カナダ初の都市型ロディツィオです。 Copacabanaでは、まず「Galleria」で焼きたてのパン、オープンコンセプトのベーカリーで作るつけダレ、大きな丸型チーズのカット、選りすぐりのハム・ソーセージの見事なスライスからお好きなものを選びます。シャキッとしたサラダ、色とりどりの前菜の数々を楽しんだら、次はメインです。店のガウチョまたはカーヴァー（切り分け担当スタッフ）が、サーティファイド・アンガス・ビーフ（CAB）を給仕します。お好みの焼き加減を伝えるだけでおいしいグリルを楽しめます。

Comparing to other Brazilian resturants, food for value was less than our expectations. No open bar for salad, limited choices of BBQ options and they stopped to serve quickly.

I truly do love Copacabana all the protein taste really good. We were able to get every choice that was on the menu, but I do have to say that the side dishes are not very good. They need to be more creative come up with more original fresher sides I do believe the buffet is the best way to go. There are other places that have the buffet. I think that would be the best solution.

First but not my last time, AWESOME dining experience, food was PHENOMENAL, hot plenty of it, we should have slowed ourselves down, will know for the next time Ambiance was great a little loud but a wonderful new experience.

Excellent meat, sides and drinks. If you want more, just ask and they come, very willing to please. The noise level was a little too loud, we had a small baby with us, not great for the littles.

The food was good. The servers are very kind and polite - the customer service was super great. They listened to our feedback well. Don’t get me wrong. The (backend) food service, not so much. It was a busy Wednesday night. We didn’t get served any meats for 30 minutes after sitting down. We got our drinks and sides fairly quickly. But my party was already extremely hungry when we got there and they pretty much just came for the meat. The food rotated quickly to our table after we gave them our feedback. I personally don’t eat much anyway so I had a good time - everyone else was hangry for the first 90 minutes we were there. Our previous experience here was really good though. It was less busy so the food rotated much faster. I would recommend try coming at a slower time so you can get that same experience. Unfortunately, since we came for a birthday and the birthday person wasn’t happy, I couldn’t give a higher rating for this location. We do appreciate everyone’s hard work.

Honestly, I was not impressed. We had a group of 8 for my boyfriend’s birthday, and everyone left disappointed. The service was extremely slow. The servers would bring one person to our table at a time, and he could barely serve 2 or 3 people before having to return to the kitchen to cook more meat. We were often waiting 5–10 minutes between servings just to get another piece of meat. We mentioned the issue to our server, and for a short time she managed to send 4 or 5 servers over, which improved things briefly. Unfortunately, once they left, the slow service started all over again. Most of us ended up getting full from the side dishes instead of the actual meal we came for. We were told the delays were because the restaurant was busy, but that really isn’t a good excuse. A restaurant should be prepared to handle the number of guests they seat. Overall, it was not a great experience, especially for a larger group, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it.

Our main serve plus the people serving the food were amazing. The food was great. The salmon was a bit too salty. Kinda sad they didn’t have a lot of choices for alcoholic drinks. Besides those two things, it was a great night with great food.

This was an more than a meal, it was an experience. Having carvers come to our table with an endless parade of all-you-can-eat meat made the night interesting and fun. You can order side dishes, drinks and dips right from your phone. The entire staff ensured that we were catered to without ever waiting. Every bite was tender and delicious and we left with full satisfied bellies.
