My girlfriend and I went here for Date night, and it was somewhat disappointing to other times I’ve been there. The meal I ordered was great with no complaints, however; the meal my girlfriend ordered was the wrong order. The waitress told us she would speak to the manager to make it right with us. She came back and told us the manager would wipe it from our ticket. We both thought that would be appropriate. When the receipt came to us, the item was still on the receipt. I curious as to why they lied. In the end, we didn’t make a fuss about it, but was wondering why someone would say one thing and then do another.
We had an awesome server by the name of Jennifer. She was on point and made the night more enjoyable. The food along with the drinks were great as well.
I didn’t they adhered to the 50% occupation rule. They sat tables right next to each other. Plus it’s time for a little upkeep - booth seats cracked... not a great presentation.
Had the beef medallions and they were phenomenal!! My daughter has the kids buttered noodles and ate every bite! Great service, amazing food!

The server was very good. The booth seating was awful, holes in the imitation leather seats, come on man. It was special to receive a flaming candle birthday desert. The pasta and cocktails were over priced.
They sat us in the overflow area in the mall even though our reservation stated we were celebrating our anniversary. It was loud from the noise of roller coaster. We were given our food but not given utensils or a napkin.

Crave is my all time favorite restaurant when in the cities, so I was very sad that we had a less than stellar experience. We had 3 different problems with our menu items. The server was very apologetic about it. A portion of our meal was comped, which I appreciate; however, the experience makes me less excited to return in the future. I realize the kitchen may have been short staffed due to COVID, and we were one of the last tables to be served that day, so maybe they just had a long hard day.
I hope that this review helps to improve the quality control of the food. I commend the server for dealing with the issues so professionally.
Our server was very friendly and attentive, he heard I was celebrating my birthday and brought out a free dessert. The food was delicious and was served promptly.
Service, Drinks, and ambiance were great! Food was less than thrilling. Disappointing actually for the price.
First thing brought out was hot towels for our hands. Not sure if it was a covid precaution or a regular thing they do. The drinks were good ordered the blood orange margarita was a bit strong the waitress took it back for the bartender to add more juice came back perfect. She was totally understanding. The food was delicious the truffle fries as a starter was so good. And for an entrée I ordered the shrimp and scallop sauté. I recommend going
My daughter saved up all her birthday money to take her friends out to dinner to celebrate. I gave the staff $50.00 to use as the tip make sure it was worth their time to serve five polite, very respectful teenage girls. The service was awful, the server was rude and acted bothered. She received no birthday recognition or kindness at all. It was heartbreaking to have to listen to her tell me how it went. I wish I was able to write a stellar 5 star review.
We love going to Crave, but the MoA location is starting to look a bit dated. There was a chunk missing out of our table for example. Not that this affects the food or the service of course.
