This was my second time eating at Craft LA, and I was totally blown away both times! The dining room is approachable, the hospitality is authentic, and the food is outstanding. The salmon was so delicate that I actually loved it even though it was cooked rare; and the texture of the swordfish was the best I have ever had... so fresh, and cooked perfectly. The oysters were phenomenal and the sides were farm fresh. Much love and respect to the team and Craft LA. Thank you.
Awful hostess makes you feel like she’s doing you a big favor — makes for an awful lunch experience — I’m done here. — second visit she was obnoxious 😡

Everyone made it a point to wish the birthday lady a happy birthday and made special menus, which was such a sweet gesture.

Fantastic service, disappointing food.
Only appetizers available were oysters. What if you hate oysters like us? The Red Russian Kale Salad tasted like lawn clippings, and couldn’t be save with a few candied walnuts and fried onions. The aged Ribeye steak for 2 was disappointingly tough. The only good things were the sides: Brussels Sprouts and Gnocchi.
It was our 37th Anniversary, and while the staff made us feel appreciated, the food was very disappointing.
We had a birthday dinner. Best place on the west side to feel special for a birthday. Even had my name on the menu.

Beautiful restaurant in LA. Very nice ambiance. Food was excellent as was the service. Every dish had unique flavors from pastas, fish, mussels, and desserts. Not cheap but very fine meal overall.

Impeccable service, easy parking, beautiful scenery with Century city backdrop. Made reservations and was seated promptly. Food choices hit all checkboxes whether vegan or a meat eater. Enjoyed a mezcal type of cocktail while my date enjoyed her vodka based drink. Appreciate that they offer Australian wines to support the Forests affected by the fires in Australia. Food came to the table so quickly I thought I was at a fast food restaurant yet the food was carefully prepared. Meal included bread and butter was appetizing and worth the extra carbs. Would definitely come again but only for special occasions as the cost can get pretty high.

Yes for normal menu, but this V day menu was not executed well, at all. I’m very dissatisfied with what we got for $400.00 combined for 2 people! Always wanted to impress someone with this place, and the one night I try, the steak which we looked forward to the most was cold, too chewy to cut and chew and just a let down. The duck tasted so dry we couldn’t eat it at all, and the server dissuaded us from ordering the snapper. So I cant imagine what that would have been like. I really Loved this place for their beef and pasta and especially their shiitake mushroom medley, but I’m not sure I can bring myself to return after the poor experience and embarrassment on Friday night. Unfortunate.

The level of service was amazing. I told them it was my friend's birthday and they made personalized menus for her. Almost all of the staff stopped by the table and told her happy birthday.
Every bite of food was expertly seasoned and so fresh. I will certainly return.
Food was fantastic and the service even better. Went to celebrate a birthday and no less than 5 staff members came by to wish a happy birthday. Service was on point. Was an exceptional experience

The GM (Mr Thurman) personally called and invited us back. We decided to go back on our wedding anniversary and Craft knocked it out of the park.
Starting with a personalized menu with our names, the attention to detail was what surprised us. Pair it with phenomenal service and fantastic food, Craft was in its element.
We had radiatori pasta, swordfish, quail and carrots for dinner - every single dish hit the right notes and truly represented a fine dining experience.
The food and service definitely completed our anniversary night out and we will be future patrons of the restaurant.
The food and the ambiance was superb! I will come back again.

Impeccable service! Beautiful lighting and decor. Menu is impressive and varied. The swordfish was spec as were the mushrooms. Highly recommend.
