I hadn’t been to the Chili Club for many years and was really looking forward to revisiting the restaurant. Overall, the visit was a disappointment. The décor is tired – I doubt it has changed in the many years since I last visited. The food – which I was really looking forward to – was patchy. One of the starters, duck pancakes, was disappointing. The pancakes were lukewarm, and the vegetables looked to have been prepped far in advance and were limp. It was edible but unremarkable. The fish cakes were far better though. My main was red curry, which again was unremarkable.
Overall, I left the Chili Club feeling that my time and money would have been better spent at any of the competing eateries in the city. This is a pity as I had memories of better meals at the establishment. I doubt that I will visit the Chili Club again.

New Year’s Eve Dinner - we were stuck in a room upstairs completely alone. The waiter could not have been less attentive, abrupt and rushed - when he was around at all. The food was mainly inedible. Very unpleasant experience. The room itself is pretty and the vibe is 60’s cool.

Was extremely hot in that place ! No air-conditioning .you can't enjoy your food in such a heat !Food was ok,soup was tasty . However main ,I got myself pad Thai at it was super oily .Lady who was looking after us was nice and accommodating

What a wonderful night we had catching up with our friends who were home for Christmas from Italy, the staff were friendly attentive but not intrusive, the food was delicious we shared two combination starters and all of the options were very tasty. There was a choice of Red Curries, Tamarind Duck and Prawn Curry chosen by our guests and all were received very well. There is a varied wine list we went with the Argentinan White which complemented all of our dishes. A lovely night had by all and we will definitely be back.

Lovely food, lovely staff with great phone manner. We were late and it was raining heavily... they couldn't have been nicer. No duck available but all food delicious. A little cramped but worth revisiting and recommending!

Small simple space...attentive service with Alexander and Luke...food was fine...limited simple wine list. Right in the heart of the Dublin Xmas pulse!

Personally Thai food is my favourite and I had never eaten here before. It was so easy to book online with OpenTable. We had originally booked for 6pm but as a result of being delayed I contacted the restaurant to see if we could push the reservation back an hour to 7pm. The person on the phone was friendly and accommodating. When we got to the restaurant we were seated immediately, the guy who served us appeared to be on his own but that was no bother to him. He was efficient without skimming on customer care. Food was delicious and restaurant was busy. This seems like the kind of place people frequent regularly and going off my experience here, I would definitely make it a regular spot myself. Reasonably priced with generous potions and food was perfect. What more can you ask for. Would recommend.

It’s been many years since I dined at the chili club and was pleasantly surprised it was still open having been overseas for many years. I loved every moment of the night at the chili club and most definitely will be returning soon.

Really good food bursting with flavor. Our starters varied from spring rolls, satay chicken and prawns in pastry. All delicious. Our group of five had a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian options as mains.All were excellent. Portions larger than we could finish. Dessert were a lovely end to the meal. This was my third visit to the chili club and I’ll be back again .

As always, our trip to the chilli club was fabulous. Excellent food and excellent value. We had the early bird menu which had a lot of choice.

The food was average , the presentation was poor.
Rice was cold.
Server did not engage.
Have been several times but so much choice in Dublin probably won't return.

Staff excellent, food flavoursome, but supposed fillet beef was more like an old boot so tuff... ☹️

Most authentic Thai food ever. The fish cake was out of the entire world. Highly recommended. The selection of wine & cocktail was good too

Lovely service, tasty food....Prosecco was a little flat, but very tasty. Overall could not fault them. Would happily go back.

What a find ... well, recommendation from my husband who last visited 20 years ago. A delightful small restaurant with a welcoming feel and delicious food. I had the Early Bird Menu - mixed starter which included the beat prawn fishcake I’ve ever had, and a truly scrummy green curry and steamed rice. Highly recommended and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Booking is recommended as it gets busy.

Always try to visit Chili Club when in Dublin for great Thai food. Never disappointed.

My 4th visit to The Chilli Club. The food is always delicious. Fresh and full of flavour. We had an extra person than was booked for but we were accommodated without any fuss. Service couldn’t be faulted.

Excellent Thai food in a lovely surroundings with relaxed atmosphere. Lots of gluten-free options for coeliacs.

We waited 30 mins between appetizers and main course. Then received 2 main courses (out of 4) with no rice and another wait of about 7 mins before rest of food arrived. Food was OK but not great value.
