I would definitely recommend Chefusion to everyone. Several times a year my wife and I will go to Green Bay and stay overnight just so we can enjoy a meal at Chefusion.

Being a retired chef my expectations are most often not meet but here at this restaurant my expectations were exceed throughout the entire menu this a rare happening l wish l lived closer so l could go weekly
A great place to dine with customers, friends, or a romantic dinner withy your spouse. Not ready for the white table cloth dining experience? The lounge upstairs is really cool for a dining experience in a casual atmoshpere.
Our waiter Jeremy was great. He explained our dinner to us to the detail.
We had a reservation for 7pm and weren't seated until almost 8pm. We never recieved our bread service and the meal was disappointing. I ordered the surf n turf which included one overdone shrimp on a wooden pick and meat that was overdone.
Our table was ready at our reserved time. The owner was there to greet us. The service was excellent. The food was delicious and the decor was that of an excellently preserved historical setting. Would recommend to friends, family and complete strangers...Chefusion is a plus for our community!

Everything was delicious. The three course prix-fixe was certainly the way to go. The lobster bisque was perfectly done. The steak was cooked to perfection and amazingly tender. The chocolate cake was rich but not overpowering. The service was incredible as well. Very attentive and knew the menu like the back of his hand. Would highly recommend.
Our first time visit was great! The NYE menu choices were delicious and generous portions. It was a busy night, but our server, Jim, provided great service with a smile. The atmosphere and food lived up to the reviews of friends who had dined there before. We'd definitely go back.

I and our friends were very impressed by the quality of food and service here. I don't mind paying higher prices if it is well worth it and this place is well worth the price.
First - the service was outstanding. The ambiance is very good, but the lighting at our table did make it difficult to read the menus. It was very quiet and peaceful, but it was also a Wednesday night and not terribly busy. The food - although unique and quite good - fell just short of exceptional. The amuse bouche (a small piece of petit filet served on a bulgar concoction and topped with "pickled mustard seeds") sounded exotic, but it was served at room temperature and none of the flavors I had expected from the description came through. I had the foie gras and lobster claw appetizer. While I do like my foie gras medium rare, this was actually raw, with only a light sear. The biscuit was excellent, as was the "maple gravy", and the presentation was very nice, but it turned out the small bowl it was in made eating it rather difficult. My husband's soup du jour was a steak and corn chowder which he raved about.
The bread service included two rolls and a delectable, paper-thin caraway rye cracker. Spreads included butter, a red pepper hummus that was so light and silky as to defy description, and the most exceptional tapenade I have ever tasted. The wine list is impressive, but more for the reds listed than for the whites. We had a bottle of Russian River Valley Sauvignon blanc, and it was heavenly.
Entrees - my husband's was the mussels and he said they were some of the best he has ever had and the sauce was worth drinking in a mug. Mine was the volcano shrimp, crisp as one could ask for, smothered in a delicious & quite addicting sweet and hot sauce, served with jasmine rice and the most wonderful sauted kame seaweed dressed with sesame. However, delicious as it was, the volcano shrimp was not dissimilar from what one can order at Bonefish or any number of other chain restaurants.
Unfortunately, we were too full to order dessert, and I now regret not at least looking at the dessert menu. The meal was very reasonably priced, as well.
Chefusion has an excellent range of menu options. The ones we tried were unusual and tasty. The portions are ample and we were full before desert. The $30 dinner option will satsify most appetites.

As always, Chefusion provides amazing service along with delicious food! And if that wasn't enough, they do it for such a reasonable price! I just love their three-course options. It makes date night an affordable option, and still leaves you feeling like you received five-star service and five-star food. Love this place- it is one of my very favorites in the area!
Despite a busy Saturday night before a home game, we had a comfortable main level booth near the back, and could easily converse. The service was a lovely balance of attentive, but not smothering. Only restaurant I have seen serve grilled avocado. We had it in salad format with tomatoes, greens and a brûlée’d burrata: to die for!! The bread basket contents were warm, fresh, and accompanied by a delightful 3-scoop plate of sweet butter, red pepper hummus and an olive tapenade. My main of short ribs and gnocchi held deep, rich flavor. My friend had a perfectly cooked filet mignon. All this made for a beautiful, low key evening before the thrilling energy at Lambeau the next day.
Most amazing dinner my husband and I have had in a long time. We went here for our 4 year wedding anniversary. We have never been here before but will come back for sure.

Excellent service, but cold downstairs and too loud upstairs even for live music.
Fist course and dessert were good but the tuna in the appetizer was not, just bad for raw fish, mango and avocado were really disappointing and the accompanying crackers (?) were just old. The main courses were really underwhelming. Nothing to set them apart and even not good at times. Tiny lobster tail and steak that left me wondering if their food preservation systems were up to date.
Not returning, not even for the amazing pumpkin bisque.

The dining area was very noisy. Hard at times to even carry a conversation across table. Our food was over priced and substandard. My wife’s chicken breast was a Costco frozen breast that was so dry it was like rubber! The tater tot appetizers were cold and not very tasty. My wife’s salad wasn’t the one she ordered and when we told the waiter he stated oh..it’s seasonal and that’s why some of the ingredients had changed. The “seasonal changes” made it into a completely different salad. Took forever to get our main courses (4) people total. My small portion plate was delivered with over starchy mashed potatoes and they were cold! All in all I’ll never return for the obvious reasons but also when TH aforementioned items were discussed with the waiter he offered no apologies or a reduced check or anything. I’m not a cheap person and dine at many fine to home style cooking establishments, this one I would rank below the lowest.
John, We realize the dining room can get a bit loud however you were here on the night before a Packer's home game which is unbelievable to think anywhere is going to be quiet. We pride ourselves on quality and creativity of our food and our professional service team. We appreciate our customers and go above and beyond to make sure we exceed expectations. We apologize for your disappointment and we hope you will come back next time so we can give you a great experience from beginning to end.
Chefusion's menu is outstanding - a great variety of chef-driven items that elevate even dishes like poutine and Mac & cheese to gourmet dishes. With their 3-course prix fixe option, diners can get a first course, entree and dessert for a very reasonable price. On our recent visit, we also enjoyed an amuse bouche from the chef (slivers of filet mignon atop a horseradish-y salad), bread service with olive tapenade, red pepper hummus and amazing Wisconsin butter, and a palette cleansing peach-cinnamon sherbet. We each had "small plates" that were more than filling, and shared a creme brûlée. It was a lovely evening.

We chose the dining room for our date night. She chose from the $40 menu, he from the $30. The apps were outstanding, main course delightful and the dessert course was our favorite... creme brulee for her and gooey lemon cake for him. Always in rotation, we highly recommend Chefusion. As always, service was perfect!

OMG! If you are looking for a romantic venue you can't beat Chefusion downstairs. From the Amuse Bouche to the decadent desserts that came on our Prix Fixe dinner it was all sublime. Ross, our server, which isn't a good enough term for him was very informative and attentive. The food was amazing! We had the Cioppino and Short Ribs. The Lobster Bisque was beautiful and scrumptious. It even has real pieces of lobster in it. The small plates were enough with everything you got with the Prix Fixe menu. But they offer the option of just ordering off the rest of the menu.
We highly recommend Chefusion, we'll be back!
Oh, and did I say Valet parking?
Upstairs had live music which wafted gently down to us. And is more casual with a more casual menu.

Service was excellent. I sat on the bar. Band playing was nice. I had lobster bisque that had good taste but came cold. I had mini filet mignon with mexican shrimp. It is a pricy place so I had high expectations. Presententation of dish was poor. Filet was cooked as requested and with good flavor. Not impressed at all by the shrimp unfortunately, bland. Not too much of “Mexican” flavor. Would I go again? Yes. Hard to judge a restaurant by one dish. But, for the price need to step up in presentation and flavor.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner while visiting Green Bay. We both elected to do the 3 course meals and thoroughly enjoyed each course. The salads were beautiful and delicious, we were brought sorbet to cleanse our palates before our entrees, the portions were perfect and dessert was amazing! Our waiter Jim was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had a massive wine list as well as local beers that were tasty. I don’t know when we will make it back to Green Bay but if we ever do, we will 100% be back here! Try it if you have the opportunity and want to treat yourself to a special meal.
What a great place for dinner! The service was amazing - from the greeting at the valet station, the welcome at the front door, and service by our waitress throughout the meal. Topping off the great service was the valet's preparation - having our car pulled around as we were walking out of the restaurant.

After horrific experiences at the airport, Chefusion cleared our minds with friendly, attentive service and knock-out food. The crab cakes and short ribs were standouts. It was quiet downstairs. They let us take our time. Very memorable! Don’t forget to use their valet.🥂
