This is one of our favorite dining places. Service is always good and the food is outstanding.

Wow! We were visiting Augusta, from Las Vegas, for a potential move. Being from Las Vegas, we have a pretty good palate for amazing food and ambiance from a restaurant. When we walked in we were greeted immediately with a friendly face. We were escorted to our table by who I assume was the owner of the restaurant. Our waitress, Kristin was fantastic and knowledgeable about everything from the Scotch and Whiskey to the best choices of appetizers and entrees. We had the crab cakes and scallops to start and they were worth every penny. My husband wondered if it would be weird if he licked the plate...that good! For dinner I had the Pork Chop and he enjoyed the Veal. Wow, oh wow! I have never had a pork chop cooked to perfection, the sauce and potatoes were just the icing on the cake. The veal is something that Kristin recommended and it was as amazing as she suggested. We ordered the Creme Brulee for dessert. The first one came out and was a bit burnt on the top, however as soon as Kristin noticed we put our spoons down she came to check on us. She immediately took it back and brought out another. The torch can be touchy on Creme Brulee, so it was no big deal! The noise level in the restaurant was great, the service was impeccable, and if we move to Augusta; Cadwalladers will become a regular part of our lives!

Food was excellent as always. We have been coming here for many years. Scallop appetizer was delicious. We ended our meal with desert and had a great time. A very special place, tucked away and delicious.

A nice experience at a fine dining establishment. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Waitress was attentive. Had to make a reservation on open table. When making the reservation it asked if we were celebrating a special occasion which we were yet when we got to the restaurant no mention of it. Restaurant ran out of bread. This seems petty but sometimes it is the little things that stick with you.

I found out on this visit that the long time owner has sold the restaurant to one of his employees. The new owner greeted us and was just as nice as the former owner. The menu was the same, the service was the same and the food was the same. Enjoy high end dining at an affordable price...

An excellent restaurant in every aspect. We had six in our party and each of us had an excellent dish, presented and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very tastefully decorated for Christmas.

Everything was perfect, as always. We have been going here for over 15 years and the service, food, and atmosphere have always exceeded expectations.

It's pricey but the food was delicious. I ordered the fillet and had to send it back due to it being undercooked slightly but when it returned, it was perfect.

My wife and I enjoyed our date night Saturday evening. Very nice facility with great food.

First time having dinner here. Fantastic service great advice on the menu items. We will definitely visit again soon! Menu items are not the run of the mill dishes. Wait staff checked on us but didn’t intrude. All around great date night.

My wife and I have dined at Cadwallader‘s for years. It has always been one of our favorite places for date night. The food is always excellent and they have a great wine and whiskey selection. After you finish your meal, I highly recommend one of Mary’s superb desserts. They never disappoint. We can’t wait to go back again!

From the time we walked in until the time we left everything was outstanding. The wine list had a good selection for by the glass, half bottle. I was very impressed with the bourbon selection. We had the scallop appetizer, they were cooked to perfection. One of us had the Petite Filet Mignon with a sweet onion bourbon cream sauce. You could had cut it with a butter knife. The other meal choice was a Grilled Veal Chop that was outstanding. Will definitely be going back when I am in Augusta again.

One of, if not the best restaurant in Augusta!! Definitely an anniversary dinner type of place.

My husband and I love this place. Though the food is on the expensive side, it is very well prepared, well presented, and always tasty! The portions are great for people who want to not overeat, though they are filling enough to be satisfied and leave room for dessert!
All of the waitstaff are friendly and helpful, and remember who we are when come back.

First time visitors, wanting to try something different for my wife’s birthday. We were both very pleased with our meals and wished we had had enough room for dessert.

Delicious food, great service!

From the 1st round of Cocktails, to getting every last little bit of Dessert off of the plate without picking it up and licking it clean, our meal was just as it is everytime we visit.... perfect and without comparison! The lamb chops were creatively prepared, paired, and presented, with perfection. The atmosphere, the service, the meal, all made it a perfect way to celebrate 7 years of Wedded Bliss!

Our first visit and it was delightful! We were greeted and seated promptly at our reservation time. Tables and chairs were all covered with linen to ensure cleanliness. Servers and staff were appropriately attired. My spouse and I shared a salad and each ordered the halibut. The salad was fresh and very tasty. The halibut was prepared perfectly and was outstanding. A very generous portion of fish. Vegetables and sauce were outstanding as well. Topped it off with the creme brulee for dessert...amazing! We were just sorry that after being in the area for 5 years we waited so long to make our first visit. Was nice to see the owner on the floor making sure all was good! We'll be back! Thanks for a great experience!

Cadwalladers Cafe has got to be the best kept secret in food and cocktails in this part of the East Coast. The menu is upscale American, the service is impeccable. The vast majority of their ingredients come from local farms and produce sellers, and the chef and staff just keep cranking out the very best food and drinks, and the menu is constantly updated with new recipes and updated classics. You won't find ANY advertising for this place, which frankly I like. It's so good that I want everyone to know about it, but I also don't want anyone to ruin the secret.

If you are within two hours of the Augusta, GA area....make the drive! If you're farther than that...rent a plane. But don't tell anyone.

Simply outstanding. This is, without question, best top restaurant in the Augusta area. I had a beef tenderloin fillet cooked Medium Rare, to perfection. My wife had a seafood risotto that was equally outstanding. As a nice side note, they have a fairly wide selection of Bourbons and Scotches, very few of which were priced aspirationally. I'd also like to compliment their waitstaff and management for the expert service - something sadly lacking at almost every other nearby fine-dinery.

We have lived in the Augusta area for 5 years, and have celebrated our wedding anniversary at Cadwalladers every year. Unfortunately we are moving out of state and wont be able to enjoy any more lovely meals at this great place.
