The Dining Room at Dusek's is a fine dining experience tasting menu only, by Chef Ryan Pfeiffer located in the historic Thalia Hall. Our Dining Room, centered around a woodfire oven, gives folks a reason to slow down and enjoy a curated menu focused on seasonality, creativity & fun. Work your way through Our Daily Menu, choosing your favorites from each course for a meal that suits your taste. On the Our Daily Menu, you may find dishes to start to your meal such as the ENDIVE with walnut, winter citrus, dill. pecorino romano & aged balsamic or the CARPACCIO with ahi tuna, tarragon, sunchoke & meyer lemon. Second course favorites include MUSSELS with parsley, roasted garlic & dry vermouth or PORK BELLY with rapini, almond, burnt lime & grilled hollandaise. A proper entrée is served, enjoy dishes such as the RUBY TROUT with ruby red grapefruit & spicy mustard greens or STRIPLOIN with sherry, crispy potato & umami cream. Finish with dessert!

Reserve 22 is an American Bistro with a bar, pouring craft beer and mixing cocktails. Our food is created in our scratch kitchen and, in season, produce come from our own greenhouse. Reserve 22 features the best patio in the area and a cozy 66-seat dining room with a fireplace, high ceilings and a fantastic view of the golf course. Its a dining experience served with a serene view. Reservations for the patio are dependent on weather, or course.
