夕食に寿司が食べたくなって寄ってみました。ボルチモアの寿司屋ということで期待薄でしたが、それが良かったせいもあるのか、なかなか美味しい寿司でした。まずはビールとつまみに枝豆と揚げだし豆腐。揚げだし豆腐は普段食べるものとはちがいましたが、中華っぽい味付けでそれはそれで美味しいものでした。寿司は盛り合わせを注文。マグロ、サーモン、エビ、玉子、ハマチといった盛り合わせによく出てくるにぎりにカリフォルニアロールでしたが、これがなかなかのクオリティ。ボルチモアで寿司を食べるのなら、ここしかまともな寿司は食べれないかも。
