Great food, better service.

Great. We dine here all the time but the prime rib bone with the best ever potato salad we have ever tasted and Cole slaw was my favorite!

They have a great cocktail list and some fun takes on Old Fashioned's. Their food is always excellent, never had anything we didn't like. Definitely try the dirty fries!

It was a solid place for dinner and drinks !!! Give it a try!

New Year’s Eve

Nothing on the table disappointed! Anything you read here, PLEASE feel free to order, because it was deliciously crazy! For appies, we had Mac N Cheese (rich and creamy) and light but crispy Calamari (both I could have eaten by myself). My wife had the Shredded Beef Stroganoff filled with tender beef amid a creamy bed of thick cut noodles. Our friends ordered The Seared Scallops (which we have both had before too), served over a risotto. It looked absolutely fabulous. MyBuddy had the Crispy Chicken sandwich (again,.... a friggen winner) that is huge! The crispy chicken dwarfs the size of the bun. Served with an Asian Thai sauce and fries (really one of the best sandwiches in Dana Point). Then saving theist for last, I ordered the Hanger Steak! Served medium rare on a pillow of flavorful mashed potatoes, roasted baby corn and asparagus. This dish will blow your hair back!

Good food and service!

Everything we ordered (calamari, wagyu steak burger, fried chicken sandwich) was extremely salty, and the food was so subpar. Would’ve been happier eating at a place like Plan Check in LA. Very disappointing especially because it was our anniversary dinner.

One of my favorite restaurants!! Food is excellent and the craft cocktails are amazing! The Florist is my favorite drink it is both tasty and pretty! The bar is lively and has a few TVs for watching the games! The dining room is cozy. I also highly recommend the chocolate mousse! So good!!

Pre Christmas dinner with the family. Everything was great and safe for COVID-19 dining. Outdoors and spread apart. Heaters kept everyone comfortable. The food could definitely be better but overall nice experience

We were so excited to eat in a restaurant setting. Tables were distanced, service was great, and the food was exceptional. This was our first time dining at the Craft House but it definitely won’t be the last. We really appreciated the executive chef/owner stopping by our table, that attention to detail makes this an exceptional establishment.

Amazing food and great atmosphere

We really appreciated the effort in being open in the patio area. It was done really well. We had reservations at 5:30 for a birthday date. We ordered steak and we were told they were out! Kind of odd since it was so early for dinner and the restaurant was 1/4 full at that time. The short rib fettuccine had good flavor but a little soggy. We were charged extra for a piece of bread with it. The burger was a little dry but fries were excellent. The smoked old fashioned cocktails were awesome. The butter-cake was terrific. Even though we were on the patio due to the covid rules, we liked the vibe and the service was excellent. We will go back when this covid crap is over!

Blake and his team are doing a terrific job of providing great food at good prices with excellent service during these difficult times. Give Craft House a try, and ask for the BK Cellars Chardonnay!

Good neighborhood spot. Friendly, comfortable, and allows dogs. The food was good, but always a bit heavy with sauces and creams but you could find lighter dishes. Unfortunatel, our last trip was terrible.

Requested outdoor seat with the reservation due to covid, hostess asks me to sit inside since so crowded. I was really hungry or would have left. Takes waiter about 10-15 min to greet me, apologizes for being busy. The Risotto with the scallop dish was dry. No one asked me if it was ok. I wouldn’t return here

Just took awhile to get drinks and even after i let the server know we would like a few drinks before dinner we sat on empty for over 10 minutes. If im spending a $200 for 2 people on dinner i expect more.

The cocktails and flatbread were delicious. The risotto that came with the scallops was very dry and not flavorful. It was very disappointing.

Great neighborhood restaurant and we have always been very satisfied with the food. The fried chicken sandwich is the star on the menu for sure. They provide comfortable outside seating in the parking lot with heat lamps, and also a patio seating that can get noisy due to the acoustics. The front of house team are all polite and genuine, yet a few seem inexperienced; thus, can leave you waiting for change or condiments while they finish a lengthy conversation with the bartender, and do not have the confidence to ask one of the COVID denier clientele to wear a mask while milling around the restaurant. Nonetheless, we keep coming back for that chicken sandwich and the hosts warm welcome.

Had reservations and had to wait. Food took over an hour after we ordered. Staff was apologetic and discounted our meals. I will give this place another try because the food was good and has a very good vibe.

We had the absolute best food and service that we have ever had. Nice quiet ambiance, knowledgeable/super friendly staff and the food was AMAZING! We can’t wait to come back and try new things. 5/5 would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
