Incredible food, great ambience, really friendly service in a really cosy restaurant.
A nice find in South Wimbledon. Good for ore-theatre.
This restaurant has surprised me. The quality of food is very high and the staff gently and ready to help you. Prices are fair. I hope to come back soon.
All our dishes tasted delicious with fresh ingredients and home made. The service was so friendly and personal. We will definitely return
Very welcoming athmosphere, attentive staff, great food.
Amazing food and lovely people, I totally recommend this place!
Always a joy to visit this lovely restaurant in South Wimbledon. Wonderful food and wine in a relaxed ambience. Last visit was with two friends who had not eaten here before and they were very impressed!
Good food and relaxed dining which was great value for money
A lovely neighbourhood restaurant. We were made to feel very welcome with attentive service and some lovely authentic Lebanese food. Would go again and definitely recommend it.
Amazing little neighbourhood restaurant, great choice of tasty dishes, very friendly and helpful service. Will definitely be back!
We went to Cedar for a small family dinner and were most impressed. The restaurant was reasonably sized and had an intimate feel to it. The menu was full of variety and the portions were large. Service was swift and very friendly. The food itself was delicious and for a first time trying Lebanese cuisine will definitely be back for more.
Fantastic evening had by all! Birthday dinner and the restaurant were so accommodating, highly recommend! We love it!
Lovely evening as always, with some friends new to Lebanese food. They loved it too.
Always great authentic food and lovely attentive service
Excellent. We will definitely return x
Staff were really nice and the food was good, would go back 👍🏾
One of the best Lebanese meals we have had in the uk
Excellent attentive service...food was lovely. We really enjoyed our evening
A great evening with good food, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.
I had a lovely meal with my girlfriend, it has a really nice atmosphere and the food was great. Lots of variety in the menu and the staff were friendly. It’s a good local independent restaurant that I’d recommend to anyone who likes Lebanese.
Cedar is by far and away our favourite restaurant in Wimbledon. We have been with friends, kids, clients, and lots of vegetarians, and everyone comes away really happy. There is a wide variety of different types of meze which means you can try lots of different things. The portions are plenty big enough for sharing. It’s hard to pick a favourite, but the feta cheese salad is lovely, pastries & breads really good, and the foul moudammas is another favourite.
Excellent food, excellent service - would definitely recommend. We had a mix of the skewers and sides, all of which were delicious. The homemade lemonade was really good.
Our second time of visiting. Food was very tasty service friendly and welcoming. Good for relaxed easy dining
Nice, intimate family-friendly restaurant with well-prepared food and great hospitality
Absolutly delicious food and very nice service.
I read some reviews before we went and it didn't disappoint.
We will definitely come back.
Some of the best food I've ever had. Great service and would recommend the meze for 2. AMAZING
Good food, try the prawn meze and the lamb cutlets.
Great spot to grab a meal. Dropped by with my wife on our monthly meals out
Dined with my wife and ordered the sharing platter. Awesome food, great flavours and reasonable pricing. Excellent. Will come again with as a family next time.
Great little restaurant in South Wimbledon. Fantastic food that is consistently good, lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommend giving it a try.
Very disappointed as the portion sizes do not live up to when you order takeaway.
You would be better doing takeaway and avoiding the service charge.
An evening for a quiet family celebration (award to my daughter). Nice welcome, warm chatter, unobtrusive background music (hooray), great food - we had six meze dishes (several excellent, not one under par) and a bottle of Lebanese Massaya wine, a wine of character which I must recommend. If you are looking for authentic Lebanese cuisine, we noted more than one party of Lebanese customers chatting happily in Lebanese to the proprietors. Nuff said.
A great local restaurant with consistently good food and a relaxing ambience.
Lovely food, lovely calm atmosphere, lovely staff.
Our Dutch guests requested we book to go here again. They were still talking about last year's visit! We shared meze dishes and grills from the huge choice. Favourites were Feta Salad, Fakafel, Foul Madammas and the sausages and pastries- but it's hard to single things out. It was all delicious. It's a great way to get kids to try new things and heaven for veggies. We'll be back!
Just one word . . . Excellent! :)
Nice little gem, great food and ambience. I really enjoyed the baba ghanouj.
We had Christmas Eve lunch here with my father who had lived in Lebanon for 8 years. He found his usual wine on the list and was pleased with the authentic food. We were the only ones there for an early lunch so our 4 year old had run of the place whilst the owner made a number of deliveries to local addresses. We'll definitely come back, the food was great and something different to the usual international/fusion food found in most local restaurants (i.e. pizza, burger, pasta, etc).
We needed a venue for a Saturday family lunch which was walkable from S Wimbledon tube station and possible to park easily as well. This Lebanese restaurant fitted the bill nicely. We wanted a meze lunch and the owner was on hand to talk through the options and make suggestions. Dishes were plentiful and everyone enjoyed the food. Our Moroccan waiter was friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant lunch and happy to recommend.
We had not been to Cedars for some time, so we just ordered our old favourites - the smoked aubergine, the chicken livers, etc. I'm happy to report the standard is still as high as ever (and that the background music is still as unobtrusive). I can now also recommend the white Massaya Lebanese wine, which we tried for the first time.
