Great meal and great friendly service, and awesome cocktails.

We have been to CQ's many times over the years and always had very good to excellent food. This time, the food was good, but definitely not excellent nor worth the price we paid.

Whenever we stay in Sea Pines we enjoy CQ’s but not this time. The waitress was snippy even as we ordered drinks & expensive wine. Usually the food is exceptional but this time the salmon was dry, the sea bass was ok, the bread was stale or overheated. Lobster pasta was very good.
Would not honor special of BOGO half price although ads showed in effect Jan-Feb. Too many other good options of Truffles/Oombra/Sage to return here.

Had a wonderful New Years Eve dinner. The service was great, the bar is very cozy, and they seated us on time.

What a great dining experience. We both had the duck. Just exquisite! Highly recommended!

The meal was the worst we have had there. The calamari was not very tasty. The chicken was dry and my beet salad had maybe a half dozen pieces of beet. Mostly greens. Not inexpensive either.

Another fabulous meal at CQ’s. Food and service are always superb. While hesitant to eat indoors these days the spacing was excellent and we all felt quite comfortable. Very conscientious staff about protocols.

10 person family dinner to celebrate the holiday. Filet dinner came out too well done. Everyone was finished eating by the time the filet dinner came out the second time. 🙁

Fine dining is about the total experience...CQ’s did not disappoint! It was an excellent experience!!

Perfect choice for Christmas dinner. Amazing food and service. A little pricey, but worth every penny.

Had heard a fair amount about this place with mixed reviews. It was "ok", not bad in any way but not great either.

Good food. A little pricey. A terrific holiday dining experience. Nine bucks to get into the neighborhood where CQs is. They don't tell you that part.

Very disappointed in the management. Had reservations at 7:45 PM and had to wait at the bar or outside for 15 minutes before table was ready. Ordered Duck which is listed on website at $27.50 and was billed $36.00--manager shrugged it off as website wrong. Also ordered swordfish as shown on website -- told they no longer serve it, "how about a steak special?" Most expensive on the menu was $45 so assumed it was similar price. This "special" turned out to be $58.00 and was overcooked. I recommend avoiding this restaurant--many others more accommodating.

Now looking at the check, there is also a charge for 2 Sambuca drinks ($20.00) which were not ordered and overlooked when paying the check. Still tipped the waitress 20% on the $189.57 pre tip check. This place will not be revisited in the future.

No social distancing. Did not feel safe whatsoever. Food was good but very overpriced. Very disappointed with our Christmas Eve dinner out! Will not go back.

We have eaten at CQs before, and besides the unfriendly reception, it was usually excellent. Not so on the 24th! When we entered the restaurant, we were met by Jackie, who was at her optimum worse! Annoyed by our six-minute early arrival, we were told to wait on the porch until they were ready. We were the first patrons to arrive. No mention of, "Would you like to wait at the bar?" As soon as we walked out onto the porch, a man with his family entered the restaurant. There was a window on the door so that we could see inside. To our astonishment, he was greeted enthusiastically! Honestly, we were expecting him to be given the same lovely treatment as we! We walked back into the restaurant and were told she had forgotten we were on the porch. It had only been two minutes! We shared the unkind and unprofessional treatment we had received from the "door greeter" with our server after being seated. She said there were a lot of complaints about Jackie, but no one ever did anything. The man, she said, was the CFO, "The guy who signs our checks." Wow! He walked right past us without even a "Good evening!" Perhaps he did not connect that guests provide revenue to pay expenses! Our server did a great job, but the chicken was dry and overcooked. Overall, the entire meal was fair. The concerning thing about our environment was how close people were seated. The tables were cramped together, and we were about two feet from the guest behind us. Not COVID considerate. I would not recommend anyone concerned about COVID to dine in such close quarters. Hopefully, the restaurant will one day return to what it was once before as far as professionalism and overall quality.

A wonderful high service restaurant. Lovely ambience. We visit Hilton Head every year from Connecticut and will not miss it!

The martinis are so fabulous ..key lime and chocolate for pre and post dinner is definitely something to consider!

Duck is a must entree as well as the calamari. Keep it up CQs! See you next year!

Superb meal and excellent service! We enjoy coming here every year and have been for 13 years! The only problem we encountered is the rude nonchalant hostess/lady behind the check-in stand.

My first time here. It was a wonderful expecrience. The staff were friendly, attentive and accomodating. The food was amazing! Definately will be back.

The food was outstanding including the chowder and ahi. Our waitress was attentive and top notch, always making sure we had what needed.

We have been to CQ's before and were not disappointed again. Quiet atmosphere, nicely decorated for the holidays with very good service. We had the short ribs and pork chop with enough to take home and have snacks later. A little pricey but worth it for the atmosphere and quality of cuisine. Save for a special occasion.

Lovely restaurant on Hilton Hill Island, SC, we were meeting (we came from Florida) our son & daughter-in-law from Macon, GA. for a quick Thanksgiving weekend. This was our only night out and we were not disappointed!

It was Thanksgiving evening, so a bit of an odd time. However, the service was quite good, and the food a good as well. They did a good job under what can be difficult circumtances.

Great service, fantastic cocktails. The seafood pasta was fresh but very bland with very little seafood in it, and for $38 I expected more. Steak was great. It was almost too quiet...but nice ambiance. Very expensive, but we knew that going in.... other than the seafood pasta, everything was outstanding.

CQ’s was an excellent venue for our Thanksgiving meal. During these tough times of the COVID-19 virus it was a pleasure to feel safe with their protocols, while enjoying delicious food, great service, and a comfortable ambience. It could not have been better for us.

We had a wonderful waiter, Christine along with all the other folks at CQs who once again made our experience fabulous. Thank you to everyone, your hard work shows.

Unfortunately was quite mediocre. We were just $59 steak and it was not edible. Our waitress and ask us our meals we said it was a bit chewy.... she said sorry I went on.

It’s unfortunate because we’ve always liked going there but it’s been seven years since we’ve been back to Hilton head.

First time in 20 years since I ate there. Everything was better than expected.

Wonderful dinner

Had great safe outside seating. My lobster and pasta was terrific. My wife had the tuna and thought it was just ok.

Jerica, our server, is amazing! We had the best server, food and and overall good time at CQ's. Great place to dine. Highly recommend for any occasion.

The food was prepared to our liking and the server (Cody) was excellent. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at CQ's and were treated with great food and service. Will dine here whenever we are in Hilton Head.

The dining experience at CQ was awesome. The staff was professional and attentive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend!
