We had a great experience at Vinny's in Frisco, Colorado. They were slammed on a Tuesday night due to a power outage in Vail and Aspen. They handled the influx of customers with grace and style. Never seemed to phase them. Food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. Server had only been with Vinny's 2 days. He handled it like a pro.

Definitely coming back. Margaritas and bison tacos were amazing. The only area for improvement is their Guacamole, it didn’t seem freshly made.
