Had a great dinner food was amazing, service was great.
Concord Hill is amazing! favorite restaurant in the neighborhood by far.
Loud, fun spot, still intimate. Good food but slow service.
Everything was phenomenal.
Booked a table for Valentine's Day dinner. I had high expectations due to the fact that the restaurant offered a full menu as opposed to a pre-fixe list as most restaurants do for Valentine's Day. Things started off well enough with pre-dinner drinks and an appetizer. Entree order was placed at the same time. All good so far...
Then we waited for nearly an hour. I tried to make eye contact with the server a number of times to get her attention to no avail. I finally resorted to tapping a busser on the back as asked him to please get me our server. When she came back I asked if our food might be coming soon....she said "let me check.." and ran off to the kitchen. She came right back and informed me that she saw that our meals were currently being plated. About 10 more minutes passed and finally, our entrees were presented. My date ordered a well-done steak and she immediately noted that it was bloody. After a few bites of my chicken, I knew something was off. I held the candle up the meat and could see it was still translucent and raw. I confronted the server and let her know it was clear that she forgot to put in our order which she readily admitted and apologized for. It was late at this point and we were frustrated, so I declined to have the meals re-fired and asked for the check. Given the dim lighting, I was lucky that I noticed as soon as I did that the chicken was raw. Super disappointing and frankly a health hazard.
We went for Valentine’s Day. Overall it was nice and the service was good. Very attentive.
The tables are too small and crammed together. It was impossible to get in and out without having to move to whole table and it felt like you were sitting at a family style table instead of a table for two.
Ordered the western old fashioned - oddly the glass was less than half full.
When we arrived for our 8pm reservation they were already out of 1 of the entrees and one of the sides.
Steak was cooked well but very fatty.
The ambience was nice otherwise and we may try it again on a different night to see how it compares.
Saturday nite, 8pm.....out of 5 specials they had 2.
Out of regular entries, they were out of 3. Burger and chop were well done instead of medium rare.
What a charming spot— we sat at the bar and had a simple dinner, the extra touches from amazing flavors of olive oil and bread to a really fresh salad to the generous black truffle in the pasta special to the prompt service and cool bartender — it made the night memorable and put us in the best mood.
They were amazing!!! The table ahead of us was taking a while to leave so they gave us a free drink while we waited
First of all of server was amazing, friendly and helpful.
The food came out perfect, we got a salad another appetizer and the fish... delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try the whole menu, also I am gluten free and they were so accommodating, no issues
I really loved the food there. Really suprised by the octopus and the fish of the day!
Great food and drinks. Service was amazing not overwhelming. Perfect for date night, intimate dinner or casual night out.
Had a fantastic New Years Eve dinner here. Plenty of vegan options on their special NYE menu - the baked Eggplant was amazing. Service is always impeccable, staff are friendly and fun but professional, and the vibe is just great. Love this place!
Concord Hill was fantastic! We went there before a show at Brooklyn Steel, and will definitely be back. The food was great — super fresh and delicious. The cocktails were very creative. And the service was super friendly!! We would’ve stayed all night, but had to leave for our show — we are already planning our next trip there before our next concert at Brooklyn Steel. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
Love this place, have been here many times. Chicken and pork chops are outstanding. Miss the burger and the kale salad from the old menu though. But still a favorite neighborhood place!
The servers and bartenders are so nice and knowledgeable.
My BF & I had the Oysters which were amazing and cleaned to perfection & The Market Fish was so fresh and seasoned perfectly.
One of my favorite places for Brunch, Lunch & Dinner!
Very overpriced. The people are really nice there so it is super unfortunate that it seems like the quality has gone down while prices have gone up. Used to be our go to before Beooklyn Steel shows and no more.
Great food & great service! Can’t wait to come back
Everything was phenomenal!
Amazing food and service
Good food place is small
Wonderful spot ❤️ every dish was special and delicious. Friendly staff & relaxed ambiance
A great Valentine’s day dinner. We were able to secure a table last minute which was awesome. Our server, Kristina was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the mac and cheese with mushrooms was really good and the bass special was delicious. Great wine selection and the manager even came over and checked in on us after our meal. Overall we had a great time, look forward to visiting again.
Somehow our dinner was late, but the waiter, who we have had several times is so incredible, highest level of service, we didn't care. They gave us grapefruit sorbet as a sorry, which was great.
The food is basic bistro. Good not adventurous, the oysters were EXCELLENT.
Our server was amazing, super friendly and attentive. Food was great at this cute spot. Will definitely come back.
Great Drink discount because we were going to a show at Brooklyn Steel!
We were so thrilled with our experience at Concord Hill! The service was exceptional, creative menu, delicious cocktails, and a great ambiance. Thank you to all the staff, both front and back of house, that made our experience so memorable!
Food overall is good. The waiter was nice. We got a pasta dish that really needed some more thought/care - pasta was clearly not made. Salmon was slightly overcooked. All and all it is yummy! Bit loud too.
Delicious meal, especially the mushroom and burrata toast. Great service and nice ambiance. Good happy hour deals too!
Place is small shabby chic, we waited 20 mins for our drinks when we sat down, the service is poor. The food is not bad pretty basic but well prepared. Not a place we will return to.
My roommate and I went to Concord Hill for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. We sat outside to enjoy the streetside people-watching. There wasn't originally rain in the forecast, but when it came pouring down, the owner + staff immediately ran out and helped us move to a cozy table inside the restaurant. We had cocktails, bubbly, oysters, corn-on-the-cob, mushroom toast, brussel sprouts and the summer salad with salmon. All the dishes were really good. We particularly liked the mushroom toast and would go back there to have it again..very soon! We don't live in Williamsburg, but the commute on the L train was very fast and easy.
Concord Hill was a lovely surprise. I was in NYC from Washington, DC for a mini vacation. I had one night on my own before friends joined me on the trip. I decided I wanted to try a small restaurant in Brooklyn. The service was excellent, and I was made to very comfortable though I was dining alone. The selections and prices were very good. I tried a variety of vegetable options instead of an entree. The special salad with grilled peaches, arugula, pesto, herb bread crumbs, and burrata cheese was large and delicious. The sauteed kale with bacon, pecorino, and whole grain mustard was sublime. Good people watching, relaxing, low-key atmosphere. I look forward to coming back.
The food is great at this place!! My only thing is that it gets SUPER LOUD inside. Would only want to go back if there was an outside table. Could barely hear each other at our table and there place wasn't even 100% full.
Concord Hill is such a great spot to have in the neighborhood. I'm always guaranteed a good meal and good service when I go. This time was no different!
went for oyster happy hour and stayed for dinner. cocktails were just okay.
Delicious food, adorable outdoor seating, and great service!
Great food and wonderful service! One of the best dinner we ever had in years. Thanks to friendly wait staff and chefs.
We’ve dined here numerous times, but they really dropped the ball recently. AC was blasting when it was 65 out. It took an hour to get our food, and when it did arrive, it was over-salted..... It’ll be awhile before we return.
Not Great - lots of better spots in Brooklyn for food quality at the same price point. Went for the happy hour on a Friday with friends, decided to stay to try the food as the menu looked great. Fries were good, everything else we ordered was quite mediocre in its' execution - Burger was basically a glorified big mac, mushrooms arrived cold and watery, Steak was chewy and overcooked, brussels sprouts overseasoned and farro salad was bland. Would go back for oysters and fries, thats about it. Server was very nice and did her best, and offered a round of drinks to make up for the poor food experience.
Food is extremely good an tasty. The only drawback to this place is the seating. Theres barely any room. You feel like you're ontop of each other.
