We decided to eat indoors and we were very happy with the spacing of the tables and the service.

My wife and I enjoyed a very solid dinning experience, one that we have come to expect at Cenzino's. They have done a very good job of dealing with the pandemic requirements and it was as normal as could be, considering the circumstances.

Wonderful food....however we were in the tent and it was freezing. They are supposed to fix that issue this week.

Fantastic experience. Our waiter Rob was great and made sure the 6 of us always had what we needed. For apps we had Tagliata di manzo & tonno, shrimp cocktail, crab appetizer special, all plates were emplty, For entrees we had: dover sole, beef wellington special, zuppa di pesce fra diavolo, lemon sole and rissotto. Again, all of our meals were fantastic. I should also mention the wine selection is great and we enjoyed all of our drinks.

We decided to try Cenzino because of its homemade Italian food. The meatball appetizer was excellent. The ossibucco was just okay as were the raviolis. For the price, we hoped for a something a little better. But we are tough critics as we are chefs too. The service was great and we are happy to support restaurants in this tough time!

Food was fabulous as always. our table had veal chop and comment was best she ever ate. Two lamb chops. Fantastic and halibut -delish. Real upscale Italian food.

Difficult to have a comfortable meal outside in the evening as the weather gets colder. Restaurant is excellent but outside dining is presenting some difficult challenges.

Fantastic service and pretty outside seating with tent and heat being piped in. Very comfortable.

Spectacular food and great service made this a wonderful experience! Looking forward to doing this again at this restaurant very soon.

Delicious food, great seating in their outdoor tent, and attentive but not overbearing staff. Will eat there again soon!

The evening we had dinner it became very chilly and unfortunately the food became cold very quickly. Hopefully with the placement of outside heaters this will eliminate this problem as the food is very well prepared and tasty.

The table cloths were soiled from the laundry and should not have been used.

Great outdoor dinning. Enjoyed sea food tower with lobster,clams, oysters and shrimp.
Recommend highly.

Service could have been better

It would have been nice if the waiter told us the seafood tower appetizer was $95!!!! We would never have gotten it. It wasn’t even good.

We have eaten at Cenzino's many times pre-pendamic and have always loved it. Our visit on Friday evening was just as great as in the past. The ambiance was great. the service was impeccable and the food was outstanding!

Great to be back indoors with Jen the bartender. Always enjoyable food, service and company.

I have had hundreds of meals at Cenzino’s and have never been disappointed. Even when a meal gets delayed, which was the very rare case on this date, the owner, Regina, could not have been more apologetic, concerned, and made this one time issue disappear. Furthermore, the attention from Jen, the best bartender in NJ, and Vince, Regina’s brother, made everyone feel special and cared for by the staff. Why go anywhere else?

Beautiful, cozy atmosphere under the tent and, we dined with friends for 4 hours - no rushing which is a pleasure.

The food is always excellent. The servers cordial, friendly and knowledgeable. They had put up lovely tents and the tents are on the side of the building so you don't feel like you're sitting on Route 202.

Dinner was delicious! We enjoyed the setting outdoors with all the lights and Italian-patio vibes. Lemon sole and burrata filled ravioli were outstanding as was the eggplant rollatini and the ribeye special. Worth every penny and so nice to go out to eat again. They're doing their best to create a safe environment for their customers.

Loved the way they handled the outdoor dining experience. The tents were beautifully lit, providing great ambience. The food was off-the-charts good! The home-grown zucchini flowers were a hit with all 4 of us. The special fish of the night was halibut in a citrus sauce that was terrific, as was the veal saltimbocca. Desserts were so fresh & delicious.
The owners are a delightful couple who take the time to chat with everyone and make everyone feel welcome and 'at home'. Our waitress, Jennifer, was delightful. This was the first visit for the 4 of us but will definitely not be our last. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.
