My friend and I have met at this same Chianti Grill in Burnsville several times a year for the past five years. We have tried several entrees and have found all of them to be excellent. We tried the shrimp and lobster linguini in brandy cream sauce this time. Outstanding!! Our server, Kirsten was also very friendly and helpful. We couldn't ask for more!

Now I remember why this is my favorite Twin Cities restaurant! Food was great, as always, service exceptional. Thanks for enduring these tough times.

Was happy to get back to a restaurant for a sit down meal. Very pleased with how they were COVID safe!! The buratta plate was wonderful as was our walleye dinners. Our server (Jill) was charismatic and provided great additions (like pesto) for our dining experience.

My BF ordered Steak Chimichurri and thought it was excellent. Being Mexican American he was very pleased. I ordered the Ribeye. It was cooked properly but the texture was a little off and not as flavorful as other times. Service was excellent! We love the beef tips and Scallops for Appetizers/light meal.

We had visited prior to the shutdown and everyone was masked and socially distanced. The sheer number of people during this visit although our wait staff was masked, caused us to not feel safe. Every table was full of people.

Great, personable, genuine service. The staff is always so warm and inviting, and the food is exceptional. We were so excited to be back after the mandated-closing, that we had to order takeout in addition to our meals enjoyed in restaurant. Chianti Grill consistently provides excellent service and food in a pleasant atmosphere. It is my go-to restaurant for celebrations (or even just lunch). This visit happened to be a celebratory dinner for my book release!

Continues to be a great local spot or destination. Great food (still miss a few of "old" favorites. Simply the best, most friendly service!!! They are managing Covid and the state mandates as well as possible!

Chianti Grill is compliant with the opening requirements mandated by Governor Walz. I actually think he could use the grill as a showcase for what works.
The menu is almost the same as the shutdown.

What took center stage were the employees, from the front desk to the servers and assistant servers, you can sense the excitement in the air of being open again. While everyone was top-notch, Tomiko (sp) was more than exceptional. I guess I would characterize her with first class service with a first class personality. We were impressed right from the very beginning and left with such a positive impression.

Didn't like how the Caesar salad was made, other than that it was perfect.

I have never had bad service there, and this one was no exception. I had the bacon wrapped scallops which was delicious.
It is a beautiful restaurant and I noticed that they added glass dividers between the booths for covid spacing and also cuts down on noise also....nice addition.

Went January 11 (first day of reopening) very busy. Added notes when making reservation that our dinner was a birthday, no mention of it 👎🏻. Why ask if it’s not going to be recognized? Server was rushed-She seemed to be swamped and not as cordial as most servers we’ve had in the past but we understand the circumstances. Food was great -calamari and cheeseboard for apps. 2 steaks perfectly cooked and delicious. Pasta very good, seafood linguini excellent. We will be back and recommend Chianti grill to family and friends.

Perfect dining experience which is the norm for this excellent establishment. Excellent food, ambiance, and exemplary service. Continues to be our top dining spot in the metro area.
