   Start off, our server, Chantelle was very nice, personable and attentive. Food was excellent, as always. However, the big disappointment was in the retail wine counter experience. The retail wine counter clerk, due to the situation that I observed in front of me, was not well trained at all. She could not handle a simple problem with a bar code for a 29 cent wine glass (sarcasm) that didn’t scan. I was next in line and it took, literally 17 minutes to be my turn, only after a 2nd! manager came over to help. This is not what I expect at a chain restaurant.

   I was excited to bring my boyfriend there for his birthday. Service was great but it seemed like every step of the process took a long time. We waited a long time for our bottle wine and my drink to be refreshed. With dinner I did ask for an exclusion on my salad of no backing and it arrived with a lot of bacon. I did feel the server was rushing us to finish our bottle of wine and my boyfriend reported that the fish was over cooked. 10/10 recommend the Phillo shrimp!

   We were seated at are reservation time, Restaurant was busy. Once seated we waited for approximately 20 mins before anyone came to our table. Once she finally did, she wanted to take drink order appetizer order and entree order she was rushing us, we only put in drink order & appetizer. We then waited another 20 mins to get our drinks. We ordered 1 bottles of wine & my in-laws each got a glass of sangria. I am a wine club member, she comes and says I have no bottles of wine available that I would have to pay for the bottle, well of course I knew this, Why would I have ordered it. She acted like I couldn’t afford it! This waitress had another table rite by us, they never waited for anything. We usually sit in the Bar section, but chose to sit in the dining room because it was my in-laws anniversary. I’ll probably choose to sit in the Bar section from now on. Much better service in Bar area. Over all the food was excellent! Service was HORRIBLE!

   The food, and staff was great along with the atmosphere but a little over priced especially on certain items a salad is 15.00 dollars creme burlee is 11.00 dollars to name a few that are over priced compared to other restaurants

   our server was very efficient and kind and allowed us to linger after the meal which was a blessings for 3 old friends lunching... the punch special plates are a nice offering and wine tastings appreciated

   I had to return spaghetti no taste blah. I was just red very little sauce. It was awful. If there’s no improvement on spaghetti maybe it should be removed from menu. It absolutely spoiled my birthday celebration.

    Patrick did an amazing job with our food service. The food from the soup to the main course was piping hot and delicious. They were out of the barrel wine to sample but we were undeterred. Just a great experience.

    My fiancé surprised me earlier in the week with a bottle of Romance Red, the famous pretzel roll and a membership. So I had no choice but to decide on Cooper’s Hawk for date night this weekend. Plus we needed to pick up our wine, membership card and an aerator. The ambiance was a vibe and the food and drinks were great. I had the chicken Piccata and he had the filet. We would recommend.

    The place was very noisy.... so loud that it was hard to have a conversation with someone sitting next to you. The appetizer arrived after the main dish. The chicken parmesan was just okay. Certainly not worth the price.

    We arrived with a reservation and hoping to get a wine tasting. I had called ahead to see if reservations were available for the tasting room but it is first come first serve. We stood in line for an hour and the line never moved. Then when we went to be seated for our reservation, we found ourselves in a very crowded space with barely enough room to move our chairs. The floor under our table was filthy and we could barely fit our legs underneath because it was folded down from a larger round. The music in the dining area was so loud we could barely hear each other. Food was excellent and our server was fantastic but the space was crowded and dirty which definitely effected the experience.

    CH never disappoints! Food, wine, service is always great. This visit was the same. John, our waiter, was very attentive and the host asked if it was a special occasion. It was my friend’s birthday and they made sure to make her feel special. The beef medallions are amazing!!

    Stopped in for some drinks and apps with friends and had a great time. We sat in the bar area. Got the cheese board, both shrimp dishes, meatballs and the key lime pie and hot cookie. All very tasty and fun! I really recommend this restaurant for a fun atmosphere.

    This place is amazing! We had a birthday celebration, and the birthday girl was overwhelmed! It was her first time here, and she wants this to be our new weekly hang out spot! The young lady Latish that reserved my table was very professional and helped me with all the questions I had. Patrick was the icing on the cake with his amazing service! Both staff members went over and beyond!

    I arranged to have dinner set up for my mother for her birthday. The manager Dave was very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, I heard with my own ears as my aunt who was with my mother had me on video phone, their waitress who was very rude to them. My aunt was not satisfied with her steak, and and I heard the waitress tell her, “Well, that’s what you ordered!” And apparently the night continued in this fashion with the server. Normally, I would wait to tip, but since I arranged this from out of state I regrettably added the tip prematurely. Never again.

    The food is normally phenomenal and it wasn’t nearly as good as it usually is which was a let down since we both ordered steaks. Fries and asparagus were gross. Our server was nice but he asked some strange questions and was a little bizarre which added to the weird experience.

    Our server Brandon was amazing. He offered food suggestions and wine pairings for the newbies and checked on the party often. Brandon even got the whole table to order various desserts which everyone enjoyed.

    We went tonight to get dinner and a glass of wine. Although we go to Coopers Hawk often, as we know we will get a consistently good experience both in food and service. Tonight though was a big step above. Our server was Sabrina and she was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of the wines of the month, her energy and demeanor made for an exceptional evening. Great job.

    Everything was point on. Perfect food and service. They were extremely busy so the noise level was high but that’s not enough to discourage us. We love this restaurant and all of the hosts and servers. I don’t know her name but the hostess with the sparkly eyeshadow is my absolute favorite. She is always so fun and has an awesome energy about her! I wish I could remember our servers name from last night. He was great!

    Heather W. is the best bartender/server. Never had to wait for a water or wine refill! She suggested the best meal for my husband & I and it was delicious 😋 Her welcoming smile and personality is always on point 🥰🥰🥰
