Made reservations, drove from Whitby only to find out that it was closed! Unbelievably disappointedly and ruined our anniversary dinner. Shame on you Chop, turn off your open table.

This place is closed for Covid but it's allowing booking online. We drove the company execs to dinner to an empty restaurant. Will never return to you ever again. this is outrageous.
Chop and Open Table both need to do something about this.

This was the best dinner this year. The food was excellent in every way: salad, veggies, steak and wine. The ambiance was just right despite the fact we were outdoors on a heated and covered patio.

It was alright, my steak was not prepared how I asked for it.

The drink that I ordered, the Sparkling Bellini was 95% ice and I felt a bi ripped off and the waitress didn't inform me of the additional cost to change my side. I would go back but definitely going to ask questions before placing my orders.

There was one waitress for the entire restaurant doing everything. My steak was over cooked and the lobster tail was absolutely disgusting. It must have been in the freezer for years. Definitely will not be revisiting

Music was turned up twice while we were dinning, alil too loud for the size of the tables in the bar. Hard to hear across..

Service is horrible. Not attended to needs. But waiter expected a good tip for bad service and gave attitude for not getting a big tip. Food was not cooked right for 3/4 steaks. Asked for medium well and we got medium, medium rare and well done. Told server our food was not cooked right and we got told “I can get your guys takeout boxes if you like?”

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I recommend the crab cakes for appetizer. I enjoy going to Chop steakhouse.

A very great place for all special occasions. The place is very cozy, their foods are superb and their staffs are very polite and professional. In all, it was a wonderful experience.

I have been to chops several times and it has always been a great experience. Last time we were on the patio beside the fire pit and it was wonderful. Only draw back was the planes flying overhead. but not chops fault. Great place for a steak.

Went for our anniversary and they gave us a small bottle of champagne. Very thoughtful.

My husband and I celebrated our 14th anniversary at Chop. The food, service and social distancing measures they had in place was exceptional. Can't wait for next visit.
