thank you!

Good and authentic Italian food backed up with friendly and professional service - worth trying if in this area of London

Had been to Cacciari's for dinner but this time was brunch and it was delicious. Both the Vegetarian and the Full English breakfast options were cooked to perfection. Particular shout out for the coffee - had 4 cups!

Food is ordinary; price is not cheap.; Ambience is so so. If you want to grab something to eat and run it is OK.

Got a hug of wine spilt all over my clothes by the waiter. All they offered was to deduct his glass from the bill, with a very nonchalant tone; without any remorse. Quite frankly appalled

Great restaurant! The ambience is fantastic, the food is really good and fresh! My only “but” will be that the choice of pasta is very limited, especially the vegetarian options... to be an italian, I was missing truffle dishes/pasta... other than that it is fantastic!!

We were a party of four and selected this restaurant on the strength of the reveiws. The restaurant itself was nice and had a good ambiance. The service was good. The food while ok did not match up to the reviews. We had pizza, cod and shrimp. While all of them were perfectly edible and ok but you could have had the same (and I have had better), or maybe even better, in a lesser restaurant. So nothing special if that is what you are looking for.
