    Every dish - seafood to chicken - was tasteful and beautifully presented. Portions are huge. Server was sweet and most accommodating. The ability to taste a varietal at the table certainly boosts experimentation. I also purchased a bottle after dinner.

    We had a very nice experience. Our first visit. Food was very good and prices we didn't mind paying. It was nice to be able to taste wines and big wine selection. Inside was VERY NOISY so we chose to sit outside. It was pleasant.

    We always love coming to Cooper’s Hawk. There were 6 of us, and we started our evening with a wine tasting. Maddie, our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the wines. Karen, our server, is always amazing. We love seeing her when we come to Cooper’s Hawk! Everyone enjoyed their meals!

    The waiters we had didn’t offer to get us drinks. We were served salads and I had to ask if we could get some wine. The wine never arrived until after our main course was served. My daughter-in-law had the Churrasco steak which was not hot when she received it. I had The pistachio crusted grouper. It was ok. I had to use a knife to cut some of it which you shouldn’t have to do with fish if cooked properly. The asparagas served with it was so over cooked that when cut it was stringy, the meal was close to $200 and I felt that for that kind of money I could have had a better meal at a steak house. Very disappointed. Between the service and the meal, I was not happy and won’t be back.

    overall, our first time experience there was good. my only complaint is that our entrées were lukewarm, at best, which was suprising since out appetizers and soups were amazing. the food was delicious, just would have been better if hotter.

    My family came into town and wanted a good meal. My go to is Cooper’s Hawk. We have never had a bad meal. Our service was amazing. Thank you Patti for taking good care of us.

    We started with a bottle of Cooper’s Hawk Red and ordered a wedge salad to share. The kitchen split the salad for us and it was brought to the table quickly. The downside is that we were barely into our salads when our main courses came. We felt rushed. I had the surf and turf and it was delicious. My husband had short rib risotto which he loved. We throughly enjoyed our meals, we just felt rushed. In addition it’s very loud in the restaurant. It think it’s a great place for a group date, but maybe a little loud if you’re looking for something more intimate.

    I'm a member here and eat here frequently and I've never been disappointed by the food. I try something new tonight… The drunken shrimp and pasta. Sprouts are over the top.

    Was disappointed that we could not get meals that were advertised (St. Patrick’s Day menu, not sliders) because they ran out early and then we could not get the Shamrock themed wine (“we’re not serving it”). The food we were able to order was very good but came out lukewarm & it took 20 minutes for my husband’s glass of wine to be brought to the table. It was a very off night for them, as we do come here often enough. Jordan Adams is by far, the best server there but we could not get seated in his area.

    Make no mistake, we love CH. However, our last 2 visits they have been out of phylo wrapped shrimp and flatbreads. The shrimp is one we have waited to return and it is finally back on special menu. We have yet to enjoy it. We were there on St. Patrick's Day, and the manager told us there was going to be a delay with our meal because they had to cook more corned beef. Seriously? It was 6pm, not 8pm. What is going on? Cooper's Hawk was always consistent in their food and quality. Lately, there have been some issues. Even our server, Jordan, was frustrated for us. I am hoping they will figure out what it going wrong and fix it soon. We have a large party going on Tuesday, and we are anticipating Phylo Wrapped Shrimp. BTW - Jordan is a wonderful server.

    Unfortunately we did not have such a pleasant experience this time! We were there for a 2:30 reservation & they were not that busy. The service was very slow..the waitress seemed overwhelmed. The kitchen seemed to stop cooking at one point..it took us almost an hour to get our entre! I ordered the corned beef sliders which were a joke for $19.99! It was 3 small Hawaii rolls with one slice of corned beef folded over & a side of fries. My husband ordered the corned beef dinner which he enjoyed. We r repeat customers & are usually very satisfied with the food & service. We're hoping this was an isolated incident. We've been coming there for quite a few years. Our son is a member of the wine club & we have joined now too.

    Started with a wine tasting followed by dinner, with one of our favorite servers. Loved the wine of the month and had a couple of glasses with dinner, too. The place was super busy. Servers were really hustling!! When we left at 7:30PM we could hardly get through the lobby and people were waiting outside, which we’ve never seen before.

    My husband and I have enjoyed Cooper’s Hawk for many years, but we recently had an opportunity to share it with friends for the first time. The restaurant did not disappoint! We enjoyed a glass of barrel reserve as we waited for our table (and another at the table!) The food, the service, the atmosphere… and, of course, the wine… Big thumbs up, across-the-board. We simply can’t say enough good things about Cooper’s Hawk, and would recommend them without any hesitation!

    My usual dirty martini with goose was made exactly right by bartender, ice cold, right balance, with lovely blue cheese olives. Hostess was nice and got us a table pretty quickly even though we were half hour late with our reservation. Not too impressed with menu options last night. The chef’s special didn’t sound good, only one option (a fall harvest description in spring?) The pot belly appetizer was good and tasty. I had the filet mignon ordered medium only because server said filet would be butterflied open if i wanted it medium well. Seriously?! My personal preference was medium-medium well. I didn’t feel my preference was accommodated well. The filet came out just ok. I was disappointed in its taste, nothing special, but what was really aggravating was it came out almost rare on inside with charred outside. Server didn’t time my first bite with “how’s everything taste?”, and then didn’t reappear for awhile and since I had a good buzz from the nice martini I didn’t mind too much. The mash potatoes were just ok too. I was expecting a much better tasting experience with the food. My husband’s first choice wasn’t available on the menu, but wasn’t told to him up front. The wine pairing that came with my filet was excellent. The wine pairing that came with my husband’s was a reisling, with ahi tuna? It seemed too sweet so he substituted it for a French Chardonnay that was wonderful. Didn’t see server much after food was on table. Had to flag her down and ask for check after she waited on adjacent table next to us twice without glancing our way to check on us…not impressed with this type of service. I would have ordered dessert and cappuccino but since server wasn’t “on it”, I skipped it so that I wouldn’t have to wait another 30 minutes for her appearance, and we had a babysitter to get home too.

    we were seated after our reservation time. Our waitress took about 10 minutes to even great us and then literally 15 to bring us a glass of water, two glasses were flithy, we gave them back to the waitress then waited 10 more minutes for new water. We ordered a shrimp appetizer and when that was finished no one took it away, she brought the bread out after we finished the appetizer and saw our empty shrimp plate along with our side plates and took nothing away. Guess it was a little good since we needed to get those little plates for our bread, we didn't get fresh plates. Dinner came out, it was mediocre, nothing special. Didn't get fresh silverware but ok. The whole dinner took 2 hours when it didn't need to. I also think the waitress was super annoyed that we didn't order any wine, couldn't pad the bill oh well. We won't b e back
