Every dish is hand-made and meticulously prepared using only the highest quality and freshest organic ingredients sourced from Cayman’s farmers and fishermen who share in our food philosophy. Time is our secret ingredient. Regionally inspired Mexican recipes are paired with slow cooked meats, marinated and smoked to perfection and handmade NON-GMO corn tortillas. We have travelled extensively through Mexico to develop a curated Agave program focused on the craftsman and mezcaleros of Oaxaca. We import and distribute Tequilas and Mezcals throughout Cayman developing the perfect Margarita, simple and fresh paired with Tequila Ocho.
